Chapter 455 Judson, You Big Jerk
Coming out of the clothing store, Eula decided not to shop any further. If she continued, she feared she might empty the entire mall.
Although she loved money, she wasn't greedy.
"Ms. Carnegie, it's about time. I need to head back to the hotel to pack my things." Eula said.
Susan's expression dimmed slightly upon hearing this. The past two days had been too short, and she was reluctant to part with Eula.
She looked at Eula with a deeper gaze and held her hand. "Eula, don't treat me like an outsider. My daughter is the same age as you. Just think of me as your mom, okay? If you ever need anything, just come to me."
No matter what it was, she could help her.
Eula smiled and agreed, "Okay."
She couldn't even remember what her own mother looked like. Hearing Susan's words, her heart trembled a bit.
Her eyes grew misty as she looked at Susan, who was so kind!
Before getting into the car, Eula hugged her. "Ms. Carnegie, goodbye! Come to City A when you have time."
Susan's eyes also welled up with tears. For the first time, she felt the pain of separation, and it was very uncomfortable.
After Eula let go of her, she waved and then got into the car.
Susan arranged for a car to take her back, watching until her car drove away.
Only then did she return to her usual expression. A woman in a black suit approached and whispered. "Ms. Carnegie, our people have been guarding the perimeter. No one has been allowed in. Ms. Lowe is safe, rest assured."
Hearing this, Susan's eyes brightened slightly, and she said calmly. "Have someone follow her until she safely leaves Fashion City. Make sure the people in City A know her. Their task from now on is to protect her."
"Yes, Ms. Carnegie." The woman responded, then opened the car door for her. Susan got in, and the woman sat in the front passenger seat.
Eula returned to the hotel and saw Judson sitting on the sofa smoking when she opened the door. The luggage was already packed.
He looked at her coldly. Eula knew he had been waiting too long and had to appease him.
She came over and hugged his neck, asking sweetly. "Judson, what did you have for dinner?"
Judson switched the cigarette to his other hand, afraid of burning her. "Didn't have an appetite."
Eula pursed her lips and rubbed her head against him. "Ah, how can you not eat? Your stomach isn't good to begin with."
"You still care about me? Look at the time. Let's go." He stood up and pulled her hand to leave.
If they delayed any longer, they would miss the flight. If Eula hadn't insisted on going back tonight, he would have liked to stay a few more days with her here.
Just the two of them, such a world for two was wonderful.
But Eula had the child on her mind, so he could only come second, which made him unhappy.
Judson, in his black trench coat, holding hands with Eula in her white dress, looked perfect together, like a beautiful painting!
Eula glanced towards the room, "The luggage."
"Someone will handle it, you don't need to worry."
Only then did Eula realize, of course, he was the big boss, and there must be plenty of people traveling with them.
He didn't have to lift a finger. Suddenly, she thought of her things, many of which were personal, and her underwear was still drying on the balcony. Could it be that her assistant had packed them?
Thinking of Myles, Eula felt uncomfortable all over.
"Your things were packed by me, don't worry." Then he leaned close to her ear, almost biting it as he spoke. "Even your underwear, I packed them. Hmm! I really like the styles. I'll take a good look next time."
Hearing this, Eula's face turned red, and she raised her hand to hit him. "You're so annoying."
Judson usually seemed so proper and refined, but she didn't expect him to say such things.
Judson just laughed, "I'm serious. Last time was too rushed, I didn't get a good look. When I packed today, I realized. So beautiful, I can't wait to see you wearing them."
