Chapter 85 Your Card is Stolen!

The pent-up anger in Ryder's heart finally became unbearable.

Looking at Helen and the staff behind her, he spoke in a calm voice, "Since you've gone to great lengths to keep me out, how about this?"

With that, he took out a gold card from his pocket.

The card was embossed with a golden texture, with "The Pint House" written on the front, and next to it was the hotel logo adorned with small diamonds!

The back of the card featured the signature of the owner of The Pint House, Andrew!

Just looking at it was a luxury!

This card was a gift from Andrew to Ryder during their last meal at The Pint House.

The Pint House's VIP card!

This card symbolized status and privilege at The Pint House, providing the same treatment as the hotel owner, unconditional reservation, and the privilege of one million dollars of annual consumption waiver, among other benefits!

It was extremely precious and rare!

Since the hotel's establishment, no more than 10 VIP cards had been issued!

Those who possessed a VIP card were undoubtedly important figures in Houston.

The bosses among bosses!

An existence that couldn't be provoked!

When Helen saw the VIP card, her face instantly turned pale.

As the head waitress of the hotel, of course, she knew what the VIP card looked like, as it was included in the employee handbook!

During her five years of work, she had only seen a VIP card once.

The boss who presented the card was personally escorted by Andrew to have a meal!

She would never forget that grand occasion in her entire life!

If she could marry a man like that, she would never have to worry about food and clothing for the rest of her life!

She never expected to see a VIP card again today!

What's more surprising is that the person who presented the card is the same person she had just humiliated!

"This... How is this possible?"

Nervously, Helen swallowed a mouthful of saliva, and cold sweat unknowingly dripped down her forehead.

Ryder didn't pay attention to Helen's reaction and walked straight into the hotel.

He really didn't want to waste any more time with these guys.

Because his intuition told him that Sarah was not in a good situation right now!

Helen stopped Ryder in his tracks with a call from behind, "Did I let you in? Stop right there!"

Ryder turned around, furrowing his brow. "Can't I enter with my VIP card?"

In a cold voice, Helen replied, "Certainly, an esteemed VIP customer can enter, but not you."

"Do you suspect my card is fake?"

"Of course not."

Helen shook her head and said arrogantly, "I suspect you stole it."

"Stole it? What evidence do you have?"

"What evidence do I need? How could our boss gift a VIP card to someone like you, a poor person? Did you not steal it or obtain it through unlawful means? Framing someone is illegal!"

Helen sneered, "You dare steal the VIP card from The Pint House? I'll have the security escort you to the police station. You can explain it all to them!"

With a wave of her hand, Helen quickly summoned six or seven security guards.

They were all tall and had a completely different aura compared to regular hotel security guards.

"What are your orders?"

Helen pointed at Ryder. "This bastard dared to steal our hotel's VIP card. Teach him a lesson and then send him to the police!"

"Yes!"

The security guards surrounded Ryder.

Seeing this, Helen couldn't help but feel delighted. After all, catching a thief of the VIP card was a significant accomplishment.

It seemed that she would definitely receive an A+ during the midterm performance evaluation this year!

Maybe not long after, she could even be promoted and become the lobby manager!

Just as she indulged in various fantasies, a mature and alluring voice berated, "Stop right there!"

Everyone turned their heads.

They saw an elegant woman in a high-end professional suit, black stockings, and high heels walking over. She appeared to be around twenty-six or twenty-seven years old, and her appearance was beautiful!

Upon seeing this person, Helen, along with the security guards and receptionists, were all taken aback and hastily adjusted their clothes.

Casey, Andrew's niece.

She held the position of general manager at The Pint House, second only to the owner Andrew himself!

As Andrew had no children, he treated this niece as his own and had already determined her as the future successor of The Pint House.

People like Helen, who were just part-time workers, were nothing more than ants in the eyes of Casey!

Casey strode forward.

Helen's eyes lit up as she suddenly realized that this was her rare opportunity to impress.

She hurriedly took a step forward and bowed to Casey. "I just caught a bastard who stole the VIP card. I leave it to you to handle!"

But to her surprise, Casey completely ignored her.

She went straight to Ryder, slightly bending down and apologizing, "Mr. Clark, I apologize for the poor hospitality of our hotel management! I will deal with them..."

Casey then turned her head and said to Helen in a cold voice, "You're fired. Go to the finance department later to settle the remaining salary and leave! And you, the receptionists, go with her!"

Upon hearing this, Helen and the receptionists were stunned, their eyes wide open in confusion. "Why is this happening? What did we do wrong?"

Casey replied coldly, "Because you offended the hotel's VIP customers! Besides, I've been receiving complaints lately about your unprofessional attitude, which has already affected the hotel's reputation. Isn't that a reason enough?"

Upon hearing this, Helen sat on the ground, sweat pouring down her face!

She raised her head and looked at Ryder, her mind buzzing.

He really was a VIP customer!

She actually offended him!

Oh my god!

How could she do such a foolish thing!

The receptionists were also scared and speechless. At this moment, they finally understood why Ryder warned them that they would regret it!

But regret was useless. Casey was known for being decisive.

Her decision couldn't be changed, and no one could plead for mercy!

They could only accept this outcome and foresee that being fired from the hotel would mean they could never find such a good job again!

With their heads lowered, they choked back their tears and went to the finance department to collect their salaries.

After dealing with the employees, Casey turned to Ryder again and apologized, "Mr. Clark, I'm really sorry!"

Looking at Casey, Ryder couldn't help but feel a bit emotional. This was indeed a woman who acted swiftly and decisively!

However, Ryder seemed to have never seen her before, so he asked in confusion, "How do you know me?"

Casey replied, "I always do some research on each VIP customer's information, and my uncle often mentions you!"

I see!

Ryder nodded, "Could you please help me find out where my wife is? I have an urgent matter!"

"No problem!"
