Chapter 1215
He couldn't help but feel a sense of pride watching Albert and the others get all excited talking about Vanessa and Kimberly.
"Kevin, you're such a hypocrite. You wouldn't let us talk about Audrey before, fine, she's your cousin, we get it. But Kimberly isn't your cousin, right?" Carl blurted out, "Do you want to hog all the hot female teachers at Sunset Valley High School?"
"Alright, alright, I admit I was wrong. You guys can talk about whatever you want." Kevin grinned, realizing he had ticked everyone off. Who would've guessed Kevin had actually hooked up with several of the hot female teachers at Sunset Valley High School?
They chatted a bit longer before leaving the rooftop. This was a quiet corner at the end of the hallway, usually deserted with few students passing by. Sometimes, couples would sneak here at night to cuddle and kiss.
"Let's go, it's almost time for class. Third period is history, right?" Kevin called out to Albert and the others. The history teacher was a strict fifty-year-old man who hated students being late.
Suddenly, the sound of high heels clicking echoed through the hallway, accompanied by a woman's hushed voice, seemingly on a phone call.
Kevin was startled. Wasn't that Audrey's voice? He quickly stopped and peeked around the corner, seeing Audrey standing at the end of the hallway by the railing, talking on her phone. He couldn't help but feel unlucky. He signaled the others to stay quiet, hoping Audrey would leave after her call.
Audrey didn't realize there were people behind the corner. She leaned forward, her elbows resting on the railing, making her round, full hips look even more pronounced. The weather had been getting cooler lately, and she was wearing a light brown knit sweater and a black skirt, exuding the elegance and gentleness of a mature woman. The proud, spherical outline of her breasts added a strong sense of sensuality.
"Alissa, I just got notified about a meeting. Did you get the notice?" Audrey asked.
"Yeah, I did. Let's go together later."
"Do you know what it's about?" Audrey asked.
"It seems to be about the school's project application. They probably want us to write the application materials," Alissa explained.
"But I don't have time. There's so much to do in class, and I still have to prepare lessons," Audrey said, looking troubled. "I don't want to attend. Can you help me get out of it?"
"No way. Mr. Jones personally selected the attendees this time. I can't make that decision," Alissa said with a laugh. "Besides, this is quite important. If we succeed in the application, the city education department will allocate a separate construction fund every year, and our bonuses will increase significantly. It's like giving ourselves a raise."
"Alright then," Audrey reluctantly hung up the phone and prepared to head back to the office building. Suddenly, she heard some noise from the corner and walked over to find Kevin and a few boys. She frowned and asked, "What are you doing here?"
"Audrey, isn't the school anniversary coming up? I was discussing the anniversary party with them," Kevin said with a grin.
Albert and the others quickly nodded.
"Alright, the rest of you go back to class. Kevin, stay here," Audrey said, seeing their guilty expressions and knowing they were lying.
After Albert and the others left, Audrey walked up to Kevin, catching a faint whiff of smoke. She frowned and asked, "Kevin, have you been smoking?"
"No, I haven't," Kevin replied, startled but with a playful grin. "Audrey, you smell so nice. What perfume are you wearing?"
"Don't try to change the subject," Audrey glared at him. "I told you before, no smoking. You broke the rule, so your rating this week is down to a D grade. Reflect on your behavior."
"Come on, Audrey, I only had one," Kevin said, looking pained. He had followed all the rules perfectly this week, hoping for a great time with Audrey over the weekend, but she ended up giving him a D, which meant no titjob or blowjob, only anal sex.
"Not even one," Audrey said sternly, turning and heading downstairs towards the office building. She greeted a few colleagues along the way, still feeling a bit angry. Kevin's study habits had been slipping lately, not as focused as before. Maybe she had been too lenient with him.
In high school, girls' grades were generally more stable, while boys' grades could fluctuate significantly. With strict management, their grades could improve by a dozen places, but with a little negligence, they could drop just as quickly, causing a lot of trouble.
"Audrey, you're here already. Wait for me," Alissa called out, coming out of the office with a notebook in hand. She was wearing a sky-blue polo shirt and a purple skirt, her round thighs catching the eye and making her look much slimmer.
"Alissa, you're getting better at dressing up. This outfit really makes you look younger," Audrey couldn't help but praise. "Anyone who didn't know would think you just graduated from college."
"Alright, save the flattery for when I become the principal," Alissa laughed, clearly pleased with Audrey's compliment. She felt a lot had changed over the summer, both for herself and Audrey. Audrey would never have said such things before, and she would never have dressed so sexily.
People did change, and all these changes were because of Kevin.
"By the way, you looked upset when you came upstairs," Alissa said as they walked to the third-floor meeting room. "Did a student cause trouble again? Tell me, and I'll deal with them."
"No, it's Kevin. He was smoking with a few boys, and when I caught him, he wouldn't admit it. He's only a sophomore, and he's already smoking. Who knows what he'll do in the future," Audrey sighed.
"Don't overreact," Alissa said with a laugh. "Boys their age have strong egos and like to stand out. They think smoking makes them look mature. The more you stop, the more he'll do it. Frank smokes secretly too, thinking I don't know."
"Alissa, aren't you going to do something about it? You can't just let him indulge himself," Audrey said helplessly. "Besides, smoking is bad for his health."
"Anything in excess is bad," Alissa said with a smile. "But people have emotions and flaws. We're not perfect, and neither is Kevin. I think you're losing patience with Kevin."
Audrey blushed. Maybe she was too concerned about Kevin. The more she cared about him, the less she could tolerate his misbehavior.
