Chapter 433 Viper

Tyler's words grabbed everyone's attention in the Johnson Mansion.

Lawrence couldn't believe it and blurted out, "Mr. Young, are you for real?"

Right after he said it, he regretted it. Questioning Tyler in front of everyone? Not a smart move.

Tyler shot Lawrence a look of disgust, then turned to the Johnson family and said, "Come with me to the door, and you'll see for yourselves!"

And with that, he walked out.

Abigail stepped up to Lawrence, clearly annoyed. "Dad, what were you thinking? We need to impress Mr. Young!"

Lawrence looked sheepish and whispered, "You're right, I'll be more careful. I heard Tyler visited Barbara the other day, and she didn't treat him well. This is your chance. If you can get Mr. Young to like you, you'll be set for life!"

Abigail's eyes sparkled with determination. "Don't worry, Dad. I'll make sure Mr. Young likes me!"

The group headed outside and stopped at the door.

Heather and the rest of the Johnson family gasped at the sight of the imposing, well-organized men standing outside. The New York City crew had an overwhelming presence!

Tyler introduced the Johnson family to the bald guy with a cobra tattoo at the front. "This is Viper, the guy who keeps order in our mines. In New York City, everyone in the underworld respects him."

Jasper, aka Viper, licked his lips and asked in a raspy voice, "Is there someone named Mark in Houston?"

Heather nodded, "Yeah, why?"

Jasper's expression darkened a bit. "Nothing much. He once tried to expand his influence to New York City, but I shut him down. I heard he died recently. What a shame."

The Johnson family swallowed nervously. Jasper had actually stopped Mark from expanding to New York City! No wonder he was with the Young family; truly impressive!

Tyler then introduced the Johnson family to Jasper. "This is Heather, the head of the family, and this is Sandra, and this is..."

After the introductions, Jasper and his men shouted in unison, "Hello, Heather! Hello, Sandra!"

The powerful shouts made Heather incredibly excited. She had worked so hard to elevate the Johnson family to top-tier status, admired and respected by many.

Now, even Jasper, who had bested Mark, was showing them respect. She fantasized that the Johnson family had already become one of the top families in Houston, no, in New York City!

Being able to control others' lives and deaths at will was true power and true influence!

Thinking of this, Heather became even more determined to complete the marriage alliance with the Davis family.

Sandra, who despised Ryder, reminded Tyler, "Tyler, Ryder isn't as easy to deal with as you think. Are you confident?"

Tyler squinted slightly, his tone full of confidence. "Sandra, just watch. No matter how tough Ryder is, since he crossed the Young family, he won't have a good end!"

Tyler turned to Heather and patted his chest confidently. "Heather, your seventieth birthday is coming up soon. I promise you, Ryder will be on his knees, kowtowing until you're satisfied!"

"Great! I can't wait for that day!" Heather, thrilled, patted Tyler on the shoulder, her mind already running wild with fantasies.

Polka Bar, the biggest bar in Houston, was the go-to spot for young folks looking to blow off some steam every night. Since it opened, there had never been any troublemakers.

The reason was simple: everyone knew the bar's owner, George, had major clout in Houston. Plus, he ran a big security company, so no one dared mess with him.

Regulars knew Polka Bar had three strict rules:

1. No forcing drinks on women.

2. No illegal drugs.

3. No physical transactions involving money.

George set these rules because breaking them could land you in serious legal trouble. This self-regulation made Polka Bar a favorite among ordinary folks.

Tonight, as everyone was enjoying the vibe, the sound of a shattering bottle suddenly grabbed everyone's attention. They all turned to look.

There was a bald guy with a tattoo on his head, standing on a sofa, holding a bottle, and yelling at a waiter. "I just asked you to have a drink, and you can't even show that much respect? Will you drink or not?"

He smashed the bottle on the ground, sending shards flying everywhere.

The waiter, pale with fear, stood there trembling, clearly scared out of her wits.

The crowd started buzzing.

"Holy crap, what's going on? Someone actually dares to smash a bottle in Polka Bar? Who is he?"

"I've never seen him before. From his accent, he doesn't seem to be from Houston. Probably from New York City! Looks like he's in the underworld, not someone to mess with!"

"Didn't you see? This bald guy is super arrogant! He came in, stood on the sofa, ordered drinks, and made the waitress drink with him. She drank three large glasses and still wouldn't let up. Just now, he even made her kneel in front of him to drink, throwing a tantrum if she refused."

"Isn't this clearly causing trouble?"

Some customers tried to warn Jasper, telling him not to cause trouble, or it would backfire on him, but Jasper ignored them.

In front of everyone, he jumped off the sofa, picked up a palm-sized shard of the bottle from the ground, walked up to the waiter, a sinister look in his triangular eyes, and said in a hoarse voice, "I'll ask you one more time, will you kneel and drink? Think carefully before you answer!"

The waiter's legs went weak. She was just an ordinary working girl; how could she have seen such a scene?

Just as the situation was getting tense, a loud voice rang out. "Hold on!"

Everyone turned to look at the door, their eyes lighting up. It was George!

A good show was about to start!
