Chapter 567 Who Told You to Kneel!

Rex stepped forward.

The bodyguards in black were taken aback, stopping in their tracks and sizing up Rex.

He had a strong build, eyes like a hawk, and a hint of excitement in his gaze.

He seemed... pretty dumb?

"Dumbass, do you know who we are? If you don't want to die, get lost!"

"Yeah, having brute strength means nothing. In front of us, crushing you is as easy as crushing an ant!"

"That's right, we're here to teach that couple behind you a lesson. It's got nothing to do with you, so move aside!"

The bodyguards arrogantly shouted at Rex.

Rex's face darkened as he looked at the last bodyguard who spoke. "Who are you calling dumb?"

The bodyguard snorted, "What? Are you angry now? Don't worry, soon enough, I'll have that couple kneel and apologize to Mrs. Moore."

Before the bodyguard could finish his sentence, Rex swiftly moved forward and slapped him.

The bodyguard was sent flying to the ground, his face swelling visibly.

The bodyguard finally reacted, clutching his face and glaring at Rex. "This dumbass is a pro! Everyone, get him!"

As he spoke, two bloodied teeth flew out of his mouth, and blood trickled from the corner of his lips.

With the reminder, the other bodyguards took Rex seriously.

"Who would've thought there'd be someone in Aurora City who could send my friend flying with a slap! You're a worthy opponent! Let's see what you've got!"

"This dumbass has immense strength. We might not be able to take him one-on-one. Let's get him together!"

"Yeah, hurting my friend is a death wish!"

The bodyguards surrounded Rex.

They stepped forward, gripping their stun batons, all assuming fighting stances.

The excitement in Rex's eyes grew even more intense.

He turned to Ryder and said, "Ryder, you guys move back a bit. Leave these guys to me!"

Ryder made an OK gesture.

Since Rex said so, it seemed he was confident in taking down these burly bodyguards.

Soon, Rex and the bodyguards were entangled in a brawl.

In less than three minutes, Rex had disarmed all the bodyguards, throwing their stun batons to the ground.

Another two minutes passed, and with Rex at the center, all the bodyguards were down, unable to get up.

Each one had a bruised face, their eyes filled with fear.

Was this even a human physique? His muscles were as hard as iron, and they couldn't even hurt him a single bit, only to hurt themselves instead!

Rex dusted off his clothes and grumbled, "Didn't you say you were from the special forces? With this level of skill, you're way too weak!"

These words made two of the bodyguards spit blood in anger.

"Dumbass, don't talk nonsense! We were sent back because we failed the physical tests! If I could undergo that kind of hellish training, I could take on ten of you!"

Rex pouted, "You still wouldn't be able to beat me!"

"You..." The bodyguard's eyes rolled back in anger, and he fainted.

The scene before them was beyond Kyle and Lisa's expectations.

Scared, they turned to run away.

"Hold on, did I say you could leave? When are you going to apologize? And when are you going to eat that e-cigarette on the ground?"

Kyle and Lisa were stunned by Ryder's question.

They stopped in their tracks.

Especially Kyle, who turned and glared at Ryder. "Ryder, don't get cocky! I'm definitely not gonna apologize!"

He then pulled out a screenshot on his phone and showed it to Ryder. "See this? You dare cheat on Sarah with another woman, I'll tell her and make her divorce you! With Sarah's looks, she can marry someone even better in New York City!"

Although he had already sent the photo to Sarah.

He just needed to get through this ordeal first.

Ryder glanced at the photo of him and Donna looking at the camera and blinked. "Whatever! Now, can you apologize?"

"Ryder, don't push it! If you treat me like this, Sarah will definitely punish you!"

Lisa also shouted angrily, "That's right! My family won't let you off either! We'll make sure you and your whole family die a horrible death! You may be acting tough now, but soon, you'll be real ghosts!"

Lisa, when angry, would say anything.

The crew members couldn't stand it anymore and angrily rebuked:

"Do you think the Moore family is so great that they can decide life and death with a word? Do you really think you're the gods of New York City?"

"Fuck! If she wasn't pregnant, I'd want to kick her myself!"

"Today, even if Donna and Mr. Clark don't order it, I'm joining in! If I can't hit that fat bitch, I'll hit her gigolo husband!"

The crew members were enraged, their blood boiling, scaring Kyle and Lisa out of their wits.

The two, who had been so aggressive, were now completely deflated.

Kyle's legs went weak with fear, and he clung to Lisa's thick arm, panicking. "Lisa, what do we do?"

"How should I know?" Lisa nervously swallowed, snapping, "You're useless! Other husbands protect their wives, but you need me to protect you!"

"But, I..."

"I don't care. If you don't handle this today, we're getting a divorce! I don't want to be with a coward like you anymore!"

"If I handle it and we leave safely, we won't get divorced, right?" Kyle asked timidly.

Lisa nodded.

The next second, Kyle knelt heavily in Ryder's direction, begging for mercy.

He closed his eyes and shouted, "I'm sorry, everyone, I was wrong! Please accept my apology!"

He then kowtowed heavily on the ground.

Seeing Ryder and the others unmoved, he continued to apologize, "I'm sorry!"

Then the second kowtow. "I'm sorry!"

After the third kowtow, his forehead was swollen and red, but he kept kowtowing!

Ryder was quite surprised. Kyle, who was once so proud, was now willing to endure this to stay in the Moore family as a matrilocal husband!

Lisa was equally shocked. She had told Kyle to handle it, but not in such a cowardly way!

What about the Moore family's dignity?

How could such a coward be the father of her child?

He wasn't qualified!

Lisa was furious, raising her arm and slapping Kyle across the face.

"You useless bastard, who told you to kneel!"

"How could I marry such a coward like you?"

"It's all your fault, ruining my love! Ruining my marriage!"

With each sentence, she kicked Kyle!

At first, Kyle didn't resist, letting her hit and scold him.

But as Lisa's kicks grew harder, the pain increased.

Kyle instinctively shrank back.

Lisa missed a kick, lost her balance, and her large body fell backward uncontrollably.

Unexpectedly, there were three or four steps behind her.

Lisa's entire body rolled down like a ball.

The white skirt she was wearing quickly turned red.
