Chapter 273 Showing Affection

The next morning, Eula woke up and checked her phone. Judson had texted her ten minutes ago.

Judson: [Come to the office with me. I'm waiting for you at home.]

Eula smiled and tapped out a reply.

Eula: [I'll be out in ten minutes. You're so sweet!]

She quickly got out of bed and headed to the bathroom. Sleeping in such a big bed was a luxury she hadn't enjoyed in years.

The spacious bathroom, complete with a shower and a large bathtub, made her smile. They finally had a home.

Downstairs, the kids were already up and playing in the living room.

Angie was practicing the piano, and her two sons were busy with their computers.

"Don't overwork yourselves. Study for a bit, but make sure to get some fresh air," Eula reminded them.

Angie turned and smiled. "Mommy, does my playing sound good?"

Mornings like this were nice, waking up to Angie's piano playing.

Eula gave her a thumbs up. "Angie, you're great."

As she headed for the door, Dewitt called out, "Mommy, have breakfast before you go to work."

Mary was already making it. Skipping breakfast was bad for health; Eula always told them that.

"I'll eat at the office. I woke up too late today. See you tonight, darlings!" Eula said, glancing at the time.

She hurried out the door. She had said ten minutes, but it had already been over twenty. She hoped Judson was still waiting.

If not, she'd have to drive herself. The transportation here wasn't great. The bus came every half hour, and getting a taxi was even harder.

Eula jogged to Judson's house and used her fingerprint to open the door.

"Judson, are you there?" she called, poking her head in.

Judson opened the door, a smile flashing across his face. "Come in."

She was so lovely!

Eula stepped inside and gave him a big smile.

"I said ten minutes, but I'm a little late. I thought you had left," she mumbled.

Judson opened his arms. He hadn't slept well last night, his mind full of Eula, her fair skin, and her soft touch.

Seeing Eula now, he was elated. With dark circles under his eyes, he looked at her with yearning. He wanted a hug.

Eula ran into his arms.

Being held by Judson felt so good!

They hugged for a while. The two people standing by the car, who had originally opened the car door for them, saw this and silently sat back in the car.

Especially Myles, who, watching this scene, also wanted to fall in love.

Myles turned to the driver next to him. "Alan, do you have a girlfriend?"

Alan shook his head. He was Judson's driver, on call 24/7, with no time to find a girlfriend.

Myles rubbed his forehead. "Then let us two single men watch them show off their love together!"

Eula was happy, but when she saw the car door open and glimpsed the people inside, she quickly pushed Judson away.

"We're going to be late. Let's go!" she said.

Judson finally let her go, looking down at her with deep eyes, and said coldly, "If you don't come over to keep me company tonight, I'll come to find you."

He was even willing to climb through the window. He didn't want to toss and turn like last night, thinking about her so much that it hurt.

Maybe it had been too long since he had been with a woman. Even a cold shower didn't help; he was excited all night. It was too uncomfortable.

Eula's face turned red, and she shook her head at him. "No, Dewitt and the others can't accept you yet."

She thought Judson should sense that and was just making things difficult for her.

"Fine, then I'll come over. I can climb the wall, right?" Judson asked again.
