In the staff room, Director of Teaching and Research, David, announced the grades and class placements. Laura, unsurprisingly, once again topped the grade and remained in Class 57. Lucy was assigned to another arts class, while Albert's performance this time was commendable as he secured the 20th position in the class, breaking into the top twenty for the first time, leaving everyone astonished. Kevin, on the other hand, landed third in the class and ninth in the grade, securing the top spot in English and remaining at the first position overall.
Meanwhile, in the English teaching room, Audrey was grading assignments at her desk. She would occasionally look up towards the nearby teaching building, feeling a mix of emotions. She couldn't help but wonder how Kevin had performed. If he indeed achieved good results, what would she do? Would she allow him free rein? What if he made unreasonable demands? Yet, since she had already agreed to something, she couldn't go back on her word; it might dampen his motivation to study.
Suddenly, a figure entered the room—it was Quentin. His eyes quickly fell on Audrey, observing her in a dark suit that accentuated her ample and perky bosom snugly held by her blouse. The top button was undone, revealing a glimpse of her fair and delicate chest—more enticing than Vanessa's half-exposed bosom.
Audrey wore a deep red waist belt, emphasizing her slender waist. The pencil skirt she wore revealed her long and shapely legs. Her flesh-colored thigh-high stockings added to the allure of her fair and smooth legs. Quentin found Audrey more and more captivating after that one summer break; her mature charm was becoming stronger. Every gesture of hers was enchanting, far more alluring than Vanessa, no wonder she could captivate Angus.
But he found it strange. If Audrey had an affair with Angus, why was she still a regular teacher at Sunset Valley High School while Angus held a prominent position as the Education Bureau Director in Starfall Town? Just one word from him could easily transfer Audrey to a prestigious school in the city. Perhaps he had misunderstood; maybe Angus genuinely valued talent and there was no ambiguity between them. His mind raced with possibilities; if Audrey had no backing, he might have a chance with this gorgeous and busty teacher.
"Busy, Mrs. Johnson?" Quentin approached Audrey with a cheerful smile, his eyes wandering towards the neckline of her shirt where her tantalizing twin peaks teased underneath, stirring his blood more than his girlfriend's much smaller assets.
Audrey glanced at Quentin but did not respond. Quentin had been relatively low-key lately and hadn't been bothering her as frequently, so his sudden appearance piqued her interest.
"Mrs. Johnson, I must admit fault for our past interactions. Nevertheless, we are colleagues in the same school, frequently crossing paths. We need to support each other going forward," Quentin continued. "Considering your capabilities, being just a teacher at Sunset Valley High School seems a waste. You should be teaching at a top-notch school in the city; isn't that right?"
"It's fine. Being a teacher at Sunset Valley High School is good enough," Audrey replied nonchalantly.
"Wow, Mrs. Johnson, your insight is remarkable. I truly admire it," Quentin complimented, displaying a friendly expression. "No wonder the city's Education Bureau is selecting you as an outstanding teacher. Truly deserving of the title."
Audrey, sensing Quentin's flattery, furrowed her brows subtly and replied coldly, "Mr. Rodriguez, I have work to attend to. Is there something else you need?"
"Nothing, nothing," Quentin, feeling Audrey's dismissal, appeared a bit awkward. He added, "Mrs. Johnson, please don't be angry. With Natalie being so beautiful, even I can't help but have thoughts. And Kevin is just a young lad, what if things go awry? It could be disastrous. Besides, Natalie isn't an ordinary person; she has connections with a lot of people. You should warn your cousin to be cautious. I'm just looking out for you both."
"Alright, noted," Audrey nodded, her expression growing sterner.
Quentin hurriedly left the office, chuckling to himself. He knew Audrey held her cousin Kevin in high regard. If she found out about the ambiguous relationship between Kevin and Natalie, she would surely be furious. If they had a falling out, he could use it to his advantage, both to get back at Kevin and to get closer to Audrey. Killing two birds with one stone.
...After school, Kevin eagerly rushed to the office building with his report card to find Audrey. It was Friday, and with no evening study sessions after the exams, he had a plan in mind. Tonight, he wanted to intimately connect with his cousin, at least three times, all outdoors. The thought alone was thrilling.
