Chapter 455 How to Calm an Angry Boyfriend?

His voice was cold, full of resentment, anger, and dissatisfaction.

Standing before him, Anna looked like a scared fawn facing an angry wolf.

She nervously raised her phone and said, "I didn't leave. It's my first relationship, and I don't know how to calm an angry boyfriend. I looked up some tips online. Want to see which one you like?"

Giorgio was surprised that she hadn't left, and that she had just been looking for ways to make him happy.

Seeing her innocent and anxious face, his anger started to fade.

He grabbed her waist, pulled her into the room, pressed her against the wall, and kissed her hard.

Anna was caught off guard. One moment he was angry, and the next, he was kissing her.

She thought, if this calms him down, so be it.

She stayed still until he finished kissing her and let her go. She then asked, "Are you still mad?"

Giorgio glanced at her. "When a woman ignores her boyfriend for another guy, a kiss won't fix that."

He took her phone and read what was on the screen:

[How do you calm an angry boyfriend? Here are some tips. First, act cute. Men can't resist a woman acting cute. Second, take action. Cook a nice meal, prepare some wine, and apologize sincerely. Or give him a small gift he likes. Third, take the initiative to hug and kiss. If the other methods don't work, hugging and kissing can make his anger disappear.]

Giorgio thought it sounded good.

He looked at Anna and said, "Do all of these."

'What, allof them?' she thought, shocked.

Anna stared at Giorgio in disbelief. "I don't need to do all three, do I?"

"What? Didn't you say you wanted to apologize and make me happy? Or was that just lip service?" Giorgio asked.

He added, "Or do you think I should be okay with you leaving me for Giuseppe?"

His two sharp questions left Anna speechless.

She didn't think he should be okay with it, and she really wanted to apologize and make him happy.

But she wasn't going to do all three of those things.

Still, it wasn't as though she had a choice.

She bit her lip. "I'll go downstairs and cook for you."

Giorgio stopped her. "No need for that. Just give me the gift you prepared."

'A gift he likes!' she thought.

Anna blushed, thinking about it again.

Not wanting this to affect their relationship, she mustered the courage to say, "Mr. Vittorio, I did plan to prepare it, but after the incident with Katherine and you finding out about it, I felt too embarrassed. So I left today because I didn't know how to face you, not because I abandoned you. Besides, giving a gift that you already know about isn't surprising.

"So, I prepared another gift for you," Anna said mysteriously, taking out a beautifully wrapped gift box from her bag.

Giorgio, who never lacked for anything, showed no change in expression. "I don't need it."

Anna insisted, "You haven't even seen it. How do you know you don't need it? Open it and see, I promise you'll like it!"

She was firm and confident.

Since she was so insistent, Giorgio opened the gift nonchalantly.

He was stunned.

Inside the box was a set of handmade plush dolls.

The male doll wore a suit and the female doll a pink dress. There were also two smaller dolls. They all held hands, clearly representing a happy family of four.

The dolls were beautifully crafted and lifelike, symbolizing a family with him.

Even though she had reluctantly agreed to date him, this gift showed her genuine feelings. If her previous gift was meant to excite his physical senses, this one was made to affect him emotionally.

Giorgio's grip tightened, and his eyes were inscrutable.

Anna couldn't read his expression.

Did she act too hastily? Was he not ready for this?

She nervously said, "I made these while waiting for Giuseppe to wake up. If you don't like it, just treat them as meaningless trinkets."

Before she finished speaking, Giorgio pulled her into his embrace and said, "I like it. But I think we should add another small doll for deeper meaning."

'Another doll? Another baby?' she thought, blushing.

Giorgio kissed her gently but deeply.

Anna felt breathless. She realized he loved kissing her more and more.

She didn't dislike it; she even liked it.

"Auntie Anna!" a sudden voice interrupted.

Anna turned to see Charlie at the door, looking angry.

Before she could react, Charlie stepped forward, pulling them apart and shielding her. "Don't let him fool you, Auntie Anna! He's just a handsome, unfaithful jerk. Don't reconcile with him!"

He pulled Anna downstairs.

She mouthed to Giorgio, "I'll calm Charlie down first."

Downstairs, Charlie was fuming.

"Auntie Anna, why are you talking to him? Did you forget how he treated you? If you get close to him again, I won't talk to you anymore!"

Seeing Charlie's angry face, she gently said, "Charlie, it was a misunderstanding. We all misunderstood your dad."

"I don't want to hear it! I saw him with that woman. He abandoned me. There's no misunderstanding!" Charlie shouted.

Anna realized his emotions were running high.

Just then, Giorgio came downstairs, and she gave him a worried look.

"Charlie seems to be having an episode."

Giorgio frowned.

He knew Charlie struggled with acceptance, but he didn't expect this!

He walked over, his voice gentle. "Charlie, Daddy..."

"Don't talk to me!" Charlie shouted, grabbing Giorgio's hand and biting down hard!

Giorgio grunted in pain.

Anna's face turned pale.

The last time Charlie had an episode and bit someone was when she first met him; his emotions had been stable since then.

Now it seemed as though they were worsening again, indicating he had suffered a significant emotional blow.

She stepped forward.
