Chapter 411 Their Future is So Difficult
Judson's expression changed slightly, and he realized the voice sounded somewhat familiar.
"She's sleeping and can't take the call right now. Besides, she won't get engaged to Geoffrey because she's in love with me." Judson said coldly.
After saying that, both sides fell silent, a deathly stillness.
After a long while, David finally seemed to snap out of it and said coldly. "Who are you? This is a family matter. Let Eula answer the phone."
He only acknowledged Geoffrey as his grandson-in-law.
Judson replied coldly, "She's sleeping and can't come to the phone. Next time, I'll bring her to visit you. Goodbye."
David's face turned pale with anger. Listening to the voice on the phone, he was furious and cursed. "Brat."
Geoffrey asked, "Mr. Lowe, what's wrong? If Eula is busy, she doesn't need to come. I have people taking care of things here."
Actually, he knew that he had lost when he asked Eula to choose him during the day. Her heart was with Judson, so he gave up on her.
This made him very unhappy. Now he wanted to use David to pressure her. With David's support, he believed Eula would definitely marry him.
When the car stopped, Eula suddenly opened her eyes and let out a big yawn. "Are we there?"
But no one answered her. She lifted her drowsy eyes and looked at that stern face. "Judson, what's wrong with you again?"
Weren't things fine before? Why did he seem angry again?
Judson straightened her head and looked at her coldly. "Eula, when are you planning to take me to meet your family?"
When it came to family, Eula's expression darkened, and she thought to herself, ' Ha, I don't dare!'
David only acknowledged Geoffrey now because he thought Dewitt and the others were Geoffrey's children, so she couldn't take Judson home for now.
Seeing her just giggling foolishly, Judson moved his long legs and got out of the car.
Eula watched his cold back, reached out to call him, but he ignored her and walked straight into the house, closing the door behind him.
She was stunned. What was wrong with him again?
"Mommy, we're home. Get out of the car!" Angie leaned her small body halfway in, smiling at her, and hooked her little hand.
"Hurry up! It's getting dark; let's go home."
Looking at Angie's adorable face, all of Eula's unhappiness disappeared. Indeed, Angie's face could cure everything.
Judson's inexplicable anger and cold attitude towards her just now.
Luckily, she had Angie, who instantly lifted her spirits. Otherwise, she felt she might often be angered by Judson and age a lot.
"Yes, let's go home." She stepped out of the car and walked towards the house with the three children.
When they entered, they saw Darcy sitting on the sofa, chatting happily with Mary.
Eula changed her shoes, sat beside Darcy, and leaned her head on her shoulder. "Darcy, Judson got angry again just now. I find that he gets angry too easily. I don't even know what happened."
Darcy shifted her gaze, and Mary pointed inside. "I'll set the table. You two chat, and come in to eat when you're done."
Darcy nodded and then raised her hand to touch Eula's face. "What happened?"
Eula sighed, "He wants to meet my family, but I don't dare to take him, so I keep pretending not to understand. Maybe that's why he's angry."
Darcy glanced at the three children washing their hands not far away. Their voices, full of laughter, filled the air. This was what home felt like.
"Eula, it seems Judson is serious about you, but his grandfather is a bit difficult. If you want to be with him, you'll have to deal with his grandfather first."
Eula looked troubled. "Yes, I know that, but my grandfather is also difficult. It feels like it's getting harder and harder between us. I don't even know if we have a future."
