Chapter 433 Anna, are you sure you won't take responsibility?

"Sorry, I must've been sleepwalking and ended up in your arms."

Giorgio, looking unfazed, said, "I carried you up here."
Wait, he carried her?
Anna was shocked, her eyes asking: 'What did you do while I was asleep?'
Giorgio found her reaction cute and smiled faintly.
"You were uncomfortable sleeping on your stomach, so I let you sleep in my arms. Nothing else happened. Unless you were hoping for something?"

Anna blushed and shook her head.
"No."
But this position was way too intimate.
She wriggled to get down.
The friction between their skin was intense.
Giorgio held her waist.
"Anna, you've already slept in my arms. Are you sure you won't take responsibility?"
His husky voice was full of teasing.
Anna's eyelashes fluttered.
'What does he mean by sleeping in his arms? He carried me! And what needed to be done, there were obvious reasons for that!' she thought.
She muttered, "You're not pregnant, why should I take responsibility?"
"So, I need to get a biology team to make men pregnant before you'll be with me?"
It was a joke, but he sounded half-serious.
Anna chuckled.
"You really know how to joke. Let's not talk about this. I still need to figure out how to bring Fabio over. And Sara, she's usually so carefree, but when it comes to Fabio, she's a mess."
Luckily, Anna knew her limits and wouldn't love so humbly.
Giorgio looked at her deeply and said, "Actually, I'm quite envious of Fabio, having a girl who loves him deeply. If a girl loved me like that, I'd wake up laughing even in my sleep."

She rolled her eyes at him.
"Isn't there? Isn't Katherine one of those?"
Katherine did so much for him, even sacrificing her principles. It was he who didn't cherish it.

Soon, Fabio replied: [Did she make you threaten me? Tell her not to use bad plans on me, or it won't end well.]
He couldn't seriously think Sara got pregnant on purpose, could he?
She replied: [You wanted to have sex, didn't take proper precautions, and still have the nerve to blame Sara? Sara must be blind to have chosen you. Handle this properly, or it won't end well for you.]
Fabio: [Alright? Handle it, right? See you in three hours.]
Getting the answer, Anna was both angry and relieved.

Three hours later, the plane landed in Crownhaven.
Anna arrived at the hospital and saw Fabio, and also saw Sara sitting on the hospital bed.

Anna shook her head.

Giorgio didn't give her a chance to argue and took her to the trauma department.
"Examine her and apply medicine."
"Okay, Mr. Vittorio."
The doctor treated Anna respectfully.
Anna had no choice but to sit anxiously, hoping it would be quick.
As soon as it was done, she stood up and said to Giorgio, "I'll stay with Sara. You go ahead. Thanks for bringing me back."
Then, she quickly returned to the ward.
Giorgio fell silent.
In her eyes, she treated her friends better than him.
In the evening, Sara woke up.
Anna quickly sat by the bed, asking, "Sara, are you hungry? Eat something. You're pregnant and need the nutrition."
"The baby? He won't come into this world."
Sara's mood was low, her eyes lifeless.
Anna held her hand.
"You can have the baby, and I'll help you raise it. Just like we raised Penny. Penny could have a little sibling and be happy."
"No, he won't let me have the baby, and I don't have the courage to face it," Sara said, sniffling. "I should have a better life. I can't sacrifice my future for a child. Anna, I've decided to get an abortion and start over."

"Anna, I want a pizza. I'll have it before the surgery," Sara suddenly said.
Anna quickly agreed.
"Okay, I'll go downstairs to get it for you. Wait for me."
She quickly ran downstairs.
If she remembered correctly, there were a bunch of restaurants downstairs, surely one of them had pizza.
