Chapter 387: Heart Fluttering
After reading Alissa's text, Grace felt conflicted. She never expected to get involved with Kevin so quickly. Maybe it was the stimulation from her son's penis rubbing against her buttocks, combined with the shocking size of Kevin's manhood, that reignited feelings she hadn't experienced in over a decade. In a moment of impulsiveness, she made a regrettable decision.
Grace has always been straightforward. Even if she does something wrong, she doesn't dwell on it. Just like when she was betrayed by Chase years ago and ended up marrying Byron out of disappointment. Despite realizing that she and Byron were incompatible, Grace chose to stay in the marriage and even gave birth to a son.
Her encounter with Kevin follows a similar pattern. In Grace's eyes, what's done is done. She doesn't see it as a big deal. She thinks Alissa is being hypocritical. If she's already seduced her student, she shouldn't act all innocent. However, Grace acknowledges that Alissa's words hold some truth, so she decides to reply to Alissa's text.
At that moment, Alissa was texting Audrey. She had tried calling Audrey twice to explain herself, but Audrey didn't pick up, indicating she was still upset. Left with no choice, Alissa composed a text message to Audrey, but before she could finish, Grace's response came in.
"Alissa, thank you for your advice. I know what to do, and I won't cause any trouble for myself. I won't interfere with Kevin's studies either."
Reading Grace's message, Alissa shook her head in resignation. She knew Grace was stubborn and wouldn't give up easily. She finished editing her text and sent it to Audrey.
In a dorm room at Starfall Town Teachers College, Audrey had just returned from the cafeteria. The room felt stuffy, and Audrey was soon sweating. She planned to take a shower but was interrupted by a text message on her phone.
It was from Alissa. Audrey hesitated before opening the message. Alissa apologized for her actions with Kevin and assured Audrey that she wouldn't pursue him. She suggested they talk things out when Audrey returned.
After reading the message, Audrey's initial annoyance dissipated. She felt a twinge of guilt towards Alissa. Reflecting on the situation, Audrey realized Alissa hadn't wronged her in any way. As Kevin's teacher, their relationship had evolved beyond the student-teacher boundary, especially since Audrey didn't even know Kevin's name back then.
However, things had taken an unexpected turn between Kevin and Audrey, and they had developed a close bond. Audrey felt like she had taken Kevin away from Alissa and felt the need to apologize.
Audrey contemplated calling Alissa but hesitated, unsure of what to say. Her relationship with Kevin was in a delicate phase. She enjoyed the intimacy with Kevin but didn't want to betray her husband or lose her dignity as a married woman.
Ultimately, Audrey decided to wait until she returned to the city to have a conversation with Alissa. Feeling sticky from the sweat, she grabbed her shower kit and headed to the women's bathhouse.
The bathhouse was located in the northwest corner of the college campus. Audrey, dressed in a short-sleeved t-shirt and denim shorts, with her ample bosom attracting attention, made her way to the bathhouse. Male teachers greeted her along the way, unable to resist stealing glances at her chest, which seemed to be in constant motion.
Audrey was aware of the attention her voluptuous breasts garnered. She usually dressed conservatively in class to avoid drawing attention, but the hot weather and the need to shower left her with no choice. As she hurried to the women's bathhouse, she found it closed with a notice stating that it was undergoing repairs and would only reopen the next day.
Audrey valued cleanliness and showered every night at home. Since arriving at the college, she had made it a routine to visit the bathhouse daily. Frustrated by the closure, she resigned herself to enduring the sticky feeling for the night.
As Audrey contemplated leaving, a middle-aged man named Ronald emerged from a nearby small house. Ronald, responsible for managing the bathhouse, lived next to it. He had noticed Audrey's nightly visits and recognized her.
"Miss Johnson, the bathhouse won't be open until tomorrow afternoon," Ronald informed her with a smile. "But if you're in a hurry, you could use the men's bathhouse. It's empty on weekends, and I can lock the door for your privacy."
Audrey hesitated at the suggestion. Going to the men's bathhouse as a woman seemed inappropriate, especially if male teachers were present. But Ronald assured her of privacy by locking the door while she used the facilities.
