Chapter 123 A Day Of A Married Couple
The assistant still hadn't been able to contact the two kidnappers or hear any news about Anna and Penny. She felt that something bad might have happened.
"Katherine, you don't have to worry, I think..." They must have died at the foot of the mountain.
"Click!"
Before she could finish her sentence, the sound of steady footsteps suddenly echoed in the corridor.
The assistant looked up and saw the dignified Giorgio approaching. She quickly stepped back and put on a smile.
"Good morning, Mr. Vittorio."
Anna stopped her and asked, "You didn't finish what you were saying earlier, what happened?"
The assistant frowned. What's wrong with Katherine today? She forgot about the couples' reality show before, and now she's asking this in front of Mr. Vittorio?
Why did it feel like Katherine is acting strange?
She smiled and said, "It's nothing, just your casual concern. I wanted to assess the situation."
Katherine was still concerned about her behind her back? Maybe she was trying to find out information about her!
Anna didn't think much about it and said, "Let's go."
The assistant glanced at Giorgio and cautiously asked, "Katherine, did you persuade Mr. Vittorio?"
Persuade? Didn't they agree on the program beforehand? Why would there be a need to persuade him?
Anna looked confused.
The assistant continued, "Mr. Vittorio never participates in recordings, so you said you had a way to make him agree. Have you not succeeded yet?"
This Katherine was really causing trouble for her.
"Wait for me in the car outside." Anna dismissed the assistant and hurriedly approached Giorgio.
He was making fruit juice, his movements natural and elegant. Even the simplest kitchen utensils became artworks in his slender hands.
As she approached, his face darkened, and he turned away.
Obviously, he didn't want to talk to her. Anna hesitated.
Did her words in the dressing room anger him?

It seemed like he really detests appearing on TV.

Just as always, Giorgio sat on the couch and read the morning newspaper, his extraordinarily handsome face and elegant demeanor causing guests and audience members to scream.

She had no idea about Katherine and Giorgio's interactions, nor did she want to interact with Giorgio. It was so frustrating.

Giorgio glanced at the newspaper and caught sight of a text message on his phone. He narrowed his eyes, then turned off his phone.
'Silly woman, does she not realize that the program crew can adjust and zoom in on the footage on the phone?'
Nonchalantly, he placed the newspaper on the coffee table and went upstairs.
After Anna finished her shower, she squatted in the toilet and cursed Katherine.
Why did she have to fall into the water for no reason?
Why did she buy such a huge mansion?
She must have owed Katherine something from her previous life, which is why she had to bear Katherine's child and now even replace her in acting.
Someone rang the doorbell outside. It must be Giorgio!
Anna felt relieved and quickly walked out of the bathroom, opening the door.
But then she froze!
Because she had forgotten… She was wearing Giorgio's bathrobe!
