Chapter 316 Judson's Dilemma

Thinking about Eula, Fernando's face turned stormy.

Kristina figured a bunch of people Fernando hung out with were probably at the Nash Group's annual bash, and they probably saw Judson with Eula.

Eula was Judson's date tonight, his way of showing off that she was his girl.

Thinking about it, Kristina got all riled up. What did Eula do to deserve that kind of spotlight?

Eula, a single mom with three kids, being treated like gold by Judson.

Seeing her quiet, Fernando nodded slightly, getting the picture. 'So Eula has swiped Kristina's boyfriend. Such a cold-blooded woman.'

"Kristina, I'll take care of this. Don't sweat it. There are plenty of fish in the sea; a guy like Judson ain't worth it."

But deep down, Kristina only had eyes for Judson.

"Dad, I'm head over heels for Judson. I can't just move on."

She wiped her tears and peeked at Fernando's face. Seeing his worried look, she smirked inside.

Over the years, she and Melissa had invested a lot in Fernando, and he was wrapped around their finger.

Fernando genuinely cared for her and loved her.

So, as long as she played the sad card, Eula would never get Fernando's affection. He would only hate Eula even more.

"Dad, why has Eula turned so nasty? Is it 'cause my mom took her mom's man back in the day, and now she's out for revenge?"

Thinking about Eula's mom, Fernando's face got even darker.

"Your mom was a saint. How can Eula's mom even compare? She must've used some dirty tricks. Kristina, don't let it get to you. I heard Robert's really into you. If you truly love him, there's still hope."

Hearing this, Kristina had a lightbulb moment why Judson wanted a sham marriage with her. He was doing it for Robert. No wonder she had to play along with Judson every time she visited the Nash family.

That was the root of it. Kristina's smile grew wider.

As long as she kept Robert happy, she'd eventually become Judson's wife.

"Dad, I get it. No more tears. I'll give it my all."

Fernando gave her a long look, "Get some rest and stop overthinking."

After the annual bash, Judson was already hammered. Eula hadn't touched a drop; with him watching her back, no one dared to make her drink.

For the first time, Eula felt what it was like to be protected by a powerful guy.

Everyone respected her, took care of her, and didn't give her a hard time.

Eula glanced at Judson. The car was dimly lit, and he was hidden in the shadows, so she couldn't see his face.

Suddenly, Judson's big hand reached over and grabbed her small one.

"Eula."

Judson had drunk a lot, and he was in a good mood. This year, the Nash Group's performance was stellar, ranking first in City A again.

As the boss, Judson was naturally stoked.

This was a sign of a man's success in his career.

"I'm here."

Eula squeezed his hand and replied.

"Come to my place for New Year's tomorrow."

Originally, Judson wanted to go to Eula's place for New Year's, but since Eula hadn't brought it up, he couldn't wait any longer and decided to take the lead.

Eula smiled and leaned her head on his chest.

"I know, we already talked about it."

Jessica had called, and she had agreed. Now, she couldn't be apart from him. Spending New Year's without the one she loved would be pointless.

It would only make her miss him more!

Judson chuckled softly, "Eula, I might not have much to give you right now, but I'll give you everything in the future."
