Chapter 334 Daddy, End of Relationship

"Relationship, girlfriend, private life." Every word indicated her relationship with Giuseppe. Giorgio's face darkened, as cold as ice. The surrounding air also dropped in temperature.

Anna sensed the dangerous atmosphere and didn't want to stay anymore. "Never mind about showing me the way, Giorgio. I'll find my way on my own."

With that said, she started walking down a path, her face ice-cold and her posture resolute. But that path was the wrong one.

Giorgio's eyes turned pitch-black. Damn it, she had made it clear about her feelings for Giuseppe, so why was he so annoyed?

He tugged at his tie, cast a cold glance at her back, and turned around, walking away. Even if she chose the wrong path on her own, what did it have to do with him?

"Daddy, you're back? Look who's here!" As they entered the courtyard, Charlie enthusiastically pulled Penny along to greet Giorgio.

Penny saw Giorgio and instinctively smiled. "Giorgio, so it was your house that Mommy was going to move to. I'm so happy, now I can see Charlie and Giorgio when I come home from school," she exclaimed.

Children have such pure thoughts. However, Anna didn't move to the Vittorio family. It was Giuseppe's private estate.

They had only been dating for a short while, and now they were already living together?

Thinking about the explicit video of the two of them and her smiling face when she mentioned Giuseppe, he felt his heart skip a beat.

For the first time, he gave Penny a cold face. "Don't talk to me." Then, he walked into the house with a cold expression.

Penny pursed her lips. Why was Giorgio being mean to her?

Suddenly, Penny burst into tears, her cries loud and heartbreaking.

Charlie panicked and raised his hand to wipe her tears with his sleeve. "Don't cry, don't cry. Giorgio must be in a bad mood. Don't cry, okay? I'll talk to him for you later."

However, no matter how much Charlie wiped away her tears, Penny continued to cry, her face soaked.

She liked Giorgio, and Giorgio was always nice to her, but he just scolded her. Giorgio must not have loved her, not liked her, and must have hated her.

Penny's voice was loud, filling the air with sadness.

Inside the room, Giorgio loosened his tie and took off his suit jacket, his gaze deep.

Damn it, he was angry with Anna, so what if he got angry at a little girl?

He rubbed his forehead to calm down the anger in his heart and went out to comfort Penny.

"Penny, Penny, what happened to you?" Just as he reached the door, Anna rushed into the courtyard.

Giorgio instinctively crouched down and stopped in his tracks.

In the courtyard, Penny became even more sad and aggrieved when she saw her mother. "Mummy, Uncle Giorgio scolded me. He told me not to talk to him and to go away. He hates me and wants to kick me away." Her voice was soft, broken, and filled with sadness.

A muscle twitched at the corner of Giorgio's mouth.

When did he tell her to go away? Say that he hated her?

Anna furrowed her eyebrows tightly as she heard her daughter's complaints.

He didn't even tell her the way just now. It was bad enough that he made her take the wrong path, but to then come back and be so mean to a child? So heartless?

Well, he was able to ignore her in prison, so it was no wonder he lacked any trace of sympathy.

She wiped away her daughter's tears and spoke softly. "Good, don't cry. It's not polite to come to Uncle Giorgio's house without his permission. Let's go home, okay? We won't talk to him anymore."

Giorgio couldn't believe it. Just because he said one stern sentence, she decided that their child should never speak to him again?

How does this woman teach her child?

He walked away.

Anna heard footsteps and looked up, catching sight of a noble and godlike man. Anger surged within her, and she maintained a detached expression as she picked up her daughter and rose to her feet.

"Giorgio, I apologize for Penny's intrusion. I won't allow her to visit your house without permission again, and I'll ensure she keeps her distance from you."

With those words spoken, she turned and walked away.

"Auntie, Auntie!" Charlie caught up, wanting to stay with the two of them.

Anna looked at him and spoke in a gentle voice, "Charlie, be a good boy. Penny and I are staying at Giuseppe's house now. If you want to see us, you can come over anytime. You're always welcome."

Her tone toward Charlie was completely different from when she was speaking to him.

Giorgio stood still, staring at the woman as she left, his expression cold.

What was going on? Did she even bother to understand the situation? She already made a judgment without giving him a chance to speak?

Well, now she was completely focused on Giuseppe. Why would she care about what he thinks? Why was he angry for any reason?

With a cold face, he turned back to the house.

Charlie followed him, his arms crossed and a furious expression etched on his face. "Damn it! A thirty-year-old man getting angry at a two-year-old girl. What kind of man are you? Don't you dare say you're my father when we go out, it's embarrassing."

Giorgio's facial muscles twitched, rendered speechless by Charlie's words. To have his own son witness Penny's criticism was unexpected and deeply unsettling. How could his son adopt such an attitude?

"Whose child are you? Do you want to go live with her?" Giorgio questioned, his voice laced with frustration.

"Fine! Since you're mean to me too, I'm going to live with Anna and Penny. I won't stay with you." With resolve, Charlie stormed into his room, hastily gathering a few pieces of clothing before rushing out.

Giorgio never expected his son to actually leave. His face turned grim with anger. He stood up and shouted, "Stop, you brat! I'm ordering you!"

However… Charlie ignored him and ran away quickly.

Giorgio felt a sharp pain in his chest. One day, he felt like he would be driven to death by his son siding with others.

"Anna, wait for me, wait for me!" A small voice, like a bell made of copper, rang out.

Anna had just reached the doorway when she turned her head and saw little Charlie running toward her, holding a bunch of clothes. She was confused and furrowed her eyebrows. "Charlie, what is this?"

Charlie said, "Dad scolded me and told me to leave. He's such a terrible person. I don't want to live with him anymore. I want to live with you."

What? He actually told his own son to leave?

Anna pursed her lips, at a loss for words to describe Giorgio. She did consider taking in Charlie, but this was Giuseppe's home now. She couldn't make the decision.

"Charlie, why don't you go find your mom or grandpa? Auntie can't make the decision for you to move in here," she suggested.

"It's okay, I will talk to my brother!" Charlie didn't wait for Anna's response and dashed straight into the house.

He searched around and found Anna's luggage in a particular room. "Auntie, do you live in this room? Let's all live together," he suggested eagerly.

Anna stiffly nodded. "Okay."

However, her face betrayed her unease.

Living with Charlie wasn't a simple matter.

First of all, Charlie was Giorgio's son. She would definitely have contact and meetings with Giorgio, which she didn't want. Secondly, if Katherine found out, she would surely accuse Anna of using the child for her own benefit, and then Anna would have a hard time defending herself.

"Why the long face?" a man's voice sounded beside her.

Anna turned around and realized that Giuseppe had come back. She put down Penny and let Penny go play with Charlie before talking to Giuseppe.

"Charlie is upset with his dad. He wants to live here with us," she explained.

Upon hearing this, Giuseppe's eyes narrowed slightly.

Charlie was coming to live here? As far as he knew, Charlie couldn't sleep without Giorgio.

What was the reason for his visit?
