Chapter 342 I Won't Sign!
Seeing this, Sarah looked shocked. "Mom, what's going on?"
Karen, with a look of disgust, scolded, "Ugh! Don't call me Mom! I don't have such a disrespectful daughter!"
"What on earth is going on with you all?" Sarah asked, puzzled.
Dominic sneered, "Haha! At this point, you still can't see what's going on? Are you really that dumb or just pretending?"

In disbelief, she asked, "Mom, you're not sick, are you?"
As soon as she said this, the other four people in the car burst into laughter.

"Haha! It's all thanks to my convincing act! I researched a lot to fake having cancer, and almost got caught a few times!"
"Karen, don't forget my contributions. When I went to see her yesterday, I even cried! If I had known I had this talent, I would have become an actor!"
Listening to their conversation, Sarah felt her mind buzzing!

Saying this, he took out two documents from his wallet and ordered Sarah, "Sign these now!"
Sarah looked closely!
The first document was a share transfer agreement for SR Group, transferring the shares to Kyle himself!
The second was a divorce agreement, requiring her to divorce Ryder and legally claim half of Ryder's assets!

This was blatant extortion!
Sarah firmly shook her head. "I won't sign!"

He reached out and dragged Sarah out of the car!

"No!" Sarah yelled back.

Kyle slapped Sarah across the face!
Sarah covered her cheek, her eyes filled with disbelief!
Kyle had actually hit her!
Sarah grew up in a family that favored boys over girls, leaving her to feel the sting of unequal status within her own family.
Even so, she had always been very protective of Kyle!
When they were kids, she had saved her allowance for Kyle.
Every time Kyle was bullied by Abigail and Andy at the Johnson family estate, she would find ways to support him!
Later, as they grew older, when Kyle caused trouble at school, it was mostly Sarah who helped solve the problems!
In a way, she had been more of a mom to Kyle than Karen ever was!
Who knew, he would turn out to be so ungrateful?
Saying she wasn't hurt would be a lie!
Kyle sneered, "Why are you glaring at me? Do you believe I'll hit you again?"
Sarah held back her tears.
Her voice choked as she spoke, "Kyle! Why have you become like this? I can't understand you anymore!"
In the past, when Kyle caused trouble, Sarah thought it was because he was young and immature, and that he would become more mature and responsibleas he grew older!
That was why she kept forgiving him!
At this moment, Karen and the others got out of the car!
Karen stretched lazily and said indifferently, "What Kyle becomes has nothing to do with you! As his mother, I haven't said anything, so don't meddle!"
Meddle?
Hearing this word, Sarah felt a pang in her heart!
She thought about the past few days, how she had lost her basic judgment because she was worried about Karen's cancer!
She had even scolded Ryder for his doubts and concerns, thinking they were malicious!
And the phrase she said the most was—don't meddle!
Thinking of this, she felt even worse!

Seeing this, Dominic impatiently complained, "Crying again! All you do is cry! Hurry up and sign the papers! Don't waste our time! And don't think about running away or calling for help!
"We've checked this area in advance; no one lives around here, so no one will know what we do today!"
Sarah took a deep breath, her expression still firm. "I won't sign them!"
"Damn it! If you don't accept the friendly offer, you'll face the consequences!" Kyle threatened.
Kyle cursed angrily, grabbed Sarah's hair, and dragged her towards the lake!
"If you don't sign them, I'll drown you in the lake!" he growled.
Sarah struggled and responded, "Even if you drown me, I won't sign them! If I die, you won't get a penny!"
This statement further enraged Kyle!
"Are you threatening me? Do you really think I won't do it? I'll show you what I'm capable of!" Kyle sneered.
When they reached the edge of the lake, he let go of Sarah's hair and kicked her ruthlessly in the stomach.
Sarah fell into the lake, landing on her butt!
The water at the lake's edge wasn't deep, just reaching her navel when she sat down!
But the autumn lake water was very cold!
Sarah immediately felt the icy chill!
Holding her aching stomach, she struggled to stand up and tried to walk ashore!
Kyle stood on the shore with a fierce look, blocking Sarah from getting out of the water. "Do you want to come up? Sign the papers! If you don't sign them, you can stay in the water! I want to see how long you can last!"
"Shameless brute!" Sarah clenched her fists and said!
So she stood in the lake, refusing to come ashore, and just glared at Kyle!
On the shore, Karen and the others showed no concern.
On the contrary, they further incited.
"Sarah! Stop being stubborn, just sign the papers!"
"That's right! Once you sign the papers, you can leave! Why make yourself uncomfortable?"
"Just a reminder, cold water is bad for women. If you keep this up, it might affect your fertility! Hahaha!"
Kyle picked up two stones from the shore.
He deliberately threw them near Sarah, splashing water on her.
With a smug look, he said, "Not convinced? Come hit me! Or call Ryder! It's a pity that loser was driven away by you and didn't come along! Do you regret it now?"
