Chapter 23 She Helped Grandma Nash
Eula Lowe nearly jumped up. They only slept together, it was a noun, not a verb!
"Grandma Nash, I just fell asleep last night, nothing happened. There's no need to take responsibility."
Now she saw Judson Nash and felt afraid, so why should he take responsibility?
She pulled her hand back. "Grandma Nash, I'll leave first. I have three hungry children waiting for me at home."
Eula Lowe didn't know what she said. As long as it made her leave, it would be fine.
She had to leave before Judson Nash came downstairs, or she didn't know how much medical expenses she would have to pay.
And she slept on his hand last night, so it may be partially disabled now, right? Plus, there was the nosebleed. She waved her hand and made a certain man's nosebleed flow out.
Ah!
Judson Nash would take advantage of her again, she would be foolish not to run.
Eula Lowe left, leaving Grandma Nash puzzled.
"She has children? What a pity."
At that moment, Judson Nash came downstairs. He was dressed more casually today, wearing a black and gray sweater and matching pants. He let his slicked-back bangs down, covering his forehead.
He concealed his sharpness and appeared much warmer and younger.
When the old lady saw him, she asked a question.
"Judson, is Eula married?"
If she had known she was married, she wouldn't have let her help her grandson and sleep with him last night. That was unethical.
Judson Nash had just seen the way she escaped. He pursed his lips and walked up to the old lady, putting his arm around her shoulder.
"Grandma, she has three children, but no husband."
The old lady became even more confused.
"Is he dead?"
Judson Nash's eyes flickered. "Probably."
Grandma Nash said. "Do you like her?"
She knew Eula Lowe's character, she was very kind and righteous. There weren't many girls like her nowadays.
darkness flashed in Judson Nash's eyes.
"Color, 'I don't know either,' he said."
He still doesn't understand at the moment, but he wants to get close to this woman and feels a sense of familiarity with her.
Judson Nash led the old lady to the restaurant, and after they sat down, the servant served them breakfast.
The old lady looked at her great-grandson like this, and she must have been moved.
She drank her porridge, "Judson, do you remember when I asked you to buy that investment company? I was deceived by that investment company along with some old friends. They tricked us into investing, and at the time, I was tempted and thought that it wouldn't matter to invest some money, mainly to help the children in the mountain areas."
Judson Nash also wanted to know how Eula Lowe knew the old lady.
So, while having breakfast, he listened.
"Judson, guess what happened next?"
Judson Nash smiled, "I looked into that company. Its registered capital was only one million, and they were engaged in illegal business. Did they deceive you?"
The old lady laughed, "Yes, they are a scam company. Eula works there, and when she saw us, a group of old ladies, she secretly told me not to invest. It's all a scam, and she told us to leave."
Judson Nash was not surprised. That girl has this kind of character. He smiled faintly.
"Did I buy that company because I was worried that she would be bullied?"
Grandma Nash replied, "Yes, she is just a young girl who kindly saved us. If she is bullied by the people in the company, it would be pitiful."
Judson Nash said, "You can rest assured, they didn't bully her, they just fired her."
That's what he found out. Now that girl is looking for a job by submitting resumes everywhere.
The old lady sighed, "They did bully her after all. Judson, you have to protect Eula in the future and do not let anyone bully her."
"In the future, it might be me who will bully her."
Just at that moment, the servant came in to report.
"Young Master, Miss Lowe is here."
When they heard Miss Lowe, both the grandmother and grandson thought of Eula Lowe, thinking that she might have forgotten something?
But Judson Nash realized and asked a question.
"Kristina Lowe?"
The servant said, "Yes, the Miss Lowe from The Lowe family."
Grandma Nash said, "Please let her in."
Kristina Lowe entered the restaurant and smiled.
"Judson, this is some fruit my dad brought back from his business trip. I'm giving you some."
Before she finished speaking, several bodyguards brought in several large boxes of fruit.
They were all tropical fruits, durian, mango, pineapple.
Grandma Nash felt that Eula and her name were similar, what if...
She wished Eula could be the Miss of The Lowe family, so that the wishes of the father and son can be fulfilled.
She feels sorry for Judson, as his father woke up after six years of illness and asked him to marry this woman. Judson, being a filial child, can only follow his father's arrangement.
"Miss Lowe, please have a seat and join us for breakfast," he said. Kristina Lowe had eaten, but she didn't want to refuse Grandma Nash's kindness, so she said, "Thank you, Mrs. Nash."
After she sat down, a servant served her breakfast. It consisted of a bowl of chicken porridge, a fried egg, and a variety of side dishes.
The breakfast seemed simple but exquisite. Kristina Lowe sat down and sipped her spoonful of porridge slowly.
After Grandma Nash saw her arrive, Judson's expression changed. He became silent and distant., this girl wasn't to his taste.
Grandma Nash started to feel conflicted, since the woman he liked had a child. If Eula didn't have a child, it would be easier to handle the situation.
She decided not to interfere in their relationship and let Judson decide for. Kristina Lowe noticed that no one was speaking at the table and looked at Judson Nash.
He looked very relaxed today, different from the cold and formal man in suits he was. She couldn't help but think to, "He's so handsome! I like him."
Judson Nash finished his meal and stood up, saying, "I'm done eating. Take your time."
As he was about to leave, Kristina Lowe couldn't bear to see him go and kept looking at him. Grandma Nash called out to him, "Judson, where are you going?"
Isn't today the weekend? He was dressed casually, so he shouldn't be going to the office. Judson Nash replied, "I'm meeting some friends to play basketball."
After saying that, he went upstairs. Grandma Nash glanced at Kristina Lowe sitting across from her, and her face darkened. She must be disappointed that he didn't stay. She smiled and said, "Miss Lowe, do you have any plans for the weekend?"
Kristina Lowe responded, "Grandma, you can just call me Kristina. I have nothing to do today and can accompany you."
She wanted to win over Judson Nash by approaching him under the pretext of delivering fruit, but he remained cold. So she changed her plan and tried to win over Grandma Nash, hoping that would bring her closer to Judson Nash.
