Chapter 58 Dad
After hearing his words, Eula smiled. "Judson, you have already helped me so much today, thank you!"
Judson had no intention of leaving, lazily leaning on the sofa, his deep eyes fixed on her. "Just remember that I'm good to you."
Eula secretly wondered if he was going to find a way for her to give him money again? She felt a little uneasy, but it wouldn't be right to drive him away. After all, she was now relying on him for a living. If she didn't listen to him, just a word from him and she would lose her job.
Eula tucked Angie in and then sat on the chair by the bed, watching her daughter all the while. Judson looked at her back like this, and the two of them remained silent. It was already past two o'clock in the morning when Angie's drip was finished. Eula yawned and then pressed the button.
The nurse quickly came in, and her face blushed slightly when she saw the handsome man with long legs sitting on the sofa. Any woman would blush and feel her heart race when faced with such a handsome man! She removed the needle and gave the medicine to Eula. "This is Angie Lowe's medication, three times a day, after meals."
Eula took it and said thank you. "Thank you! Do we need to come for another injection tomorrow?"
The nurse replied, "Yes, you have to come for three consecutive days."
Eula nodded, "Alright."
As the nurse left, she glanced at the handsome man on the sofa before slowly walking out of the ward.
Eula put the medicine in her bag, then bent down to pick up Angie. Suddenly, a pair of distinctively large hands grabbed her wrist, and a low, cold voice came. "Let me take her."
Eula turned her head and glanced at him. "It's fine, I often carry her, she's quite heavy." How can I make him carry her? Although this little girl is not heavy, it's still quite exhausting to carry her all the time.
She is used to it, as a mother, she has been carrying her since she was little. And Angie is a delicate child who doesn't like to walk.
Judson smirked at her, "I can even hold you both at the same time."
After saying that, he reached out and pinched her waist, "Do you want to give it a try?"
Eula's face turned red, what is he saying?
Holding her and Angie makes her picture that scene, she feels so shy, she is not a child.
"No need, I know you're strong enough, just stop it!"
Judson looked at her. A faint blush appeared on her originally fair face, making her even more adorable.
He picked Angie up, and Angie moved a bit and murmured, "Daddy..."
Hearing this word "daddy" Judson's lips curled up slightly, if this child grew up like this, calling him like that!
Upon hearing this, Eula's nose tingled with emotion.
Although the three children never mentioned finding their father, whenever she was sick, she would always think of that person.
But the saddest thing is that she doesn't know where he is.
She doesn't even know what he looks like! She really failed as a mother.
She draped the small blanket on the bed over Angie. It was probably placed there by Mary and the boys when they arrived.
Angie suddenly opened her eyes, her big eyes looked at him dazedly. Then she hugged his neck tightly.
"Daddy... Can you stay with Angie forever?"
After saying that, she sobbed a few times and fell asleep again.
Eula was taken aback for a moment, gently patting her back.
"Good girl, sleep now. We'll be home soon." She said, letting her hear her voice, so she can sleep more peacefully.
Judson saw Eula's teary eyes and held Angie with one hand while putting his arm around her shoulder with the other.
