Chapter 257 Becoming In-Laws with Anna
She pursed her lips, gritted her teeth, and said sharply, "I believe Charlie didn't bite you for no reason, and he wouldn't lie. Regardless of whether you accept it or not, I'm telling you, if you dare to harm a hair on Charlie's head, I'll release today's recording."
Recording? Katherine's sharp gaze fell on the phone in Anna's hand, "Damn, you recorded me?!"
Anna didn't deny it, "Yes. For Charlie's safety, I had to do this. So, you better understand, I'm not joking with you. You'd better watch out."
With that, she got out of the car, got on her prepared bicycle, and rode away.
Katherine was so angry that her whole body was shaking. The veins on her hand gripping the steering wheel bulged. She wanted to ram into Anna! But she couldn't.

But this was simply false. This was just deception. Anna disagreed, "I just want to be myself. I don't want to set up such a persona."
The person in charge had never seen a live streamer who didn't cooperate, especially when this was for her own good.

"Hello, I am Nana's assistant, and her best friend for 22 years. In the future, you can discuss anything about Nana with me. I will handle it."
"Good, good, having an assistant like you makes things much easier. So, in your opinion, how should we solve the persona issue now?"
"That's easy!" Sara sat down next to the person in charge, giving one suggestion after another in a very familiar manner. The person in charge was quite satisfied with what he heard.
In the end, they surprisingly reached a satisfactory outcome.
Anna was stunned. As soon as the person in charge left, she turned to Sara in astonishment, "You're amazing; how do you speak so well?"
"Are you kidding? Speaking is an art; I learned it specifically to flirt with men. Anyway, don't worry about it, just focus on your work, and I'll handle these miscellaneous things. But speaking of it; you convincing them to allow you to always wear a mask is quite impressive too."
Anna was also puzzled. The person in charge seemed to have to sign her no matter what, but after the signing, his attitude towards her worsened.
She felt like something was off, but what was it? Well, she would just do her job diligently.
"Sara, I'm going to find a kindergarten for Penny now. I'll try to settle on a place before I officially start work. You stay with her for a while."

"Mommy, are you going to find a kindergarten for me? I want to be with Charlie!"
Be with Charlie? If they could be together, the two children could see each other every day, which would be a good plan.

Penny liked Charlie, but she didn't want her mommy to be tired. She pouted, "Okay."
"Good girl. Then Mommy will go look at kindergartens for you. Stay here and listen to Sara."
"Okay." Penny nodded in agreement.
As soon as Anna left, she took Sara's phone and sent a voice message to Charlie, "Charlie, I have two pieces of news for you, one good and one bad. Which one do you want to hear first?"
Charlie knew it was Penny as soon as he heard the voice. He quickly replied, "The good news first, so my heart can take it."
"Okay, the good news is that my mommy has really decided to stay here, and she's going to find a kindergarten for me now. We'll have lots and lots of time to see each other in the future."
That was indeed very good news. "What's the bad news?"
"I wanted to go to the same kindergarten as you, be your classmate, and see you every day. But Mommy says your kindergarten is too far, so I'll go to a nearby one. We can't play every day." Penny sounded very disappointed.
Charlie frowned. This was indeed a regrettable problem. "Don't worry, I'll figure something out."
After hanging up the phone, he left his room and went to the study, where Giorgio was seriously working at his desk. "I want to go to kindergarten."
Giorgio looked up in surprise. The child had agreed to go to kindergarten before, but hadn't started yet, and now he was taking the initiative to ask?
