In fact, he had been at the hospital for a while, quietly observing the situation from behind Sarah. He was worried that Sarah would encounter some trouble, and his worries turned out to be true!

Ryder replied, "I am her husband, if you have something to say, say it to me!"

As they argued, the group of people started hurling insults at each other, escalating into a physical fight!
In the end, over a dozen people rolled into several clusters in the hospital corridor, creating a chaotic yet truly spectacular scene!

But as soon as the nurse approached, they got caught up in the scuffle and fell to the ground!

Just then, his phone rang.
It was George calling.
At 8:30 PM, Sarah opened her eyes, feeling extremely tired.
Looking around, she realized she was lying in a hospital bed!
Emily, sitting on a chair next to her, quickly stood up in excitement and said, "Sarah, you're awake! Finally, you're fine!"
Rubbing her still slightly dizzy head, Sarah asked, "Where did everyone go?"
"Kelly went outside to the restaurant to buy you some food!"
Sarah shook her head, "I meant the family members of the employees. Where did they go?"
Emily answered, "I heard they all got taken to the police station for questioning because of the brawl. I guess they haven't been released yet, and even if they are, they probably won't cause any trouble for a while."
"Brawl?" Sarah looked puzzled. "Why would they cause a fight when everything was fine? And they even attacked the doctors?"
"I've been in the hospital room and haven't gone out, so I'm not sure about the details. Why don't you call Ryder and ask? He was the one left to deal with those unreasonable family members. He should know what happened."
Sarah was taken aback, "Ryder came?"
Emily nodded repeatedly, "Yes! He appeared just in time and kept you from falling. He asked me to take you to the ward and deal with all those irrational family members by himself! It's really reassuring!"
Hearing this, Sarah fell into a daydream.

Sarah sat on the hospital bed, burying her head between her knees, as if hesitating about something.
