Chapter 103 Do You Want to Eat Something Else?
Robin asked, confused, "What do you mean by 'in the future'? Even if you two get divorced, you'll still take care of her?"
Stuart replied, "No, I won't."
Robin sighed in relief. He said, "That's good."
"But don't think about bullying her," Stuart added. "It would be embarrassing for me!"
Robin was puzzled. He asked, "Why are you..."
Before he could finish, Stuart cut him off. He insisted, "Let's leave it at that."
He hung up, turned around, and went downstairs. He saw Josephine and Andrew chatting and laughing in the living room.
Stuart sat down, and Josephine immediately said, "Mr. Andrew Haustia, I'll go check on the kitchen."
Andrew laughed. He advised, "Go ahead. There are so many people busy in there. Don't touch anything; be careful with your hands."
Josephine nodded in agreement and went to the kitchen.
Stuart spoke up, "Grandpa, there's something I want to discuss with you."
Andrew looked at him. He asked, "What is it?"
"It's just..." Stuart glanced towards the kitchen. He said softly, "You mentioned before that you wanted us to have a child."
Andrew said, "I know about that."
Stuart was taken aback. He asked, "You know?"
Andrew said, "Josephine already told me."
Stuart was startled, but seeing Andrew's expression, he didn't seem angry.
He asked, "What did she tell you?"
Andrew said, "You don't know?"
Stuart quickly said, "I know; I was just afraid you'd be upset."
"I'm not upset," Andrew said. "Josephine is also focused on her work. If it takes a couple more years, so be it."
Stuart was puzzled. He uttered, "Work?"
"Yes," Andrew said. "Josephine said she's been doing surgeries lately, and because of the medical needs, many patients require radiation during surgery. Even though they have protection, for safety's sake, she said to wait a bit longer."
Stuart asked, "She said that?"
Andrew nodded in confirmation. He complimented, "Josephine is a good woman. She doesn't hide anything from me. Her work is meaningful, saving patients, so of course, I support her."
Stuart didn't say anything.
Andrew continued, "Did you upset Josephine again? Didn't you say that after not seeing each other for a long time, your relationship got better? But I see Josephine still isn't happy. By the way, did you bring Josephine any gifts when you came back from abroad?"
Stuart, preoccupied, shook his head instinctively.
Andrew was furious. He scolded, "Do you even know how to please your wife? You were away for several days and didn't think to buy Josephine something? Are you broke or just heartless?"
Stuart couldn't help but say, "She doesn't care about those things."
"How is that possible!" Andrew glared at him. He lectured, "All women like to be pampered, no matter their age. They like gifts and being thought of. You're young; how can you not see this as clearly as an old man like me?"
"Really?" Stuart stood up. He said, "I'll go check on the kitchen too."
The Haustia Manor was large, and the kitchen was on the other end. Stuart walked over and directly pulled Josephine away.
Instead of going to the living room, they went upstairs from the back staircase.
Josephine asked him, "What are you doing?"
Stuart pulled her back to the bedroom. He mentioned, "You told Andrew that because of your work, you can't have a child for now?"
"What else?" Josephine said. "Mr. Andrew Haustia wants us to prepare for pregnancy. If we can't conceive, how do we explain it to him?"
Stuart was a bit angry. He scolded, "Shouldn't you have discussed it with me first?"
"What's there to discuss?" Josephine said. "I won't get pregnant anyway. As long as I explain it to Mr. Andrew Haustia, it's fine."
"You!" Stuart gritted his teeth, trying hard to suppress his anger.
He asked again, "What kind of gift do you want?"
Josephine was baffled. "What gift?"
"I didn't bring you a gift from abroad, and you complained to Grandpa," Stuart said coldly. "If you want something, just tell me, and I'll have someone buy it for you."
"Thank you." Josephine sneered, "I don't need it! I wouldn't tell Mr. Andrew Haustia about such trivial matters."
"Josephine, can you stop being so contradictory?" Stuart said. "You're not even as good as Doris!"
At least Doris would use various means to get what she wanted.
Josephine glanced at him but said nothing.
Stuart, angry, said, "Feeling guilty?"
"Stuart, you should go to the hospital and get your brain checked." Josephine couldn't bear it anymore. She remarked, "Who cares about your gifts! I may not be as good as her, but at least I wouldn't be someone else's husband's mistress!"
Stuart was extremely frustrated. He wanted to smoke but remembered this was the Haustia Manor and forcibly suppressed the urge.
"Anything else?" Josephine's tone was also bad. She said angrily, "I'm going downstairs."
Stuart pulled her over and kissed her directly.
He could resist the urge to smoke, but he seemed to have an addiction bigger than smoking.
Josephine didn't expect him to kiss her without saying a word. What kind of behavior was this?
Stuart's strong arms held her tightly, making it impossible for her to break free.
His kiss was rough, making Josephine's tongue hurt.
Josephine hit him hard, but her strength was negligible to Stuart.
He kissed her for a long time before letting her go.
Josephine's red lips were tender and swollen, clearly having been ravaged.
He rubbed his thumb over them gently and then put his finger into Josephine's mouth.
Josephine bit down and mumbled, "What are you doing!"
"Not my finger." Stuart's breath was heavy, his voice hoarse. He asked, "Do you want to eat something else?"
Josephine couldn't react in time. She said, "What?"
Stuart guided her hand down. He insinuated, "This."
Josephine's face instantly turned red. She said, embarrassed, "You..."
"Do you want it?" Stuart's voice was low and seductive as he asked her, full of temptation.
Josephine tried to push him away but couldn't, her eyes reddening with anger. She demanded, "Let go of me!"
"I'll let go if you agree." Stuart became more excited. He teased, "Isn't it just a gift you want? Whatever you want, I'll give it to you."
"I want you to die!" Josephine used all her strength to push him. She said angrily, "Stuart, you bastard!"
Stuart pinned her down. He asked again, "Will you agree or not?"
Josephine tried to kick him, but he trapped her legs with his.
Josephine shouted, "Dream on!"
"Do you think it's unfair?" Stuart whispered in her ear, "I've already tasted you."
"Stuart!" Josephine screamed with her eyes closed. "Shut up!"
"Are you shy?" Stuart laughed. He said gently, "Alright, I won't tease you anymore. Let me kiss you again, then we should go down for dinner."
"Let go of me!" Josephine gritted her teeth. She exclaimed, "Mr. Andrew Haustia is waiting!"
Stuart finally released her.
Josephine quickly walked out, then turned back to look at him. She asked impatiently, "Aren't you coming down?"
Stuart gestured downward. He said, "How can I go out like this?"
"Pervert!" Josephine said angrily then went downstairs by herself.
Stuart waited a while, adjusted his clothes, and went downstairs too.
Although only the three of them were having dinner, the atmosphere was quite harmonious.
Mainly because Andrew was there, preventing any awkwardness.
Andrew said, "Since you're not planning to have a child for now, you two should have a few drinks with me tonight."
Josephine couldn't hold her liquor, but Stuart kept pouring her glass after glass.
