Chapter 272 Mrs. Nash
Eula stood up, and Judson followed. "I'll walk you out," he said.
Damn, Judson wished Eula could stay longer.
He really wanted her all to himself.
When the door opened, Kristina was standing there, all dolled up.
Kristina saw them coming out, with Judson holding Eula's hand. Her eyes widened in surprise. Eula was just as shocked.
Eula pulled away from Judson, clearly unhappy.
As she passed Kristina, Eula snorted.
Judson couldn't help but laugh at Eula's jealous look.
"Eula," he called.
Eula turned, pointed at Kristina, then at him, as if to say, "If you mess around with her, I won't forgive you."
Judson nodded, his eyes full of affection.
Eula walked away, while Kristina stared coldly at her back, full of hatred.
Once Eula was out of sight, Judson turned to Kristina, his tone icy. "Ms. Lowe, what do you want? We agreed not to contact each other privately."
Kristina finally looked away, confused about why Eula was living here. 'Did she get the old man to buy her a house to be close to Judson?'
She continued thinking to herself, 'She has kids with a man over seventy but still pretends to be innocent. How disgusting!'
Then she said, "Judson, I was just passing by. Why is Eula here? Does she live here now?" she asked, a trace of disdain on her face.
She went on, "Judson, don't be fooled by her looks. She had kids with an old man at eighteen. This house must be his."
Kristina thought Eula was the worst. No way Judson was interested in her.
She fixed her hair, saying, "Judson, can I come in for a bit?"
She glanced around. She'd run into some friends while shopping, and they asked if she and Judson had broken up. She said no, and that the engagement was just on hold.
She brought them here to prove she and Judson were still in contact.
Judson checked the time and said coldly, "It's not convenient. Please leave."
He closed the door. Kristina was furious, but at least those women were far enough away not to hear.
At least Judson showed his face, so they should believe her.
Kristina walked to the corner, where three girls came over, laughing and hugging her.
One said, "Kristina, so you and Judson are really a couple! But who was that woman who just came out of his house? She looked familiar."
They were too far away to see clearly.
Kristina raised an eyebrow. "His cousin. She lives nearby and visits often."
She lifted her head proudly. "Now do you believe me? Let's go!"
The three girls laughed and linked arms with her.
"Kristina, when you marry into the Nash family and become Mrs. Nash, don't forget about us!"
