"Needless to say, have you watched Slam Dunk?" Kevin said with a smile. "Have you seen how Sakuragi Hanamichi started learning basketball from scratch to pursue the girl he liked, and in the end, not only became good at basketball but also won the girl's heart."
"I have seen it, but I prefer Rukawa Kaede," Andy said timidly. "We are about the same height."
"Oh, then you can play as a point guard or shooting guard," Kevin said, leading Andy to the basketball court. Seeing some boys playing basketball, he walked over and said, "Hey guys, mind if we join in?"
The two boys recognized Kevin and tossed the basketball to him with a smile. Kevin glanced at Andy and said, "Watch closely, I'll give you a demonstration." With that, he dribbled the ball a few times, took three steps, and smoothly made a layup into the hoop.
The two boys cheered in unison, and suddenly applause rang out from not far away. Kevin turned to see Fiona standing by the court, dressed in casual white attire with her hair tied up in a bun, exuding a casual yet mature vibe. The air of nobility she emanated left the boys stunned.
Kevin walked over to Fiona with a smile and asked, "What brings you here?"
Fiona tilted her head and replied, "Why can't I be here? I got bored reading in the classroom, so I came out for some fresh air, only to see someone showing off."
Listening to Fiona's teasing, Kevin couldn't help but blush slightly. He chuckled and asked, "Do you want to play for a while?"
"No need, I have to go back to study. Let's talk after the exams. How about coming to my place tonight?" Fiona said casually, shaking her head. "I have some time tonight, and I'd like to invite you over."
Kevin was somewhat surprised by Fiona's invitation, unsure of her intentions. However, he had plans to attend Laura's birthday party that evening, so he apologized, "I'm sorry, I have an event tonight, a classmate's birthday."
"A girl, right?" Fiona probed.
Kevin nodded, knowing Fiona's analyses were always accurate.
"Is she your girlfriend?" Fiona pressed on.
"No. It's our class monitor, Laura," Kevin quickly shook his head, feeling a bit uneasy under Fiona's scrutinizing gaze.
"Oh, it's her." Fiona suddenly became interested. Laura was the only girl in the school who could compete for the title of school flower with her. "Can I join you at her birthday party tonight?"
Kevin hesitated. While he knew Fiona, she had no connection with Laura. Bringing an outsider might lead to misunderstandings. "What? Afraid I won't measure up, or worried Laura might get the wrong idea?" Fiona teased.
Feeling challenged by Fiona's tone, Kevin reluctantly agreed, "Sure, you can come."
"Great, it's settled then." Fiona confirmed the details of the birthday party location and left with Kevin.
"Oh my, isn't that Fiona from the sophomore class?" the two boys exclaimed. "Kevin, you're something else, getting so close to a sophomore school flower like Fiona. I heard Fiona is known as the Iceberg Beauty, with over fifty rich and powerful suitors chasing her, but she hasn't shown interest in any of them. Who would've thought you'd steal her heart."
"Don't talk nonsense. There's nothing between us," Kevin said, passing the ball to the two boys. He then left the basketball court with Andy, whose gaze towards Kevin had changed. Fiona was much more beautiful than the girls in their class, and her demeanor was unmatched. Kevin's words about basketball being a way to attract attention from girls seemed true.
"Bro, can you teach me basketball?" Andy asked, gritting his teeth. His attitude towards Kevin had completely changed. If he could have Kevin's skills, the class flower would surely fall for him.
"Playing basketball is one thing, but the most important thing now is the final exams," Kevin said with a smile. "Confidence is crucial for guys, and good grades are key. If you excel academically, not only will girls like you, but even teachers will look at you differently. You might even end up dating a teacher."
"Really?" Andy was surprised. While he had read in novels about boys dating their female teachers, he didn't know anyone in real life who dared to pursue a teacher.
Before Kevin could say more, he was called from behind. Turning around, he saw Audrey and Kimberly approaching. Both were tall, but Audrey was slightly taller, her figure accentuated by a dress that showcased her long, snow-white legs. "Kevin, what are you doing here? It's almost time for class. Hurry up and go to the classroom," Audrey, with a mature charm, chided. "If you mess up this final exam, you'll see how I deal with you."
Kimberly, smiling, added, "Kevin, remember to come for English tutoring tonight. Mrs. Johnson and I have planned a special session for you. I believe with your intelligence, you'll improve."
"I got it," Kevin, surrounded by the two beautiful teachers, could only nod in agreement. He felt a fragrant breeze emanating from Audrey and Kimberly, their captivating figures and ample bosoms leaving him entranced.
"Alright, we have to go to class now," Audrey, already close with Kimberly, pulled her arm and left. Their slender and curvy figures swayed gracefully, leaving Chris and Andy dumbfounded.
"Enough staring," Kevin said, waving his hand in front of Andy's face. "See, this is the power of studying."
"Kevin, you're amazing. I admire you," Andy said firmly. "I will study hard and aim for a good grade in the final exam."
"That's the spirit. Remember, stay away from that guy Chris," Kevin nodded, walking confidently towards the classroom, with Andy looking up to him. He thought he had solved Andy's problem and helped his godmother. The next step was to find a way to deal with Chris and stop him from pursuing Grace.
