Chapter 593 Come Stay at My Villa!

Before Ryder could respond, Rex, who was standing nearby, shot a cold glare at Tyler.

In a chilling voice, he said, "Tyler, it's you again! I warned you last time, if I see you again, I'll beat you up!"

Tyler didn't bother arguing with Rex. He knew Rex was just Ryder's lackey.

He turned his attention back to Ryder.

Tyler looked innocent. "I can let go of the fact that you guys beat me up in the park last time, but Ryder, you can't be too cocky! I'm not someone to be pushed around! You need to know when to stop!"

"Dare to tell Ryder what to do? Who do you think you are!" Rex suddenly kicked Tyler in the stomach.

Tyler hit the ground hard and didn't stop there. He slid like a bowling ball, crashing into the bedside table next to the hospital bed.

The table wobbled, and the glass vase with bright blue roses fell over, smashing right onto Tyler's head.

Water poured down from head to toe, and blue petals covered him, making him look even more pitiful and ridiculous.

Tyler felt like his stomach was about to explode, and his head was spinning from the impact.

Tears and sweat flowed uncontrollably, and he let out a painful groan. He couldn't even stand up!

Rex glanced at him and snorted, "Consider this a warning. If you dare get close to Barbara again, this will be your fate!"

The whole ward fell silent.

After a few seconds, Barbara, frightened, shouted, "Hey! What are you doing? This is outrageous!"

She quickly ran to Tyler and pressed the bedside alarm. She asked Tyler with concern, "Hey, are you okay?"

Tyler shook his head. "No, no, I'm fine. Don't blame them; they're doing it for your own good."

After saying that, Tyler's eyes rolled back, and he fainted.

Barbara, panicking, kept pressing the bedside alarm. Soon, several nurses rushed in. Seeing the situation, they quickly lifted the unconscious Tyler onto a stretcher and took him to the emergency room.

Outside the emergency room, Barbara glared coldly at Ryder and Rex, questioning, "Ryder, why do you resort to violence at the drop of a hat? Who gave you the right?"

Ryder frowned slightly. "It was a bit impulsive, but Tyler deserved it! Also, even though you've lost your memory, you used to interact with Tyler three years ago. You should know what kind of person he is. Don't get involved with him anymore!"

These past few days, Ryder had been busy with work. Plus, Rex visited Barbara and Anna every morning, and they both had bodyguards watching over them. Naturally, he felt at ease.

But just now, the bodyguard called to say that Anna had left with someone her family sent. Ryder thought that with Anna gone, Barbara might feel lonely and sad, so he came to check on her.

He didn't expect Tyler to be there too! And the bodyguards hadn't reported this situation.

It was his fault for saying to contact him only if there was danger.

Tyler, with his pretty-boy looks, seemed harmless.

The bodyguards naturally thought he was a friend, not a threat, and didn't report it.

"Who do you think you are? Who I hang out with is none of your business! Let me tell you, Sarah is mine! And I will be with Tyler!"

Barbara blurted out in anger, her chest heaving with rage.

Ryder rubbed his forehead, feeling helpless, like his words were falling on deaf ears.

At that moment, Rex interjected, "Barbara, don't be mad at Ryder! I'm the one who hit him. If you want to blame someone, blame me!"

Barbara got even angrier. She glared at Rex with fiery eyes, "Who are you talking to me like that?"

Rex, feeling wronged, explained, "But you are my sister! Your grandpa is my grandma's brother!"

"What nonsense! You jerk!" Barbara cursed, furious.

"Get out! And I warn you, don't come to the hospital again! I don't want to see you! You should learn from Tyler. Even after you beat him, he told me not to blame you, but you still badmouth him behind his back!"

"We didn't..." Rex tried to say something, but Barbara covered her ears with her hands. She didn't want to listen at all!

"Get out! I don't need you meddling in my affairs!"

After Barbara finished shouting, she calmed down a bit. Ryder then spoke, "You've lost your memory and can't tell right from wrong. But to reassure Sarah, you should stay at my villa for now. I'll have a doctor come to the house to treat you."

He then instructed Rex, "Take her to the car first. I'll go pay the medical bills."

"Alright! Whatever you say, Ryder!"

So, Rex, regardless of whether Barbara was willing, forcefully carried her in his arms. Barbara struggled and even pounded on Rex, but his body was like steel, unmoved. Barbara's small fists hurt instead, turning red. Finally, she quieted down.

Ryder went to pay Barbara and Anna's medical bills, including the cost of Tyler's injuries caused by Rex. But the hospital's billing officer told him that Barbara and Anna's bills had already been settled. The billing officer told Ryder that it was Anna's family who paid.

The Jones family? Ryder's heart skipped a beat. He felt he was getting closer to the Jones family.

His unscrupulous biological mother Emma? The cause of his father John's death? But he also understood that he currently didn't have the strength or ability to uncover the truth about all these things.

So in the end, Ryder only paid for Tyler's medical expenses. Then, he hired a senior neurologist at a high cost to visit his home and treat Barbara.

Soon, Ryder reached an agreement with the hospital. As Ryder was leaving the neurology department, he passed by the obstetrics and gynecology department.

He happened to see Kyle supporting a frail, unfamiliar woman. Judging by the direction, the two had just come out of the "abortion" surgery room.

What was happening?
