Chapter 250 Rose Flower
Upon reaching the other side of the road, Geoffrey finally released her hand. A few more steps and they would arrive at the Nash Group. Suddenly, a little girl approached them.
"Sir, why not buy a bouquet for your girlfriend!" Dressed in grubby clothes with her hair in slight disarray, the little girl's thin attire did little to shield her from the cold, leaving her small hands reddened by the chill.
Eula asked, "You're so young; why are you out here selling flowers?"
Seeing a child about the same age as Angie always tugged at Eula's heartstrings.
The little girl timidly replied, "My grandma is sick. I need to earn money to buy medicine."
Geoffrey reached into his wallet and pulled out a wad of cash. "I'll buy the flowers," he said.
The little girl, astonished by the sight of so much money, waved her hands. "That's too much. 15 dollars is enough."
Geoffrey took the flowers from her hand and said faintly, "The rest is for your grandma's medicine."
The little girl bowed to them. "Thank you, you are kind souls. I wish you happiness!"
With that, the little girl smiled at them and then turned and ran off.
Geoffrey handed the flowers to her. "These are for you."
It front of her was alarge bouquet of red roses. It was the first time Eula had received flowers, and she smiled. "Thank you!"
Geoffrey was just such a kind-hearted person.
Eula hugged the bouquet and returned to the company. As soon as she entered the elevator, she attracted countless gazes.
In the company, people from different departments rarely interacted, not familiar with each other.
A few girls from the president's office saw the flowers in her hand. "Ms. Lowe, did your boyfriend give you those flowers?"
"How happy you are!" they said.
Eula was taken aback and wanted to say no, but there were already too many rumors in the company. Many people were waiting to see her make a fool of herself. So, she decided not to say anything. Otherwise, there would be even more suspicion.
Eula carried the flowers into the president's office, and Judson's dark gaze swept over.
When he saw the roses in Eula's arms, he suddenly stood up. He strode towards her and snatched them away.
Eula had planned to take the flowers home and tell her three children the story of the little girl selling flowers. She hadn't expected Judson to snatch them away and throw them directly into the trash can.
Eula followed him. "Judson, why did you throw away my flowers?"
With that, she bent down to pick them up, but Judson grabbed her hand, pulling her around so she was facing away from the trash can. "Don't pick them up."
Eula's face changed slightly. "These are my flowers."
Judson's eyes were dark, his voice low and cold, his tense jawline icy.
"Are Geoffrey's flowers that important? If you like flowers, I can give you some."
In Judson's mind, he thought Eula should be different from other women; she surely wouldn't like flowers. Unexpectedly, Eula did.
Had he known Eula liked flowers, he would have given her more.
Hearing this, Eula felt inexplicably happy. 'Is he upset because Geoffrey has given me flowers?' she wondered.
"I only want this bouquet. Let go of me."
With that, Eula struggled to pick up the flowers from the trash can.
Judson grabbed her hands, forcing her to take a few steps back until she was against the wall, and then Eula was silenced with a forceful kiss.
Eula's eyes widened, and he kissed her hard, almost biting. It hurt so badly that tears welled up in her eyes.
But in an instant, Judson became gentle again, his tongue capturing hers. Eula wanted to escape, to pull away.
But Judson wouldn't let her go so easily. He sucked forcefully.
Eula felt a tingling sensation on her scalp, and soon, she could no longer resist.
Judson watched as she gradually gave up resisting, her eyes becoming misty. He loved her look.
So, he kissed her even more passionately, placing Eula's hands around his neck, making her hold on, otherwise, she might slide down the wall.
