Chapter 112 Little Brother-in-law Wants a Job!

Servant!

In the Johnson family, some people call Ryder a waste, and some call him a good-for-nothing.

But only Aaron calls him a servant!

Because in Aaron's eyes, Ryder is the servant brought into their family with money!

Just a guy who does all the dirty and tiring work without complaint!

Facing Aaron's questioning, Ryder calmly responded, "First, I don't think there's anything wrong with my attitude, and second, please use a different title for me in the future. I don't like this one."

"You don't like it?" Aaron sneered, "What right do you have not to like it in my house? I'll call you a servant, so what? The most useless servant! Oh, right, don't you have a servant sister? Where is she? Hurry up and bring her out to wash my feet!"

Ryder narrowed his eyes, emitting an icy aura.

Taking a step forward, he walked toward Aaron!

Karen's face changed, and she grabbed Ryder's arm. "What the hell do you think you're doing?"

Although Karen has always targeted Ryder, the latter rarely shows any emotions.

But recently, she has noticed that whenever the topic involves Ava, he becomes serious!

She still vividly remembers the scene when he kicked the foot basin onto her head last time!

Ryder replied bluntly, "It's simple. I'm just going to control your son's foul mouth!"

Aaron glared at him. "Servant, how dare you speak to me like that? Do you believe I'll beat you to death?"

"No, I don't believe it!" Ryder walked straight toward him.

Karen grabbed his arm and stared at him. "If you dare to touch my son, I'll fight you to death!"

Aaron took off his coat and said confidently, "Mom, let go of my hand. I'm here to teach him a lesson! It's obvious that I've been away for a long time and spoiled him!'"

As he spoke, he exerted force with his foot, trying to kick Ryder from the sofa.

Ryder moved his body to dodge the kick.

Aaron lost balance, and his other foot slipped, causing him to roll off the sofa and hit the ground with a loud noise.

"Fuck!"

Aaron sat on the ground in a split position.

The pain in his lower body turned his face red.

"Ah... Ah... it hurts..."

He sat there, inhaling sharply and not daring to move, with tears streaming from the corners of his eyes.

Seeing this, Karen turned pale with fright and quickly went to help Aaron stand up.

"Mom, slowly... it hurts, it hurts!"

"Alright, alright! I'll be gentle!"

After struggling for over a minute, Karen finally helped Aaron up and sat him on a nearby chair.

"Do we need to go to the hospital?" Karen asked with concern.

Aaron covered his thigh and shook his head. "No need. I just need to rest."

Karen let out a sigh of relief.

Then, she stood up, pointed angrily at Ryder, and said, "You worthless piece of trash! You're becoming more and more unruly. How dare you even lay a hand on my son? I'll kill you today!"

Rolling up her sleeves, she made a gesture like she was going to attack Ryder.

Ryder responded calmly, "Just now, he kicked and slipped on his own. What does it have to do with me?"

"You..." Karen's tone changed as she started to become unreasonable. "I don't care! If Aaron wants to deal with you, you have to stand there obediently and not fight back or dodge!"

Ryder ignored Karen's nonsense and stared coldly at Aaron. "Get up. Do you want to hit me?"

"I..." Aaron was furious.

He wanted to stand up, but the pain made him hesitate. He could only put on a tough front and reply, "Hmph! I just came back today and don't want to see any blood. I'll let you off this time. But if you dare to talk back again, I'll make you regret it!"

Ryder was about to say something, but then the door was pushed open.

It was Sarah, who had finished work and returned home.

"Aaron?"

Seeing Aaron, Sarah's face lit up, and she quickly hung her bag on the coat rack and rushed over.

She opened her arms, wanting to give Aaron a hug!

Due to the upbringing she received from their family, Sarah was very caring and had a tendency to spoil her younger brother.

When Aaron needed money for college, he would just reach out to Sarah if he ran out.

At least $200,000 had been invested over the past four years!

"I'm not able to stand up easily right now, so let's forget about the hug," Aaron responded awkwardly, covering his thigh.

Sarah's expression changed slightly as she asked with concern, "Are you injured? What happened?"

Upon hearing this, Karen, who was standing beside them, chimed in, "Hmph! How else do you think it happened? It's all thanks to your good husband, of course!"

Sarah turned her head and glared at Ryder. "Did you hit him?"

Ryder innocently shrugged his shoulders and said, "No, he fell on his own!"

"He's younger than you, so why bother with him? You should act more like a brother-in-law instead of getting into arguments all the time!" Sarah complained unhappily and then turned to Aaron to offer her concern.

Ryder sighed, feeling a bit of a headache. His wife was great in every way, but she spoiled Aaron a little too much. Just then, Ernest, who had been standing nearby without much presence, coughed lightly to mediate. "Let's not dwell on unhappy things. Today, we finally have our whole family together. Let's enjoy a good dinner to celebrate Sarah becoming the president and Aaron graduating successfully!"

"Hmph!" Karen pouted. After all, it had been a tiring day, and she wanted to eat dinner sooner. When she had enough energy from eating, she could always confront Ryder later!

Soon, the table was set, and everyone took their seats.

"The school food is not good, so eat more at home!"

"Aaron! Try this pan-fried steak!"

"I'll open a bottle of beer for you. Let's have a good drink tonight! Haha!"

At the dining table, Ernest's family of four was joyful and harmonious, leaving Ryder completely ignored.

Seeing this, Aaron purposely showed a close expression to his family, as if provokingly taunting Ryder. "They will forever be my family, and you are just an outsider at most!"

Ryder remained unfazed by this, as at least for now, he could still sit at the table and eat. He remembered how in the past, they would always sit together while he and his sister had to crouch in the kitchen, eating leftovers.

Occasionally, when Sarah was in a good mood, she would secretly give them some dishes. He recalled one time when Karen caught them, and they were falsely accused of stealing.

As a result, they were punished and went two full days without food. Of course, there were many grievances from the past three years, but Ryder chose not to dwell on them. He kept them in his heart, silently.

In the middle of the meal, Aaron suddenly asked Sarah, "All my classmates have found jobs after graduating, but I haven't. Can you arrange a job for me in your company?"
