Chapter 384 Judson, You're Done For
Eula smiled, her eyes meeting his. This feeling was wonderful!
She slowly walked out of the kitchen and sat at the dining table like an obedient schoolgirl.
In no time, a hearty breakfast was laid out in front of her.
Judson pushed the milk towards her. "Eat more."
Eula picked up her fork, smiled slightly, and started eating.
Judson took a sip of milk and cut into his fried egg. At that moment, his phone rang, and he glanced at it.
It was Myles' number. He frowned slightly. Hadn't he instructed last night that no one should bother him today?
Eula reminded him, "Your phone is ringing."
Judson originally didn't want to answer, but Myles called twice in a row, so he picked up. "Speak."
His voice was low and cold, filled with displeasure.
Myles was in the car outside. If he hadn't been sitting in the car, he might have been so scared that he would have knelt on the ground.
"Mr. Nash, there's been an accident at the construction site in East Side. Three people died. You need to handle it personally."
Judson's frown deepened upon hearing this. "How could something like this happen?"
Myles sighed, "The elevator malfunctioned last night and fell straight from the top."
Judson stood up. "Alright, I'm coming out now."
After hanging up, he looked deeply at Eula, reluctant to leave. He really wanted to have breakfast with her, especially since she was wearing his clothes. He liked this look very much.
"Eula, there's an issue at the company. I have to go. Later, take the three kids to the Nash Mansion."
Eula saw the dark expression on his face and felt a bit worried. "Is something wrong at the company?"
"It's nothing I can't handle. I just won't be able to go to the Nash Mansion with you."
Eula smiled. "You go ahead and take care of your business. I'll take the three of them to visit your grandparents. Don't worry."
Judson went upstairs to change clothes and then hurriedly left.
After breakfast, Eula tidied up the kitchen, wrapped herself in a coat, and went home.
When she entered, Mary came over with slippers for her.
When she entered, Mary greeted to her, "Eula, you must be tired after staying at the hospital all night. Have some breakfast and get some rest."
A faint smile crossed Eula's eyes. In fact, she had been next door last night.
"Mary, I've already had breakfast. Please have the three kids change their clothes. I'm taking them to the Nash Mansion."
Mary was slightly surprised, her eyes lighting up. "Are you and Mr. Nash getting married? Are you taking the kids to meet the family?"
With that, she hurried towards the stairs. "I should have them dressed up nicely. They're so beautiful; the Nashs will surely like them."
Eula smiled. "Mary, you don't need to be so nervous. We're just visiting his grandparents."
Even so, Mary still felt that meeting the Nashs required dressing up nicely. She had to make sure Judson's grandparents liked them.
Eula returned to her bedroom and changed into a black vintage dress paired with black high heels, looking elegant and poised.
Angie entered her bedroom, her big eyes staring at her unblinkingly. "Eula, you look so beautiful today!"
Eula was taken aback. "Really beautiful?"
The dress she chose was very simple, and she didn't have many clothes. She used to be too poor to afford them.
Even now, she hadn't bought much.
This dress was from a few years ago.
Angie nodded enthusiastically. "Really beautiful! Your face is rosy, and your eyes are shining. You're glowing all over, just like my Barbie doll!"
Hearing this, Eula understood. It wasn't the clothes; it was the beauty radiating from within her.
Then she changed the subject. "We should get going."
