Chapter 490 Intimacy
During this time, Alissa felt that her husband seemed to be much more honest than before. He no longer played mahjong, stopped asking her for money, and instead found a job. Every night, he would be affectionate with Alissa.
Seeing her husband repenting, Alissa also softened a bit. She no longer rejected him as before. Although her husband's size was not as impressive as Kevin's, after all, he was her husband. She didn't have to be as vigilant as when she was with Kevin.
Alissa is a very practical woman. She is well aware that her relationship with Kevin cannot last forever. She will not divorce her husband. She is already forty years old and has children, and can't afford to be tossed around.
Moreover, Kevin's current infatuation with her body is just for excitement. She is not as beautiful as Audrey, not as well-shaped as Grace, and not as adventurous in bed as Vanessa. Instead of being neglected by Kevin in the future, she might as well withdraw early and preserve her dignity as a woman.
Alissa sighed, calmed her emotions, and sat back at her desk to start grading assignments.
At noon, Kevin and Albert chatted and laughed as they walked towards the school gate.
Albert grinned and said, "Kevin, I've arranged for a few people to play basketball at the school tonight. Why don't you join us? Maybe we'll even run into Mrs. Cooper."
Kevin glanced at Albert. This guy recovered pretty quickly. He didn't look happy during the break, obviously being discouraged by Laura. Now he's thinking about Grace again, quite heartless. He replied indifferently, "I'm not going. Mrs. Garcia asked me to make up a class in her office."
"Mrs. Garcia is favoring you again," Albert remarked. "Well, in that case, maybe Mrs. Cooper and I will practice alone. You might regret it."
Thinking of Grace's resolute attitude last night, Kevin felt a pang in his heart. He coldly said, "If you have the ability to win her over, I have no objections."
Since Grace is so casual, instead of letting other men take advantage, it's better to let Albert taste some sweetness, so he doesn't feel guilty every time he sees Evelyn.
"Really? That's what you said," Albert recalled Grace's amazing long legs and round hips, getting excited. He chuckled, "If I really win over Grace, you better not be unhappy."
"What do I have to be unhappy about?" Kevin patted Albert's shoulder, smiled slightly, and said, "It's just that you don't have the ability to win her over. Don't forget your behavior with Vanessa at the hotel last time."
Last time, Kevin tried to help Albert lose his virginity by taking him to see Vanessa, but Albert ejaculated upon seeing Vanessa naked, making Kevin tease him for a long time.
"Let's not talk about the past," Albert felt embarrassed. That was a stain on his life. He snorted and said, "I've been practicing endurance these days. I guarantee I can last for more than half an hour. Next time I meet Vanessa, I bet she won't get out of bed for three days."
"Just you?" Kevin shook his head, but didn't say anything derogatory. Vanessa was too seductive, versatile, and could let go of herself. She was like a seductive beauty snake in bed. Even Kevin couldn't resist Vanessa's seduction, lasting less than ten minutes each time, let alone Albert, a rookie.
As the two approached the school gate, they parted ways. Kevin had only taken a few steps when several gangsters from across the street blocked his path.
The leader, a bald man in a floral shirt, deftly twirled a folding knife in his hand, sizing up Kevin. He sneered, "You're Kevin, right? Heard you're quite tough. Let's find a place to spar."
Kevin was puzzled. He had never seen these gangsters before and didn't know when he had offended them. He said coldly, "I don't know you. Please step aside."
"You damn coward. Weren't you arrogant before? Why so timid now?" The bald man cursed, "Damn it, the school can't contain you, huh? Do you know who Jeremy is? He's the younger brother of our boss, BOOS. If you dare touch him, you're disrespecting our boss."
Kevin was suddenly alarmed. These people were sent by Douglas, all under Jasper's command. How could a high school student like himself provoke them?
But Kevin quickly calmed down. These hooligans were all bullies. If he backed down, it would only boost their arrogance. He asked calmly, "What do you want?"
"What do we want?" The bald man smirked, "Kneel down and kowtow to me ten times, then call me daddy, and I'll let you go. Otherwise, I'll stab you."
Kevin's heart burned with anger. These guys were too much. He clenched his fists, his face pale. No matter what, he would never bow down and apologize. But facing three people and knives, no matter how skilled he was, how could he deal with three gangsters barehanded?
Not far away, Ivan and Jeremy were eating watermelon at a stall, watching the commotion.
"Bro, you're really something," Ivan said smugly. "You called so many people here at once. Let's see if Kevin dares to be arrogant again."
"Damn it, he dares to mess with me," Jeremy cursed, spitting out watermelon seeds disdainfully. "Today, I'll make this kid know whose territory the school is. Ivan, you're so useless. How can you be a monitor when you can't even control your own people?"
Ivan felt a bit embarrassed. Kevin had always been at odds with him. They had fought as soon as they entered high school. Kevin was tall and strong, and Ivan couldn't gain much advantage. Moreover, Kevin had a group of basketball-playing boys around him, especially Albert, who was his close friend.
Their teacher, Alissa, trusted Kevin a lot. Several times, she tried to remove Kevin as the English class representative but failed. This made Alissa's impression of Ivan worse. If it weren't for his father's connections, he might have lost his position as monitor to Kevin.
Thinking of this, he couldn't help but cast a hateful glance at Kevin. Today, no matter what, he had to make Kevin fall hard. It would be best to have those gangsters beat him up and send him to the hospital for a month. Let's see if he still dares to challenge him.
"You damn coward, are you going to kneel or not?" Seeing Kevin standing still, the bald man waved the knife threateningly, his face dark. "Looks like I'll have to spill some blood." With that, he swung his hand towards Kevin's arm.
Kevin instinctively took two steps back, kicked out, hitting the bald man's wrist holding the knife. The bald man grunted, and the knife flew out of his hand.
Ivan, who was eating watermelon, suddenly saw the knife flying towards him. He instinctively used the watermelon in his hand to block it. The knife pierced through the rind, the tip coming dangerously close to his nose, almost stabbing his face.
