Chapter 346 Judson Warmed her

He wasn't really feeling the food; just picked at it a bit and then left it alone.

Eula strolled over, plopped down by the bed, and peeked at the food on his table. It looked pretty bland.

"Eat up," she said.

Judson shot her a quick look. "Where'd you go?"

He was in a funk 'cause she wasn't around when he woke up, so he wasn't feeling hungry.

Eula grabbed a piece of veggie with her hand and popped it into her mouth. She nodded. "Tastes great. You should eat more. Mary cooked this!"

They had to keep his injury on the down-low from the Nashs, so Mary whipped up the meals every day.

Judson's villa had cooks too, but Eula trusted Mary more, so she let her handle it.

Judson eyed her hand and said coolly, "Go wash your hands. Your food's already warmed up. Hurry and eat."

He remembered she hadn't eaten yet.

Eula felt a warm fuzzy inside. In Geoffrey's room, she felt cold, but here, she felt cozy.

She smiled, hugged him as she got up, and kissed his cheek. "Judson, you gotta stay healthy and live long!"

Then she headed to the bathroom to wash her hands.

Judson glanced towards the bathroom, thinking Eula was acting kinda weird today.

But her kissing him just now made him a bit happy.

Winnien and Myles, chilling on the couch, watched their little moment and exchanged awkward looks.

When Judson turned his head, he saw them sitting there, looking kinda lost.

He said calmly, "You guys can clock out now."

They stood up at the same time and smiled at him. "Alright, Mr. Nash, we're out. See you tomorrow."

Then they quickly bounced, leaving the room to them.

Eula came out of the bathroom and noticed the couch was empty. A hint of surprise flashed in her big eyes. "They left?"

She wanted to ask them about Judson's condition after she left, but guess that'll have to wait till tomorrow.

Judson was eating with one hand, and Eula saw he was struggling a bit. "Let me feed you."

She sat down and was about to grab the utensils to feed him.

Today was wild; she just fed Geoffrey, and now she was gonna feed Judson.

"No need, I got this. You eat," Judson said coldly, always thinking about her not eating. He could handle his own stuff.

Eula felt a bit sweet inside, knowing he cared about her.

The next day, Judson got discharged. Hugo looked at him, still as handsome as ever, no sign of being seriously hurt, even though the bullet was still in there.

He personally took out the stitches and then reminded him, "No heavy lifting. If you feel off, get to the hospital ASAP."

Judson glanced at Eula, who was packing with the servants. She was personally packing the intimate stuff, not letting the servants touch them.

His voice was low. "Yeah, I know. Find me a doc who can do the surgery soon."

Hugo slapped a band-aid on him, adjusted his glasses, and a hint of something dark flashed in his eyes.

He pursed his lips. "Well, I think I'm pretty good for the job. Been practicing lately."

Eula finished packing and walked over. Her milk-white hand touched near the wound. "Still looking good, don't worry."

Judson reached out and held her hand, their fingers interlocking. "Hugo, how's Eula's leg injury?"

She could move around now, and it was all because of him. She wanted to take care of him, so she pretended to be strong.
