Chapter 343 Falling for Giorgio

Giorgio stared coldly at her as the elevator doors closed. He noticed she was holding a gold card in her hand, undoubtedly belonging to Giuseppe.

Once, she used to spend his black card without hesitation, now she's actually spending Giuseppe's money?

The differential treatment of women is so evident.

He returned to the office with a cold expression on his face.

Last night, Little Shakes, who made a mistake, became quite attentive.

"Mr. Vittorio, the coffee is ready, the office has been cleaned by me personally, and I also bought your favorite jasmine flowers for you."

By the way, all of Giuseppe's schedules have been moved up, and all the potential issues with the previous project have been identified. Giuseppe had to work overtime and will be busy for at least ten days.

Mr. Vittorio, what else are you not satisfied with? I will go and deal with it again."
Little's attitude can be described as quite sincere, even more serious than a child who has made a mistake.
Giorgio glanced coldly at him, "Who likes Jasmine? Get rid of it."

The big man's fondness for jasmine flowers was quite embarrassing.

When he was feeling upset, he would get annoyed by everything he saw!

Little: "Okay, I'll throw it away right away!"

He quickly took it out and then stood at the door, ready to wait for the next task with great respect.

In the office, Giorgio was dealing with documents, the only sound in the air being the pen dropping on the papers or the tapping of the keyboard, creating quite a stifling atmosphere.
The aura was more terrifying than beating him up in a rage.

Little first realized that trying to do everything perfectly, taking all aspects into consideration, was also wrong.

Oh no! Being smart is also wrong!

It was all his fault!

For hours on end, Little stood at the door, not daring to move, even when lunchtime had passed, he didn't dare to remind George.

When Anna appeared with a bunch of dishes, his eyes lit up:
"Miss Stefanelli, did you come to the company?"

He originally thought Anna was here to see Giorgio, his eyes shining as if he had seen a savior.

"Yes. I’m here to deliver lunch to Giuseppe," Anna said, and then she left directly.

She showed no interest in Giorgio inside, not even a polite greeting.

Little felt the pressure in the office dropping even further, becoming more gloomy.

When Anna arrived at the office, it was already one thirty in the afternoon. Giuseppe was still sitting at his desk, busy dealing with the documents.

She placed the steak on the table. "Let's eat first. We can work in a little bit."

"Okay, don't move, I'll do it," Giuseppe stood up and walked over. A waft of fragrance hit his nose, leaving him puzzled:
"What's going on? What have you done?"
"Well, didn't you say you only like to eat the food I cooked? I made this with my uninjured right hand, so it's fine," Anna retorted.

Giuseppe was a bit puzzled.

When he said those words, it was deliberately said so Giorgio could hear. He did not expect her to take it so seriously.

"How silly, do you think I would have starved without you for decades?"

"No, it's just that I can only do this one thing for you, so I want to do it well!" Anna felt that she was already very useless and wanted to excel at least in this one task.

A cold voice suddenly rang out:
“Despite injuring her hand, Miss Stefanelli insisted on cooking. She should receive the Best Girlfriend Award.”

This sentence is full of sarcasm and mockery.

Anna turned her gaze and looked at Giorgio, who appeared at the door, feeling a tightness in her heart.

‘Why is he everywhere I go?’

"Thank you for the compliment, Mr. Vittorio. It's quite late, Mr. Vittorio must have had lunch already, right? We are going to have our meal now, so we won't entertain Mr. Vittorio anymore."

Anna implied that she wanted him to leave.

Giorgio's face was as cold as frost.

Giuseppe quickly said, "Anna, shall we treat Giorgio? Giorgio is just as busy with work today and probably hasn't eaten yet. Giorgio, let's eat together."

"But!" Anna really disliked Giorgio, and she didn't want to cook for him anymore.

She intentionally coquettishly said to Giuseppe, "You are so busy. I came to the office just to accompany you. We only have this short time together, and Mr. Vittorio doesn't want to disturb us."

"Right, Mr. Vittorio?"

In the midst of the conversation, she was still holding onto Giuseppe, looking exactly like a girlfriend in love who wanted to cling to her boyfriend.

Giorgio's eyes darkened as he was annoyed by her actions, prompting a dangerous smile from him.

"Naturally, I don't want to disturb you, but I'm just curious how Giuseppe managed to tame you, who is wilder than a wildcat."

Giorgio's words sounded threatening.

He didn't mind letting others know how wild she was in front of him.

Anna understood what he meant and felt afraid that he would actually expose some things.

After coming out of prison, she made a decision to cut ties with him. Today, his words also made her realize that she was just ‘that kind of woman.’

She didn't want to have any more dealings with him.

She looped her arms around Giuseppe's shoulders, her voice friendly and flirtatious:
"It's simple, Giuseppe is handsome and gentle, good at everything. I'm willing to turn into a cute little cat for him, just like Katherine, a strong woman, who is willing to cook for Mr. Vittorio. What's so hard to understand?"

“If Mr. Vittorio was really curious about this, he could ask Katherine. I think Katherine would tell you the answer."

Anna's simple words not only expressed her affection for Giuseppe but also revealed the relationship between him, her, and Katherine.

Giorgio watched as she leaned against Giuseppe, her hand tightly gripping in his pocket, wishing he could step forward and pull her away.

The feeling was strong and uncontrollable.

He coldly averted his gaze, turned around, and left directly.

Just one more second, he was afraid he would act on his thoughts.

Anna finally breathed a sigh of relief.

In the future, every time she saw him, she would show off with Giuseppe once. She didn't believe he could still give her a hard time.

A clear cough sounded.

Anna regained her senses and realized her actions, quickly stepping back:
"I'm sorry, I just wanted to explain to Giorgio, sorry."

"We were kind of dating, so there's no need to apologize for that gesture. But did you feel like Giorgio was acting differently toward you?" Giuseppe deliberately inquired.

Anna's heart skipped a beat, then she chuckled mockingly:
"Really? How is that possible? I was locked up in prison, and he didn't even bother to see me when he went to visit Uncle Joe. He felt like I tarnished his noble status. How could he treat me differently?"

He probably just couldn't stand seeing a woman like me being your girlfriend.

Giuseppe heard the words and finally understood.

No wonder Anna was willing to date him after getting out of jail, and she was so indifferent to Giorgio, pulling him to show off their relationship.

In the past, she had given up on Giorgio.

So, did she have feelings for Giorgio? Is that why she was so desperate and angry?
This is not the answer Giuseppe wanted.

He wished that she would follow him, fall in love with him, and stimulate Giorgio's nerves every day.

He softly said, "I misunderstood."

Anna, I have something to tell you.

Giuseppe's voice sounded too serious.

Anna looked puzzled and curious, "Pardon me."
