Chapter 373 Casino!

Ryder and his group, led by Mark, walked into the Radiant Revive Spa.

The interior decoration showcased a massive investment, with every detail exuding luxury.

It was truly magnificent.

Ryan couldn't help but exclaim, "Ah! This is extraordinary, breathtaking, absolutely impressive!"

As he marveled, his eyes slyly darted around.

His main focus was on the hostesses.

After all, each one was tall with long legs, wearing dresses and sheer stockings, very attractive!

Being in such a setting for the first time, Rex couldn't help but feel a sense of curiosity.

This scene naturally drew whispers and mocking comments from others,

"Did you see that? These guys look like they've never seen the world before, standing with them is embarrassing!"

"Look at that shabby guy. I bet he's a country bumpkin; you can smell the stench from a distance!"

"I'm really curious. Is Ryder really that impressive? His subordinates are all like this. How laughable!"

"Keep it down. Didn't you see the bald guy behind Ryder? That's Houston Boss George, a tough character, best not to mess with him!"

Mark cheerfully said to Ryder, "I bet Mr. Clark already knows what my place is about. Since you're here, you must experience it!"

Ryder feigned ignorance. "Oh? From what you're saying, Mark, do your bath attendants have extraordinary skills? Or is the bathwater here truly special?"

Mark was momentarily stunned, then smiled and responded, "Mr. Clark, let's not joke around. We both know what you're here to experience. Let's not waste time. I'll take you there."

The group took a roundabout way through the corridor behind the reception room.

Then they took an elevator guarded by bodyguards to the basement level.

Upon reaching the basement, they continued down a long corridor.

They arrived at a spacious door guarded by over a dozen black-clad bodyguards.

The bodyguards respectfully greeted Mark, "Hello, Mr. Davis."

Mark nodded and signaled. "Open the door!"

The bodyguards quickly complied, pushing the door open to reveal the scene inside.

It was a casino with a space even larger than Ronald's underground boxing ring, filled with various gambling entertainment options.

There were also dealers in clean, tidy uniforms.

At this moment, many gamblers were already indulging in their activities.

It looked very much like the casinos seen in movies.

Mark smiled and asked Ryder. "Mr. Clark, how do you like my place?"

His tone was tinged with a hint of pride in his tone.

After all, this was his decades-long effort, influential not just in Houston but throughout Texas. Of course, he was proud.

Ryder nodded seriously, clicking his tongue in admiration. "Mark, you're truly impressive! Hiding a casino in a place like this, how could the police ever find it?"

This remark immediately drew unfriendly looks from everyone.

In a casino, the two most taboo words were losing and police.

Mark's expression remained unchanged. He naturally responded, "Engaging in such a profitable business is like walking a tightrope, you must be cautious."

Unexpectedly, Ryder raised another question. "Aren't you worried someone might report your casino? There should be a hefty reward."

This remark was even more shocking than the last.

Even Mark was somewhat caught off guard.

He could tell that Ryder was deliberately saying this.

'Deliberately provoking me?' Mark thought.

As a seasoned operator with decades of experience, Mark confidently smiled and replied, "Haha! Mr. Clark, you're overthinking it.

In Houston, no one would dare report my casino. And even if they did, it wouldn't affect me! If you don't believe me, you can take out your phone and call the police right now."

Actually, this statement was half true and half false.

If the casino were reported, the authorities would definitely investigate.

Symbolically or substantively, the casino would have to shut down for a few days, causing some losses.

Hearing this, Ryder waved his hand and seriously said, "Mark, you've misunderstood. I'm not that kind of person. I promise, no matter who reports your casino, I would never do such a thing. Or it would go against my conscience."

"Let's hope so." Mark nodded meaningfully, then continued to Ryder, "Excuse me for a moment, I have a few words to say. Please don't wander off, Mr. Clark."

Ryder smiled and said, "I'll stay right here, not going anywhere."

Mark then walked straight to a high platform in the middle of the casino.

He took a microphone from a dealer and began. "Friends, please pause for a moment. I'm Mark, and I have a few words to say."

Mark's influence on his own turf was strong.

The gamblers stopped and waited for Mark to continue speaking.

Mark continued, "I believe everyone here knows that today marks the 20th anniversary of my underground casino. Over the years, the business has been thriving, and it's closely tied to your support. Here, I want to say thank you!"

As soon as he said this, someone immediately flattered him,

"Mr. Davis, what are you talking about? Over the years, we've been more under your protection."

"In my opinion, for an underground casino to reach this level, it's all because of your exceptional ability. Mr. Davis, you're unmatched in Houston."

"That's right! I've been to many casinos, but the best experience? It has to be Mr. Davis's."

Listening to the flattery, Mark smiled and made a gesture for everyone to quiet down.

He continued, "In short, among all the words, I sincerely thank you for your support and love. To repay your kindness, tonight, every friend here can receive $1 million worth of chips for free. They can be used for all gambling activities.

Additionally, by 11 PM, the person who wins the most will receive $500 million in cash from our casino, awarded on the spot."
