Chapter 142 As Long as You're Happy
“Black,” Judson replied simply.
Eula paused for a moment. It was just as she had thought.
“Alright, got it.”
Their conversation dropped off, and they continued their meal in silence.
Meanwhile, Eula's classmates, having finished their dinner, were taking a stroll and passed by the garden restaurant. Through the panoramic windows, they saw a man and woman sitting opposite each other.
Sweet and charming, the woman was paired with a man both handsome and debonair.
Judson occasionally gave Eula a deep look before gracefully continuing his own meal.
A group of women stood nearby, buzzing with excitement.
“Wow, Judson really treats women so well!”
“I know! I wish I were the one sitting across from him!”
“Hey, that girl looks familiar! Right, isn’t that Eula?”
Smith Lily was taken aback, “It really is her.”
Hadn’t Kristina told them she was just babysitting for Judson? Saying he had left but look at them now, sitting face to face.
Judson was smiling as he talked with Eula, prompting her to take out her phone and quickly shoot a video to send to Kristina.
“Kristina, look, they seem like they’re dating! Better keep an eye on your man.
After soaking in the hot springs for half the day, a luxury that drained her energy, Eula was beyond full!
But the meals here were irresistible, tempting her to overindulge, and now she was stuffed.
Rising from her seat, she held her waist, uncomfortable from the overeating.
She cast a casual glance at the man still sipping his soup, her discomfort a silent testament to his insistence on filling her plate to avoid waste, which led her to eat it all.
At that moment, a waiter came over with a meal in hand, “Judson, should I send these out now?”
Eula spoke up before Judson could reply, “No need, I’ll carry it over myself.”
She felt it was just on the way, but Judson just cast her a fleeting glance. This girl was too kind-hearted, taking over what was someone else’s job.
He replied coolly, “You can carry it later. No need to involve me.”
A big shot CEO accustomed to being served, how could he possibly serve others?
Eula understood him and just smiled.
“I like to hand-feed my own little ones.”
After she finished speaking, she took the two bags of to-go food and happily headed towards the door.
Judson's brow furrowed slightly, noticing a hint of pride in her last statement.
Yet, he had no little ones to feed himself, feeling somewhat outshone.
Thus, he stood up and strode after her.
Reaching her, he took the food containers from her hands and led the way as if nothing was out of the ordinary.
Eula paused, confused. Hadn't he said he wouldn't help her? Such a contradictory guy.
After feeding her children, now full and energetic, the three kids were lively as ever.
Glancing at the time, Judson asked, "Wanna set off some fireworks?"
He had prepared plenty, wanting to share the experience with her after reading a few lines in her diary.
What's it like to watch fireworks all night?
That question in her diary stuck with him.
"Yay, I wanna do fireworks!" Angie bounced with excitement.
Although Judson had hoped for it to be just the two of them, seeing how much she cared for her three kids, he figured bringing them along was fine too.
Dewitt and Rodolfo's brows knitted at the thought.
Judson was behaving rather childishly, but it seemed to suit Mom's tastes perfectly.
Holding her brothers' hands, Angie beamed, "Are you guys happy? There's so much fun stuff today, and Mr. Nash is seriously romantic!"
Dewitt, seeing Angie so delighted, tenderly tousled her hair.
"As long as you're happy!"
