Chapter 147 They Look So Much Like Judson

"Let's go, everybody in the car. We're visiting Grandma's house today, so be on your best behavior, okay?"

"Okay!" the children replied in unison, heading outside.

Mary followed, carrying a bag of fruit and some coffee. "Eula, are you taking them home?"

Mary knew a bit about Eula's family, knowing they were well-off or prominent in the city, and thought it was time for the children to reconnect with their roots.

Eula shook her head, "No, just a friend's house."

Returning to the Lowe family estate was out of the question. Grandfather was too proud and had yet to get over certain issues. If it weren't for his favoritism towards her from a young age, he might not even want to see her.

She wouldn't expose her children to the disparaging remarks of those relatives.

The children boarded the car, and Mary placed the gifts on the passenger seat. "Eula, drive safely," she cautioned.

Eula nodded as she climbed into the driver's seat. "I will. Make yourself something to eat tonight; we may return late."

The family of four arrived at the Nash estate, and they pulled up on the driveway.

Angie gasped at the sight of the vast property. "Eula, is this a castle? It's so beautiful!"
The Nash Estate was truly stunning, expansive, and walking into it felt like stepping into a castle.

Dewitt and Rodolfo had never seen such a grand estate, their eyes wide with curiosity.

"This belongs to Mr. Nash and we'll be meeting his parents shortly."

Angie nodded, her eyes sparkling. "So this is where Mr. Nash lives. No wonder he's so good-looking; he's like a prince from a castle!"

Eula couldn't help but laugh at her daughter's comment, her young mind filled with princesses and princes, always dreaming.

Liz came out to greet them personally, a few servants trailing behind her.

As Eula stepped out of the car, she opened the doors for the three children.

The kids got out and looked around in wonder, and Grandma Nash visibly trembled when she saw the two little boys.

The servants rushed to support her, "Mrs. Nash..."

She raised a hand to stop them. "I'm fine."

Step by step, she approached the family of four, Liz's gaze lingering on the three children.

The daughter looked exactly like Eula, beautiful and sweet with a contagious smile.

The two boys were striking, reminding her so much of Judson as a child that a hint of surprise flickered through her.

Could it be coincidence? Fate?

Eula called out to her, and the children chimed in.

"Hello, Grandma Nash!"

Hearing their crisp voices, Liz felt a wave of emotion.

"Hello, my dears!"

Angie rushed into her embrace. "Grandma Nash, you smell so nice!"

Grandma Nash felt the soft little cheek against her own, her heart nearly melting.

"Oh, what a sweet talker you are, I adore you!"

Eula quickly introduced, "Grandma Nash, this is Angie, my youngest, and here are Dewitt and Rodolfo, my oldest boys."

Grandma Nash nodded approvingly, "Angie, Dewitt, Rodolfo, lovely names."

She took Angie's hand and reached for Dewitt's, but the little fellow had wandered off, leaving her with a sense of longing.

These children, with their temperaments, strongly reminded her of Judson.
