Chapter 777 Encounter with Laura Again
"What do you think you're doing?" Bethany's face turned pale with anger, her full, firm breasts heaving as she glared at Kevin. "I just don't want you wasting money. How am I being stingy?"
Seeing the tension between mother and son, Audrey quickly intervened, pulling Bethany aside to calm her down. "Auntie, it's the modern age. Almost all students have cell phones now. It's convenient for communication. Kevin is a responsible kid. You should get him one."
"Alright," Bethany conceded, realizing Audrey had a point. Perhaps she was being too frugal. She turned to the counter to get some money.
"Thanks, sis. You're the best," Kevin took the opportunity to hug his cousin and gave her a quick peck on the cheek, making a smacking sound.
"Are you crazy?" Audrey jumped, quickly pushing Kevin away. If Bethany saw, it would be disastrous.
Bethany handed a stack of bills to Audrey. "Take Kevin to buy a phone. There's a store downstairs. Here's a thousand dollars. Get him a radio to listen to English as well."
"Okay, Auntie," Audrey took the money and led Kevin downstairs to the phone store. The store had various brands, but the popular ones were Apple, which were out of their budget.
In the end, Audrey helped Kevin pick a phone for $688, a budget-friendly option that included a screen protector and a case.
Even though it wasn't an Apple phone like Albert's, Kevin was thrilled. It was his first phone, and he could now be part of the phone-using crowd at school.
Kevin also got a phone number and saved Audrey and Bethany's numbers. He planned to add Albert, Alissa, and Grace's numbers later for easier communication.
"Happy now?" Audrey smiled as she watched Kevin fiddling with his phone. "Auntie is good to you. Don't make her angry again. Let's go buy the radio."
"Mrs. Johnson, Kevin, what are you doing here?" As Kevin and Audrey entered an electronics store, they ran into Laura and Lucy. Laura's face lit up with surprise.
"Oh, I'm here to buy a radio to listen to English," Kevin said, smiling as he looked at Laura. She wore a white dress that revealed her fair legs, her tall, slender figure exuding a lively charm. Her features were delicate, with large, bright eyes and a ponytail swinging behind her, embodying the youthful energy of a high school girl. She was indeed a school beauty.
The only downside was her small chest, which was less noticeable than Lucy's larger breasts and nothing compared to Audrey's impressive 36G bust. She glanced back to see Kevin chatting with Laura and Lucy, feeling a pang of resignation. She liked Kevin, but he was too young. Laura and the other girls his age had more in common with him, while she felt more like a guardian.
Once Audrey left, Lucy said enviously, "Kevin, Mrs. Johnson is so beautiful, with a great figure and a gentle personality. I wish she could be our English teacher."
While girls often felt competitive with each other, someone as beautiful as Audrey was more likely to be admired than envied by girls like Lucy, who dreamed of becoming as attractive and charming someday.
Laura pouted, "That's impossible. Mrs. Garcia is our homeroom teacher."
"I was just saying," Lucy sighed. "Mrs. Garcia is great, but he's too strict, always scolding us. Right, Kevin? Wouldn't you like your cousin to teach our class?"
Kevin was taken aback. He didn't know how to choose. On one hand, Audrey, his sexual awakening teacher, had given him endless pleasure and was very caring about his studies. Laura blinked a few times, her eyes watering. "There's still a grain of sand. It hurts."
Lucy giggled, "Kevin, blow into her eye. It might help."
"Okay," Kevin said. He had Laura tilt her head back and gently pulled her eyelid open, spotting a black speck. He blew hard, but it didn't come out, making Laura tear up more and moan softly.
Looking at Laura's fair, smooth face, Kevin felt a strange sensation. Her skin was softer than silk, her eyes sparkling, her long, dark lashes fluttering, and her lips red and inviting. She was as beautiful as Audrey, though younger and less mature.
"Kevin, is it out yet? It hurts," Laura said, tears streaming down her cheeks. Her slender neck was like jade, her small chest heaving under her dress, and a faint, sweet scent wafted from her, making Kevin feel tingly.
When he was with older women like Alissa and Grace, Kevin felt excited. But with Laura, he felt relaxed and sweet.
Seeing Laura's inviting look, Kevin felt a sudden urge to kiss her gently. But he felt guilty, thinking he was stealing Albert's girlfriend.
Kevin blew gently a few more times, finally getting the sand out. Laura's cheeks were flushed like ripe apples, tempting him to take a bite.
"Thank you, Kevin," Laura said softly, her face shy. Her girlish charm made Kevin's heart race, and he felt a growing affection for her.
But what to do next? Lucy suggested going to a bar to sing, but Laura thought it was too noisy and wanted to watch a movie. Both looked to Kevin for a decision.
Kevin felt torn. Supporting either would be tricky. After thinking, he said, "How about we go to the arcade? Do you like playing games?"
"No fun," Lucy shook her head, then smiled at Laura. "Let's watch a movie. It's no fun singing with just a few people."
As they were about to cross the street, a motorcycle sped by. Kevin quickly grabbed Laura's hand, feeling its smoothness and not wanting to let go.
Holding Laura's hand, Kevin led her across the street and was about to say something when he saw her looking ahead in surprise. Following her gaze, he saw Albert in basketball gear, sweaty and glaring at them, his face pale with anger.
