Chapter 269 He Is the Real Daddy

Judson raised an eyebrow and sneered, totally unfazed.

Eula was already his girl. Geoffrey thought he could take her away? No chance.

The tension at the table was thick. Eula's face turned red as she shot Judson a look, silently begging him to stop.

The kids were clueless, but Geoffrey and Mary got it. Eula didn't want anyone knowing about what she and Judson had done just now; it was too embarrassing.

Judson winked and flashed a smile, looking annoyingly handsome.

Eula's heart skipped a beat. She was practically swooning.

She couldn't bear to look at him anymore, and Judson knew she wanted him to shut up.

He'd already put Geoffrey in his place; whether Geoffrey believed him or not was his problem.

Angie glanced between Judson and Geoffrey, torn because she liked both of them.

Mary watched the scene unfold and couldn't help but laugh.

Outsiders thought Eula had it rough, raising three kids alone. But they didn't know she had two great guys chasing after her. Mary thought Eula was pretty lucky, not pitiful at all.

After dinner, Eula helped Mary clean up in the kitchen.

She even offered to wash the dishes, which surprised Mary.

Mary shook her head. "Eula, these plates are pricey. How about you cut some fruit for the guests instead?"

Eula laughed. Thanks to Judson's training, she didn't break dishes anymore. His stuff was so expensive that breaking one would hurt her heart for days.

In the living room, Dewitt and Rodolfo were chatting with Geoffrey, and the two little guys were all in.

With no one paying attention to Judson, Angie kept him company, cracking jokes.

Her jokes didn't make Judson laugh, but she couldn't stop laughing herself, clutching her stomach.

"Judson, isn't it funny?" she asked.

Judson raised an eyebrow and checked the time.

He said, "Go tell your mom it's nine o'clock."

Angie didn't get it, but she figured it was bedtime.

Geoffrey patted Rodolfo's head and shot a look at Judson. "Rodolfo, don't let just anyone into the house, okay?"

It was a clear jab at Judson, but Judson just sneered. "I'm not just anyone. I'll be their dad soon."

Angie giggled, "That's right, Judson isn't an outsider!"

Geoffrey looked at Angie. Usually, they were close, but now she was siding with Judson. Did all women like Judson's type?

Seeing Geoffrey's look, Angie added, "Uncle Geoffrey isn't an outsider either!"

Eula came out with the fruit and heard this. She frowned slightly.

Angie was always playing both sides.

"Geoffrey, Judson, have some fruit," Eula said.

She stood across from Judson, her eyes shyly glancing at him.

Judson loved Eula's shy look. She'd changed from a girl who didn't get feelings, all because of him.

Judson picked up a strawberry with a fork and extended it to her.

"Open your mouth," he said.

Eula was flustered, shaking her head, signaling him to stop.

But Judson insisted, "Open your mouth."

Eula quickly leaned over and took the strawberry. Judson smiled.

It was a devilishly charming smile that made Eula's heart melt, and she smiled back.

Geoffrey saw this and his expression turned cold.

Dewitt noticed too, his eyes narrowing slightly.

He quickly said to Geoffrey, "Daddy, it's getting late. You should go now. Let Mommy see you out."

Then he called to Eula, "Mommy, Daddy is leaving. See him out."
