Chapter 1545
In the classroom, Kevin lay sprawled on his desk, his head tilted as he watched Laura, who was deeply engrossed in her book beside him. He whistled to get her attention, but when she didn't react, he reached out and touched her thigh. Laura's thigh was soft and smooth, and Kevin couldn't help but let his hand wander further up.
Laura's face turned bright red. She jabbed Kevin's hand with her pen and glared at him. "Are you out of your mind? Who said you could touch me?"
"I'm not just touching you. I saw you were tired from studying and thought I'd give you a massage," Kevin said, grinning as he pulled his hand back, looking at the black dot where she'd poked him.
"Keep talking, and I'll draw an orange on your face," Laura threatened, waving her pen. Her playful anger made her even more attractive.
"Go ahead, draw a few. I love oranges," Kevin joked, continuing their banter. Sunlight streamed through the windows, illuminating the classroom. Around them, some students were listening to music with headphones, others were whispering and snacking, while some were focused on carving designs into their desks with small knives.
Albert was playing a handheld game, with a few boys watching him. Lucy was reading a novel, occasionally smiling to herself. Carl was arm-wrestling another boy, and Ivan was engrossed in a racy comic on his tablet. In this moment, there were no grades or pressures, just the simple joys of youth.
Suddenly, the bell rang, and a tall, striking figure walked in. It was Audrey.
The students quickly stood up, their eyes tracking Audrey, especially the boys who couldn't help but stare at her ample chest.
Audrey nodded in acknowledgment, set down her lesson plan, and quickly glanced at Kevin before turning to write the day's topic on the board.
The classroom filled with the sound of pages turning. Kevin felt a pang of anxiety from Audrey's glance. He knew her temper well and was sure he was in trouble again. But he had been on his best behavior lately, not even leaving the house except to chat with Grace, Daisy, and Natalie on his phone. Could it be that his secret with Kimberly had been discovered?
Throughout the entire class, Kevin was on edge, fearing Audrey would call him out. But she conducted the lesson as usual, asking a few students questions. It wasn't until the end of class that she said, "The finals are coming up soon. Make sure to review all the material. Kevin, come to my office. Class dismissed." She then left the classroom with her lesson plan.
Kevin's heart raced as he quickly followed Audrey out. "Ms. Johnson, what's this about?" he asked tentatively.
Audrey glanced back at him but said nothing, walking briskly ahead. Kevin's anxiety grew as he followed her to the office.
Audrey sat down and said calmly, "Kevin, is there something you're hiding from me?"
"Well..." Kevin stammered. He had a plethora of secrets from Audrey—Vanessa, Kimberly, Daisy, Grace, Evelyn, Natalie, Caroline, Hazel, Elizabeth, Maddy, Jillie, Mica, Brynn, Nola, Willow—none of which he could confess. "Oh, I didn't finish my homework yesterday and I skipped the morning reading."
"Enough!" Audrey slammed her hand on the desk, her eyes flashing with anger. "What's going on with Sean?"
Kevin was taken aback. How did Audrey know about Sean? He feigned ignorance. "Ms. Johnson, wasn't Sean in your old class? What happened to him?"
"Stop playing dumb, Kevin," Audrey snapped, standing up. Her chest heaved with fury. "Did you and Albert beat him up and take his allowance?"
"Ms. Johnson, it's not what you think. Let me explain," Kevin said, realizing he could no longer hide the truth.
"No need to explain. Sean told me everything," Audrey said, biting her lip. "Just answer me—yes or no?"
"Yes," Kevin admitted, feeling a mix of anger and betrayal. He couldn't believe Sean had ratted him out to Audrey.
"Do you realize what you've done? Beating up a classmate and stealing his money? That's criminal behavior!" Audrey's voice rose, laced with frustration. "Sean was so distressed he almost jumped off a building."
"That's not true," Kevin protested. "Ms. Johnson, don't let that jerk fool you. He's a scumbag. I did it for you."
"I'm not a child. Whether Sean lied to me or not, why did you lie to me?" Audrey's face was stern. "Kevin, I thought you had matured, but you've disappointed me. Why didn't you tell me? Do you think I'm just a toy for you?"
"Audrey, I..." Kevin was stung by her words. He had kept things from her to spare her stress, but now she believed Sean over him. "Fine, think whatever you want. You won't believe me anyway."
"What's with that attitude?" Audrey's face flushed with anger. She had only wanted to warn Kevin to be more careful in the future, but he didn't understand her intentions. "You need to apologize to Sean and give him back his money. Just because you're my cousin doesn't mean you can get away with anything."
"I did nothing wrong!" Kevin shouted, seeing no warmth in Audrey's eyes. "If you think Sean is so great, let him be the class president."
"You!" Audrey was speechless with rage. She raised her hand to slap him, but Kevin stood his ground. "Go ahead, hit me. You love slapping me, don't you? You're the teacher, and I'm always wrong. Ms. Johnson, I'm sorry. Are you happy now?" He stormed out of the office.
"Kevin, come back here!" Audrey called after him, but he didn't turn back. She returned to her desk, her heart heavy, tears welling up in her eyes. She felt so wronged. She believed she was doing the right thing.
If she didn't take a firm stance on this, what if Kevin did something worse in the future? Many people start down the path of crime with small acts of bullying and theft. Once they taste the thrill of violence, they can't stop, eventually ending up in jail, regretting it for life. She didn't want Kevin to go down that road.
"Audrey, the school is organizing health check-ups. Here's your form. Fill it out," Alissa said, bursting into the office. Seeing Audrey in tears, she asked, "What's wrong? Why are you crying? What happened?"
"Nothing," Audrey quickly wiped her tears and forced a smile. "Just got something in my eye."
"Yeah, right. You can't even lie properly," Alissa said, sitting next to Audrey and holding her hand. "Did you have another fight with Kevin? You're almost thirty. Why argue with a kid? Boys his age need more encouragement and less criticism. Try to guide him positively."
"I know," Audrey nodded, rubbing her chest, still feeling the tightness. Kevin had really upset her.
"Is your chest hurting again?" Alissa asked, glancing at Audrey's ample bosom. "Let Kevin give you a good massage tonight. He's got strong hands. It always feels great when he massages me. Do you get a reaction too?"
"Alissa, stop bringing that up," Audrey blushed. She couldn't handle Alissa's teasing about her chest. Alissa's chest was only two cup sizes smaller than hers, making her one of the more endowed teachers at Sunset Valley High, comparable to Elodie.
"Okay, no more jokes," Alissa said, seeing Audrey's mood improve. "But seriously, take care of yourself. This check-up includes a breast exam. Make sure you get it done. That shaman we saw in West Stream Town seemed like a fraud. Did he touch you inappropriately? It's one thing to lose money, but don't let him take advantage of you."
"Alissa, what are you talking about? He's a legitimate shaman," Audrey said, blushing as she nudged Alissa out of the office. She touched her still aching chest, thinking she should get it checked.
Since seeing the shaman in West Stream Town, she had been massaging herself regularly, which helped a lot. But she didn't dare let Kevin massage her again, fearing it might stimulate another growth spurt in her already ample chest.
Honestly, her large chest was a burden. An E cup like Alissa's would be enough. A G-cup was too much, making any outfit look overly sexual. Thinking about how Sean had rubbed his head against her chest, Audrey frowned. Maybe Sean wasn't as innocent as he seemed, and she shouldn't trust everything he said.
