Chapter 406 Trouble
As she spoke, she began to wipe away her tears. "Look at how she slapped my face, swollen, and my waist hurts so much."
Robert glanced at Eula, feeling she looked familiar but couldn't recall where he knew her from, probably didn't know her.
He pointed at Eula, "Ma'am, come here and tell me, why did you hit her?"
Eula was initially very happy to see that Robert had recovered, able to walk and talk.
But seeing the way he spoke, she felt as if he had forgotten her.
She walked towards him step by step, "Mr. Nash, she secretly took my daughter away, that's why I hit her."
Angie ran over, giggling. "Mr. Nash, don't blame Eula; she was really worried about me, that's why she acted."
Robert looked at Angie in front of him, furrowing his brows. She also looked familiar, but he couldn't remember. "And who are you?"
Angie widened her eyes and pointed at herself. "Mr. Nash, don't you remember me? I'm Angie!"
Robert asked again, "Whose child are you?"
Maybe she was a friend ora relative's child, as long as she said it, he would know who she was.
Angie furrowed her little brows again, and Robert seemed to be getting more confused.
She looked puzzled. "I already said, I'm Eula's daughter."
'Mr. Nash has become a fool; it is frustrating.' Angie thought.
Kristina leaned close to his ear and whispered, "She's this woman's illegitimate child; no one even knows who the father is. Mr. Nash, don't listen to her, this little girl likes to lie."
Upon hearing "illegitimate child," Robert's expression changed, and his gaze towards Angie and Eula clearly shifted.
At this moment, Judson walked out, and Eula waved at him.
He strode towards her, "What's wrong?"
Seeing Eula's expression, it seemed something bad had happened.
Eula glanced at Robert, then whispered. "Judson, your grandpa seems to have lost his memory; he doesn't remember me or Angie."
'Is he cured or not? His legs are fine, he can talk, but he can't remember anything.' Eula thought.
Judson had already heard the doctor say this, so he wasn't surprised and patted her shoulder. "It's okay, this is normal, he will gradually recover."
Eula finally breathed a sigh of relief, "Memory loss is nothing, as long as he's healthy."
Judson nodded slightly, agreeing with her.
Robert suddenly called out to him, "Judson, come here."
Judson glanced at Eula, then walked towards where Robert was sitting. "Grandpa, what's the matter?"
Robert's face was stern. "I'm tired, I want to go back."
Judson glanced at Kristina and asked him, "Grandpa, do you remember her?"
Actually, Robert didn't remember Kristina either; she had told him herself when he woke up that she was Judson's girlfriend and had brought him here for treatment.
"Of course, I'm not stupid, how could I not remember your girlfriend." Robert replied.
Judson's eyes flickered; indeed, he wasn't stupid, he remembered this clearly.
Robert was supported by Kristina as they walked out.
Judson's face didn't look good. Eula walked beside him, glancing at him sideways. "What's wrong with you?"
Judson turned to meet her gaze, feeling a bit disappointed inside.
Robert's recovery was a good thing, but it also meant he would be more insistent on him being with Kristina.
He put his arm around her shoulder, his voice low. "I'm fine, just tired from a whole day of meetings."
He held Eula as they left the clinic, saying goodbye to the doctor.
Myles ran over to call him, "Mr. Judson Nash, Mr. Robert Nash wants you to hurry up and get in the car."
Judson walked to his car and said calmly. "Grandpa, you go first, my car will follow right behind."
Robert cursed, "Your girlfriend is here, don't get too close to those disreputable women."
