Chapter 505 Kevin Burns with Anger
Meanwhile, Kevin had already taken Jonathan to the second floor and entered the Clothing Store. However, Grace's figure was nowhere to be seen inside the store. Instead, there was a young man in his twenties sitting on the sofa at the entrance, crossing his legs, smoking, and glancing back at the door of the warehouse from time to time, showing an impatient look.
Jonathan was surprised to see the young man and asked, "Caden, what are you doing here? Didn't I ask you and Dale to collect management fees? Why are you alone? Where's Dale?"
Dale was the young man in floral shorts. Because he looked like a guy nicknamed Dale in the underworld, everyone called him Dale.
"Oh, boss." Caden quickly stood up from the sofa, glanced nervously at the warehouse, and stuttered, "Dale is inside, discussing matters with the landlady."
"Discussing matters? What is there to discuss? Has that guy's old problem acted up again?"
Jonathan's face darkened. He knew Dale was a womanizer who frequented bars and flirted with single women in the mall. Normally, he wouldn't bother, but this Clothing Store belonged to Kevin's mother. Could it be that Dale had made advances towards Kevin's mother? The thought made him break out in a cold sweat.
Kevin's heart skipped a beat. He rushed to the door of the warehouse, pushed it, but found it locked. Feeling even more anxious, he kicked the door open. Inside, he saw a sleazy man standing on the ground, naked from the waist down, with Grace vigorously stroking his erect dark shaft. Both of them looked surprised when Kevin barged in, resembling a pair of adulterers caught in the act.
"Damn it."
To his surprise, Grace had hooked up with a thug. Kevin was furious, kicked the man in floral shorts, causing him to fall to the ground. Seeing the erect shaft still swaying, Kevin stomped on it, causing the man to cry out in pain, feeling like he had been emasculated.
Kevin didn't stop there. He started punching the man in floral shorts relentlessly, channeling all his anger towards him. Unable to direct his anger at Grace, he vented it all on the man, who whimpered in pain, losing all his earlier bravado.
"Stop, Kevin, don't hit him anymore." Seeing Kevin's frenzied state, Grace's face paled. She approached him, pulling his arm, and said, "You'll kill him like this."
Kevin turned to Grace, coldly saying, "Mrs. Cooper, are you feeling sorry now? Is this how you treat your husband? My mom brought you here to do business, not to flirt with random men."
Thinking of Grace's lewd behavior with the man, Kevin felt disgusted. He never expected Grace to be just like Vanessa, swooning over men's private parts.
"Kevin, you bastard! What nonsense are you spouting? When did I ever cheat with a man?"
Grace's face flushed red, tears welling up in her eyes. She was initially surprised and happy to see Kevin burst in, but now she was hurt that he thought she was having an affair with the man in floral shorts.
"I'm not blind." Kevin said angrily. "Mrs. Cooper, I don't care who you're fooling around with, but this is my mom's store. Don't embarrass my mom by acting recklessly here."
"You're spouting nonsense. I was forced into this."
Grace was both angry and anxious, unable to explain to Kevin in that moment. After all, anyone witnessing that scene would have negative thoughts.
"Alright, buddy, calm down. Let's talk it out."
At that moment, Jonathan walked in. Initially, he thought Dale was making advances towards Kevin's mother. However, upon realizing the woman wasn't Kevin's mother, he breathed a sigh of relief. Seeing the man in floral shorts still groaning on the ground, Jonathan's face darkened. He kicked him hard and shouted, "Damn it, you're embarrassing me. Get out of here, and I'll deal with you later."
The man in floral shorts struggled to stand up, his genitals now flaccid, his face bruised. He looked at Kevin timidly, pulled up his pants, and left the warehouse, feeling a burning pain below, almost crippled by Kevin's kick.
Jonathan, admiring Grace's beauty and sensuality, thought no wonder Dale dared to fool around in broad daylight. This woman was indeed alluring. However, his priority now was to calm Kevin's anger. He turned to Kevin and said, "Bro, this is all my fault. I didn't manage my men properly. Whatever conditions you have, just say it, and I'll make sure you're satisfied."
"Make him slap himself a hundred times and kowtow a hundred times. He's not allowed to step foot in the mall again."
Through gritted teeth, Kevin demanded, wishing to tear the man apart or at least castrate him to prevent him from harming women in the future.
"Okay, no problem."
Jonathan not only agreed to all of Kevin's demands but also voluntarily compensated Grace with five thousand dollars for mental distress. He refunded all the previous management fees and promised not to charge her again or allow anyone to harass the Clothing Store. Although Kevin still felt unsatisfied, he understood that Jonathan's actions were solely to please Mark. As a high school student, he couldn't expect more, so he accepted the money and let Jonathan leave with his men.
