Chapter 622 The Second Real Video!
At that moment, the big screen flickered back to life.
Out of nowhere, it started playing a new video.
"Unplug it! Unplug it now, do you hear me?!"
Tyler had planned to stick close to his dad, Constantine, trying to stay low-key and invisible.
But now, he was freaking out and quickly told someone to cut the computer's power.
He couldn't let that video keep playing!
"Hold on a sec." Ryder smirked, standing right by the computer, blocking anyone from getting close.
"Tyler, feeling guilty? Can't even watch a video?" Ryder locked eyes with Tyler.
"What do I have to feel guilty about? Go ahead, play it." Tyler quickly did the math.
Everything he'd done was already out in the open, thanks to Ryder.
His most embarrassing moment had just happened.
Nothing could be worse than that. With that thought, he stopped trying to shut Ryder down.
Since Tyler didn't stop him, no one else felt the need to step in.
Except for Constantine, who thought Ryder was just being a loudmouth and didn't get the situation.
But since Tyler didn't stop him, if he did, wouldn't it make him look guilty?
So, he joined everyone else in watching the new video.
Soon, images popped up on the big screen.
The video showed an old-fashioned study, Constantine and Lester were sitting in the office, sipping coffee.
Constantine immediately knew what this video was and his eyes went wide.
The video was playing in fast-forward!
Suddenly, Lester looked like he wasn't feeling well and mumbled something as he stood up.
Then they started fighting.
Lester quickly hit the ground in a twisted heap.
Constantine was on top of Lester, choking him hard until Lester's eyes rolled back.
After lying there for three minutes, he was completely lifeless!
The video cut off abruptly.
The guests went nuts:
"What is this?!"
"Constantine actually fought with Lester and killed him?"
"No way, this is insane!"
After watching the video, everyone stared at Constantine in shock.
"What are you waiting for? TT Company techs, verify this video!" Ryder said calmly.
These techs were originally hired by the Young family, but now they were totally working for Ryder!
Everyone there wanted to know the truth, including Tyler.
If this video was rea, then who was that Lester he had planned to poison?
But soon, the TT Company techs gave an answer.
"The video is real, but a lot of parts are blurred!"
What just happened?
Because of the TT employee's words, the place went wild!
But something was off.
Most of the people there were from Aurora City's elite families, and they knew about the Rigal Sports Complex arson case and the Wallace family bankruptcy three years ago.
And the stuff in the video totally contradicted what they knew!
"No way, I remember Lester died in prison from depression."
"Yeah, me too. Could it be that the guy in prison wasn't Lester at all?"
"What is going on here?"
The guests were all confused.
Tyler was just as shocked, shaking like a leaf.
This Ryder guy had so many powerful videos, each one scarier than the last.
If he'd known Ryder would drop a bomb like this, he would've yanked the power cord for sure!!
Then, Tyler whispered in Constantine's ear, "Dad, if this video is real, does that mean Lester died back then, and the guy in prison was...?"
"Shut up! Don't talk nonsense!" Constantine hissed under his breath.
For years, the Trace Investigation Agency of Aurora City had been squeezing over a hundred million dollars out of the Young family annually. Yet, they never handed over this video to him!
This Ryder guy really had some skills, actually managing to get his hands on it!
At the same time, Constantine was floored that the Trace Investigation Agency would just hand it over to Ryder so easily.
And Constantine knew better than anyone that the video was real.
But he quickly pulled himself together.
He cleared his throat and said, "The video is real, but the facts aren't what they seem. Lester and I have always been friends, really close friends. How could I possibly harm him?"
Hearing this, everyone was even more confused.
If the video was real, then the murder should be real too!
Constantine smiled, looking calm.
He continued, "I think everyone knows that Lester and I studied acting in college before we went into business."
"We both had a dream of acting! So we often discussed some plots in private and acted them out for fun!"
"So, in the video, this was just Lester and me improvising a scene!"
"Poor Lester, how I wish I could still act with him."
The more Constantine spoke, the more emotional he got, even to the point of tears.
"Constantine, today is a joyous occasion, don't be sad." Sandra quickly comforted him.
"And Barbara, don't be stubborn! Let's wait until after the wedding to discuss everything!"
Barbara, on the side, completely ignored Sandra's words.
The guests were also somewhat moved, seemingly convinced by Constantine.
Everyone present was a veteran in the business world, naturally aware that Constantine and Lester were once known as good brothers in the business circle.
Being so close, acting together was quite normal.
'Impressive.' Tyler inwardly marveled at Constantine's reaction.

'Dead men tell no tales. Ryder, you young man, want to fight me! You're still not skilled enough!' Constantine thought to himself as he looked at Ryder.
Then, with an angry expression, he looked at Ryder and questioned, "Ryder, I'm not going to pursue your false accusations against me, but our Young family does not welcome you. Now, you and your wife and friends can leave."
Constantine began to kick them out.
Ryder shrugged indifferently and gave a thumbs up.
He said, "Constantine, you can even explain this away! That's impressive!"
"What do you mean explain away? What I said is true. Lester and I were good friends; how could I kill him?" Constantine insisted.
The other guests also stood with Constantine.
Everyone believed Constantine because there were facts to back it up.
After all, Lester died in prison from depression, which was a well-known fact!
And this was enough to show that the Lester in the video was just joking with Constantine, and they were acting.
"Don't worry, I have a third video!" Ryder said unhurriedly.
What? The guests were stunned.
What was Ryder up to now?
Each of Ryder's videos revealed shocking truths.
The first video directly ruined Tyler.
The second video almost sent Constantine to prison.
Luckily, Constantine explained it away.
