Chapter 1224

"So, how does this code thing work?" Kevin asked, suddenly intrigued. "Like, is it like mobster slang from the movies? Teach me some, Natalie."

"It's not as dramatic as you think. We're not gangsters," Natalie laughed. "For example, 'eating' means having sex. So, 'I'm hungry' means 'I want it.' Got it?"

"Oh, got it." Kevin nodded. Just then, his stomach growled, and he said, "Natalie, I'm hungry."

"Kevin, you weren't satisfied earlier and still want more?" Natalie was surprised. She didn't expect Kevin's libido to be so high. She wondered if she could keep up with him in the future.

"Natalie, I'm not talking in code. I'm actually hungry." Kevin felt a bit embarrassed and touched his empty stomach. The cafeteria lunch wasn't filling, and after fooling around with Alissa and Natalie twice, he was running on empty.

"Alright, I'll take you to get something good to eat," Natalie said with a gentle smile as she started the car. Only with Kevin could she let her guard down and enjoy some relaxation and joy.

Harmony City mostly had Mexican food, with few other options. But there was a French restaurant that was always packed, known for its cream soup.

Natalie drove to the French restaurant, got out of the car, and smiled, "This place has authentic dishes. The owner is a friend of mine. He always tells me first when there's a new dish."

Kevin's expression was a bit odd. He wondered what kind of friend Natalie meant, hoping it wasn't an ex-lover. But then again, his relationship with Natalie wasn't exactly innocent either.

Seeing Kevin's strange look, Natalie knew he was overthinking. She pinched his waist and whispered angrily, "Kevin, what are you thinking? We're just friends."

Kevin winced and said, "Natalie, I didn't say anything."

"Your face gave you away. Do you think I can't read you?" Natalie glared at him, continuing angrily, "You jerk! Let me tell you, besides Jasper, you're the only one I've slept with. Satisfied now?"

"Natalie, calm down. I didn't mean to offend you." Kevin quickly tried to calm her down. Deep down, it was just his male ego. Despite being with over a dozen women recently, they were all married. Laura was a virgin, but she was still young, and Daisy kept warning them not to have sex. Kevin felt a bit regretful and wondered when he'd finally be with a virgin.

A virgin could never have the sultry charm and nimble fingers of a woman like Natalie.

They walked into the French restaurant, and Natalie headed straight to the second floor, into a private room. She ordered cream soup, escargot, oxtail stew, and other classic French dishes.

Kevin felt the urge to pee. Seeing that the food hadn't arrived yet, he went to the restroom. As he came out, he noticed a man and a woman coming down from the second floor. The woman was tall and curvy, wearing tight jeans that hugged her ample, rounded hips like two basketballs swaying with each step. Her long, firm legs moved gracefully.

In Harmony City, only one woman had such a hot figure, and that was Kevin's godmother, Grace.

Kevin was about to greet Grace when he froze at the sight of the man beside her. It was Chase Wright.

Chase was the Dean of Students at Maple Grove High School. More importantly, he was Grace's ex-boyfriend. He had dumped Grace to chase his career, leading her to attempt suicide by drowning. After Grace married Byron, Chase couldn't forget her and kept pestering her. Kevin had even taught him a lesson back then. Chase had been laying low for a while, and Kevin didn't expect him to still be after Grace.

Seeing Chase leaning towards Grace, brushing his shoulder against her arm while she tried to evade him, Kevin grew furious. He instinctively clenched his fists, itching to give Chase a good thrashing. But unsure why Grace was dining with Chase, he could only follow them stealthily. He watched as Grace and Chase entered a private room, which happened to be right next to his own.

Seeing the door of the private room close, Kevin quickly moved forward, pressing his ear against the door, but he could only hear indistinct murmurs. Desperate, he hurried back to his own room, pressing himself against the wall to try and eavesdrop on the conversation next door.

"Kevin, what are you doing?" Natalie asked curiously. "Come over here. The food will be ready soon. Keep me company."

With the thick wall, Kevin couldn't hear anything. Reluctantly, he sat back down next to Natalie and chatted with her, but his mind was still on Grace and Chase next door, feeling uneasy.

