Chapter 103 Expelled
Right now, Elizabeth wasn't feeling any despair. All she had was the hope of convincing Alexander with everything she had. She didn't care if she might lose her life; she just went wild, kicking and punching the four bodyguards.
She actually managed to kick two of them away, but only because Alexander had told them not to hurt her.
The bodyguards were all curious about what was going on between Elizabeth and Alexander. She caused such a scene at the wedding, yet Alexander just kicked her out and even told them not to harm her.
Because of Alexander's orders, the bodyguards were hesitant to do anything.
Elizabeth bit down hard on one of the bodyguard's arms. He screamed in pain and let go of her.
As Elizabeth fought like a wild animal, the last bodyguard couldn't hold onto her either.
Elizabeth ran towards Alexander again.
She was only thirty feet away from him.
"Alexander! Do you want your child to end up like you did? Have you forgotten all the hard work Aunt Esme put into raising you?" Elizabeth shouted.
This time, Alexander was really mad!
He shook off Clara's wrist, turned around, and strode towards Elizabeth. Elizabeth also rushed towards him, and they both reached her two large plastic bags at the same time.
Alexander looked down at her.
Elizabeth, unsteady on her feet, clung to her two plastic bags. She half-crouched, looking up at Alexander, and pleaded, "Alexander, I am the woman who saved you. You have to marry me."
"Wishful thinking!" Marcus suddenly appeared.
Seeing Elizabeth brazenly disrupting the wedding, Marcus kicked her to the ground.
Elizabeth held onto her plastic bags, looking up at the furious Marcus.
"You really have no shame, no limits. All those solemn promises you made yesterday were lies! Now your true colors are all revealed! You despicable woman! Look at how ugly you are! Do you think wearing cheap clothes and carrying two plastic bags, rolling and making a scene on the ground, will get you to marry Alexander? You shameless shrew."
Some onlookers also sneered at Elizabeth.
"She must be delusional! Carrying those two big plastic bags around like a homeless person, and she thinks she's worthy of marrying Mr. Windsor? Is she out of her mind? Is she crazy?"
"Definitely crazy. I bet this lunatic won't survive tonight."
"She's not crazy, nor is she out of her mind. This woman is very ambitious."
"What did she do?"
"She first seduced Mr. Windsor, then had an ambiguous relationship with Mr. Windsor's cousin, Mr. Tudor. At the same time, she was involved with Mr. Bell. It's said she has made a mess of the entire high society."
"She even flirted with Mr. Simon Jones. I heard Mr. Declan Jones almost had a fit because of this."
"Oh my, all the most famous noble families. This woman is something else."
"She's entangled with all four noble families. She thinks that seducing any one of them is a win. But it's best if she can seduce Mr. Windsor. Mr. Windsor alone is worth more than the other three combined."
"Isn't she afraid Mr. Windsor will kill her in a fit of rage? She's got some nerve."
"People like her are reckless and shameless. I heard today's bride is her so-called sister. She was taken in by the bride's family as a kid, and now she's grown up to steal her sister's husband."
"Despicable!"
"How can there be such a vicious woman in the world!"
"She deserves a bad end!"
"Morally corrupt woman!"
"Mr. Marcus Windsor, don't show mercy. Keeping such a woman around is a disaster!"
The wedding guests shouted at Marcus.
Marcus glared at Elizabeth, while she looked at Alexander with hope. Alexander's voice was surprisingly calm as he said, "Elizabeth, you've gone too far!"
But his tone made everyone around feel a deep sense of menace.
"I only get married once in my life, and you want to ruin it? I signed a contract with you, and I promised you a huge fee. But what did you say? You said you and my mother had a true friendship, and you weren't in it for the money. And now you're here to ruin my wedding?"
Elizabeth looked at him almost pleadingly and said, "Alexander."
"Get out!" Alexander suddenly roared!
The roar was so loud that it shook the camera out of the hands of a man standing sixty feet away, trying to record this bizarre event, who then picked it up and fled in panic.
Elizabeth looked at Alexander with tearful eyes.
"Get out!" Alexander said again.
"Don't you believe what I said?" Elizabeth asked.
Alexander said, "From now on, don't let me see you again, or I'll make your life a living hell! My ruthlessness towards women is no less than towards men! The only reason I didn't lay a hand on you today is because of the two months you spent caring for my mother. Now, get out!"
Elizabeth fell silent, fully aware that Alexander wasn't joking. He had always been a man of his word, and she had witnessed firsthand how he dealt with his opponents. A shiver of fear ran through her. Elizabeth shivered in fear.
Alexander no longer looked at Elizabeth. He only looked at the four bodyguards and said, "If Elizabeth comes back again, you four don't need to come back."
"Yes, Mr. Windsor!" The four bodyguards dragged Elizabeth out without any expression.
Marcus stopped them. "Wait."
The four bodyguards looked at Marcus and asked, "What are your orders?"
"Take your filthy clothes with you! They're dirty and disgusting, and I don't want my guests to catch any filthy viruses!" Marcus kicked Elizabeth's two plastic bags, spilling their contents on the ground.
The zipper of the plastic bags broke.
Inside were Elizabeth's cheap clothes, and even one-dollar laundry soap fell out.
"She really is a homeless person."
"A homeless person with such guts?"
"The more desperate the woman, the more delusional she is. She fears nothing. As they say, those with nothing to lose fear nothing."
Elizabeth's ragged clothes made her a laughingstock as she was thrown out of the wedding venue. The four bodyguards dumped her on a road half a mile away and left. She was still on the ground when she saw a large truck speeding towards her. Elizabeth hadn't gotten up yet when she saw a large truck speeding towards her.
"Get out of the way!" A figure quickly pushed Elizabeth aside.
