Chapter 380 Mr. Nash Couldn't Wait Anymore
Alexander was Geoffrey's servant in the Hopkins family. He was young but super sharp.
Lately, he was been hanging around, helping Eula out here and there, and she was taken quite a liking to him.
Geoffrey nodded. "Alright! From now on, go home at night and get some good rest."
In the hospital, Eula could only crash on the couch, which was far from comfy.
Geoffrey was already planning his discharge. Once he was out, he could stay with her and bring her three kids over, and they could all be together as a family.
Geoffrey had big dreams!
The Hopkins Group, the status, the position—he didn't care about any of it.
He just wanted to give Eula and her three kids a home. With him around, they wouldn't have to suffer anymore.
Eula was a bit surprised. Lately, Geoffrey had been super clingy. The doctor said it was because, after his injury and losing his sight, he became vulnerable and would rely heavily on those he trusted.
She was even worried he wouldn't let her go.
After dinner, Geoffrey started his IV drip again. Eula wiped his face and told Alexander to keep a close eye on him, making sure not to miss anything, arranging everything meticulously.
Only then did she leave the hospital and head back to the villa.
When she walked in, the three kids ran over, and Angie hugged her. "Eula, didn't Mary say you were at the hospital taking care of Uncle Geoffrey? Is he better now?"
Eula hadn't taken the three kids to see Geoffrey yet. If they knew he couldn't see, they'd be really sad.
She pressed her lips slightly. "He's still in the hospital. There's a servant watching over him at night."
Dewitt and Rodolfo both had a hint of worry in their eyes. "Mommy, will he be okay?"
Geoffrey was very close to them. Since they were little, Geoffrey was the only one who visited them, and they all liked him a lot.
"He will, he definitely will get better." Eula changed the topic and asked, "Have you three been behaving lately? Especially you, Angie, have you been practicing the piano seriously?"
Angie stuck her tongue out at her. "Yes, I have. Don't you believe me?"
Eula trusted her two sons, knowing that even if she wasn't around, they'd study well. But Angie was different.
She only knew how to play every day and loved watching TV shows, very playful.
Eula patted her head. "I believe you, keep it up!"
She spent some time drawing with the three kids, then gave Angie a bath and put her to sleep.
When she came out of Angie's room, it was already past nine in the evening.
At this moment, the door next to her opened, and Dewitt stuck his little head out. "Mommy, can you chat with us for a while?"
It seemed that the two brothers had been waiting for her to put Angie to sleep. She smiled. "Sure!"
She went into their room. The room's decor was their favorite space theme, clean and tidy. These two boys had a bit of a cleanliness obsession.
She sat on the couch, looking at her two sons already in their pajamas.
Since they were three, they could bathe themselves and organize their things, so she didn't have to worry at all.
They wore black and white pajamas, the colors a bit dull. They didn't like cartoon pajamas, thinking they were childish.
Rodolfo squinted and smiled. "Mommy, you can take care of Uncle Geoffrey without worrying about work. Dewitt and I can make money, so household expenses won't be a problem."
Eula laughed. "Actually, our savings are enough for us to live on now. You two don't need to think about making money all the time. Studying is the most important thing, and also playing."
In Eula's heart, kids should play.
These two kids matured too early and worried about family matters too soon, all because she wasn't capable enough.
Now that the family's conditions had improved, she hoped they could enjoy their childhood like normal kids and grow up slowly.
Just then, her phone vibrated. It was a message from Judson.
Judson: [Eula, are you coming or not?]