"Why can't you sit still?" Natalie teased. "Did you see a pretty girl in the restroom?"

Kevin laughed, "With you here, who else could be considered pretty?"

"You're good with words," Natalie smiled, leaning her soft body against him and whispering in his ear, "Let's eat quickly, and after dinner, I'll take you to meet a friend."

Kevin felt a wave of emotion from Natalie's breath on his ear, making it itch. He instinctively wrapped his arm around Natalie's waist and started caressing her full, round booty. He thought about how Natalie had been in Harmony City for so many years and must have known many people, which explained her successful business.

"Kevin, you're being naughty again," Natalie giggled seductively. Suddenly, she slipped under the round table, crouched between Kevin's legs, unzipped his pants, and took out his already erect penis. She held the shaft with both hands and started licking the tip like it was an ice cream cone, occasionally flicking her tongue over the slit, making Kevin's legs tremble. He gasped, "Natalie, that feels so good. Go deeper, cover the whole tip."

"Kevin, you really know how to enjoy yourself," Natalie said with a seductive look in her eyes. She parted her lips and began to take Kevin's pink tip into her mouth, moving up and down.

Under the expert ministrations of Harmony City's most alluring woman, Kevin's legs straightened, and he leaned back in his chair, gripping the armrests tightly. He felt the tip of his penis enveloped by Natalie's soft, slippery mouth, sucking deeply and shallowly. The pleasure washed over him like a tidal wave, drowning him in endless desire, making him forget all about Grace.

Meanwhile, in the next private room, Chase was speaking grandly to the waiter, "Bring us the best dishes your restaurant has, one of each. Hurry up."

Watching Chase's performance, which resembled that of an upstart, Grace furrowed her brows tightly and said coldly, "Chase, you mentioned on the phone that you have something important to discuss with me. What is it? Get to the point quickly. I still need to go home and cook for Byron."

"Grace, how can a beautiful woman like you live such a life? Other women are out enjoying themselves, not stuck in the kitchen. Why do you make things so hard on yourself?" Chase sighed, "With your looks, you could do much better than Byron. Let's be honest, can his weak frame satisfy you?"

"Chase, my life has nothing to do with you now," Grace's face darkened as she stood up. "How Byron and I live is our business. If you have nothing else to say, I'm leaving."

"Grace, don't be mad," Chase quickly said with a smile. "I'm just concerned about you. We were lovers once, after all. If I don't care about you, who will?"

"Don't bring up the past," Grace glared at Chase and said coldly, "What do you want to tell me?"

"Let me show you something." Chase took a document from his pocket and placed it on the table. "You'll understand once you see this."

Grace picked up the document and felt her heart skip a beat. It was Chase and his wife's divorce papers. She looked at Chase, asking in some surprise, "You got divorced?"

"Yes, just yesterday," Chase sighed, looking serious, "I left with nothing. The savings, the house, the kids – all gone. We didn't love each other anymore. It was just constant fighting. Divorce was a blessing."

For a moment, Grace didn't know what to say. Chase had brought this upon himself. Yet, thinking of how he had lost his job and now his marriage, further hurting him seemed excessive. Her expression softened considerably, and in a gentle voice, she said, "Chase, everyone has their own path. Don't fight it. Just focus on your life. You're over forty; it's time to settle down and find a job."

"Grace, I know you still care about me. But don't worry, I'm not incapable," Chase said with a proud smile, handing her a business card.

Grace glanced at the card, which bore the title "Business Manager of Dynamic Culture Enterprises Ltd" above Chase's name and a contact number. It turned out Chase had already found a new job. She asked, "Where is this company located? Why haven't I heard of it?"

"Our company is quite large, but the boss is rather low-key. I now earn a substantial amount of money each year." Chase waggled his index and middle fingers with confidence and continued, "We have sales channels across the entire northern region, with annual revenues in the billions of dollars. This time, I've returned to Harmony City to oversee the development of our channels here. Grace, why don't you quit your job? Being a teacher isn't worth it. Join me, and I'll give you a base salary of eight thousand dollars, plus commissions, and end-of-year performance bonuses. In a year, you could buy a car, and in three years, a house. What do you think?"
