Chapter 116 Call Me Daddy
Alice stared at Alexander with wide, scared eyes, but she didn't back down. "Of course I know what to call you!"
Elizabeth was confused.
Even Gavin, who had just walked in and was standing at the door, looked shocked.
Alice had just met Alexander for the first time, and she already knew what to call him?
"Of course, I call you a bad guy! Give me back my uncle Samuel! Where did you take him? I'll fight you! Bad guy!" Alice suddenly charged at Alexander, attacking him with all her might.
Didn't be fooled by Alice being only five years old; she was surprisingly strong.
Especially when Alice got mad, she became even stronger, her little legs kicking and hitting Alexander's legs and feet.
In just a few minutes, Alexander's super expensive shoes were all scratched up by Alice, looking like a cat had clawed them, as ugly as could be.
Elizabeth, standing nearby, had already started crying in despair.
Alice had the same traits as Alexander: smart, strong-willed, and unyielding. So even though Alice was scared inside, she still stood up to protect Elizabeth.
Alexander wouldn't have spared them anyway, and now with Alice causing such a scene, both she and Alice had no chance of survival.
Maybe this was for the best!
At least Alice wouldn't be left alone in this world, lonely and isolated.
Thinking this, Elizabeth didn't stop Alice from attacking Alexander.
On the other side, Alexander had already lifted Alice up with both hands, but Alice kicked even harder. She kicked at Alexander's legs, with her little hands clenching into fists, and punching Alexander's face.
Gavin behind them couldn't bear to watch.
For so many years, no one in all of Sunwillow City dared to even sneeze loudly in front of Alexander, let alone offend him. Alice was the first to do so, proving she was indeed Alexander's daughter.
In the years of searching for Elizabeth, Gavin had never doubted that the child Elizabeth was carrying was Alexander's. Until he followed Alexander to this remote Collinsport and saw Alice, Gavin was even more certain that Alice was Alexander's child.
"You bad guy, let me go, or I'll beat you to death!" Alice, shouting, fought more fiercely.
At first, Alice was afraid of Alexander, but even after she had dirtied his shoes beyond recognition, he just held her up.
Alice threw another heavy punch, hitting Alexander's eye hard.
Gavin instinctively closed his eyes.
When he opened them again, he saw that Alexander had already let go of Alice, covering his eyes alone.
Freed, Alice immediately ran into Elizabeth's arms, crying and looking at Alexander as if she had been wronged.
Alexander rubbed his eye for a while, and when he let go, Gavin almost laughed out loud.
Alexander's eye, where he had been hit, was left with a nasty shiner.
His disheveled appearance was truly a unique greeting from Alice.
Alexander stood up steadily, looking at Elizabeth and Alice.
Elizabeth calmly said, "Whether you want to kill me or whatever, do as you please."
After speaking, she looked at Gavin, her voice choked with emotion, "Gavin, could you, for the sake of the hand warmer I once gave you, bury me and my daughter together?"
Gavin's legs turned to jelly with fear, and he quickly said, "Ms. Spencer, please don't say that. You won't die, and your daughter won't either. Mr. Windsor came here to..."
"Gavin!" Alexander barked.
Gavin immediately clammed up, terrified.
Alice, who had been crying, stopped, only hugging Elizabeth's neck tighter.
Gavin cautiously asked Alexander, "Mr. Windsor, your orders?"
"Find someone to fully acquire Dorian's real estate company, and as for Dorian, make him leave the country!" Alexander said, his face emotionless.
Gavin replied, "Yes, sir, I'll get on it right away. Which country should Mr. Astor be sent to?"
"The country farthest from Sunwillow City!" Alexander snapped.
Gavin fell silent, and so did Elizabeth.
Alexander was being completely unreasonable!
Elizabeth swallowed her anger and tried to look at Alexander calmly, saying, "Mr. Astor only spoke a fair word for me. He neither saved me nor ever hindered you. It's too much for you to be so cruel to him."
"Gavin!" Alexander shouted again.
"Yes, Mr. Windsor," Gavin responded.
"Send Samuel and his parents abroad immediately, right now!" Alexander's voice grew colder.
Elizabeth immediately rushed in front of Alexander, her hands involuntarily grabbing his arm, and pleaded, "No! Please! Take my life, take Alice's, whatever you want! Just let Samuel go. I'll do anything you say. Kill me, torture me, I don't care. Just please, spare Samuel!"
Alexander looked coldly at Elizabeth, sneering, "You're a natural at this."
Elizabeth was puzzled, asking, "What?"
Alexander sarcastically said, "No matter where you go, you always have a way of captivating men. Back in Sunwillow City, you had all the upper-class guys in Aldoria wrapped around your finger. I spent six years searching for you. Simon got beaten up by Declan over you. Owen matured because of you. And Samuel? He ended up paralyzed. Now, even in this small town of Collinsport, you've got someone as amazing as Dorian falling for you. Elizabeth, I really underestimated you."
Elizabeth understood the sarcasm in Alexander's words.
She just gave a faint, bitter smile, saying, "You can say whatever you want about me, just please spare Samuel. As long as you spare Samuel, you can do whatever you want with me and Alice."
"Do you have the right to negotiate with me? Even if I send Samuel to the ends of the earth, you still have to do as I say." Alexander looked at Elizabeth with a condescending gaze, saying coldly.
Elizabeth was silent.
Turning around and seeing that Gavin was still there, Alexander immediately shouted, "Now, immediately! Send Samuel to the farthest place abroad!"
Gavin turned and hurriedly ran off.
Elizabeth shed tears of despair.
Alexander said expressionlessly, "It's time for us to talk about compensation."
Elizabeth sneered, "I have no money, you can take my and Alice's lives!"
Alexander sneered again, "If you threaten me with my daughter again, your crime will be even worse!"
Elizabeth asked in shock, "What?"
Without looking at Elizabeth, Alexander squatted down again and said to Alice, "Come here, call me Daddy."
