Chapter 1735

A tall figure was sprinting up the hillside—it was Audrey. Her hair was a mess, and her towel was nowhere in sight. With each stride, her ample chest bounced painfully, like basketballs.

For a woman with G-cup breasts, she usually avoided such intense physical activity. But right now, Audrey had no choice. She kept glancing over her shoulder, her face etched with fear, as if someone was chasing her.

Earlier, she had accidentally stumbled upon Hazel and Finn in a compromising situation and hurried away. Ever since, she had felt an unsettling presence behind her, growing stronger with each step. She quickened her pace but couldn't shake the feeling of being watched. Eventually, she got lost.

The Egret Hot Springs Hotel occupied an entire mountain, with only a small portion developed. Most of the area remained in its natural state, slated for future development. Even the developed outdoor hot springs were larger than a typical park, taking a full day to explore completely.

Although Westbrook Village was remote and land was cheap, acquiring an entire mountain for tourism development required significant support from county officials. Even Lawrence, the wealthiest man in Harmony County, couldn't have done it alone.

But now, the luxurious hot springs resort Natalie had invested heavily in had turned into a perilous hunting ground. Audrey didn't know if Finn, the electrician, had seen her earlier. She couldn't take the risk and kept running. The surroundings grew more unfamiliar and desolate, with no other tourists in sight. Her fear intensified, and her steps slowed.

As dusk approached, Audrey felt lost and uncertain. Should she retrace her steps? But what if she ran into Finn? He already harbored ill intentions toward her. If he found her alone, he would surely act on them.

But if she didn't go back, she had no idea how to find her way back to the hotel. Once it got completely dark, being alone outside would be even more dangerous.

Suddenly, she heard heavy footsteps behind a nearby rock formation. It sounded like a man. Audrey's heart raced as she quickly hid in the bushes by the roadside.

Soon, a figure appeared, looking around. Audrey peeked out and, in the dim light, recognized Finn.

"Ah!" Audrey almost screamed but quickly covered her mouth, crouching in the bushes, her heart pounding. She hadn't expected Finn to find her. What now?

Finn walked to where Audrey had been standing, examining the ground as if trying to discern her footprints. But it was too dark to be sure. He looked at the bushes on either side of the path and smirked. As an electrician, he had been involved in the entire construction of the hotel grounds. He knew that the path ahead led to a dead end. Audrey had nowhere to run and must be hiding nearby.

Initially, he hadn't realized it was Audrey. He was just worried that a hotel employee might have seen him and Hazel together and would spread the word. But Audrey's distinctive chest had given her away, and now he was even more excited. He had been eyeing Audrey's impressive breasts for a long time. Now that she knew his secret with Hazel, he couldn't let her go. He had to silence her by any means necessary.

"Hey, Ms. Johnson! Come on out! Quit hiding!" Finn's voice cut through the twilight, sending chills down Audrey's spine. He strolled along the path, hands casually in his pockets. "Don't worry, I won't hurt you. I just wanna talk. It's been a while, and I miss you! Come on out."

Audrey's eyes widened with fear. She bit her lip, trembling in the bushes. She didn't believe Finn for a second. Coming out now would be like walking into a trap.

"Ms. Johnson, why don't you trust me? I mean no harm. Come out quickly." Finn continued to scan the bushes, trying to locate Audrey. As it got darker, he knew it would be impossible to find her once night fell.

Despite his calls, Audrey remained silent. The sun was almost set, and Finn grew anxious. Suddenly, he had an idea and cried out in pain, "Damn it! Who left nails on the ground? My foot's bleeding. I need to bandage it." He limped away, pretending to be injured.

Audrey, though well-endowed, was not naive. She thought it was too coincidental and suspected it was a trick. She stayed hidden in the bushes. But as time passed and Finn didn't reappear, she began to relax. Maybe he had stepped on a nail.

She cautiously emerged from the bushes, scanning the area. Seeing nothing unusual, she sighed in relief. Perhaps Finn had been injured.

But just as she took a few steps, a shadow darted out from behind her. Audrey screamed, nearly falling. It turned out to be a wild cat, which quickly disappeared into a nearby cave.

Audrey watched the cat vanish, her heart still racing. She had thought it was Finn.

By now, it was almost completely dark. The mountain path was overgrown, and she had to tread carefully. The distant lights of the hotel rooms shone like beacons, guiding her way.

She thought about the scene she had witnessed between Finn and Hazel, her mind in turmoil. Who would have thought Finn would be involved with Kevin's relative? Should she tell Bethany? But such personal matters were complicated, and outsiders rarely got involved.

Forget it, she decided. It was best not to interfere. Audrey sighed, feeling unlucky. She had come to the Egret Hot Springs Hotel with Alissa, Grace, and Kimberly to relax, only to end up in this mess.

She regretted arguing with Grace earlier. Grace had teased her about her chest size, which had already been bothering her. Having such large breasts brought her nothing but trouble.

But Audrey knew Grace meant no harm. After the incident last night, when Grace had been harassed, Audrey's opinion of her had changed. She realized Grace was a good friend, and their late-night talks had brought them closer.

As night fell, the temperature dropped. Audrey, wearing only a swimsuit, felt the chill. She hugged herself, shivering, wondering when she would make it back to the hotel.

Meanwhile, on a nearby hillside, a shadowy figure was approaching. Like a predator stalking its prey, Finn's eyes gleamed with anticipation.

"Gotcha. Women are so gullible," Finn thought, watching Audrey's tall, sexy silhouette. He crept closer, admiring her curvy figure.

Audrey's body was the most alluring he had ever seen—tall, with long, straight legs, a slim waist, and a perky butt. And those magnificent breasts were an irresistible temptation. He couldn't wait to have his way with her tonight.
