Chapter 112 Use It Yourself
Josephine pulled away from him. "You decide!"
Stuart held her close. "If you don't help me choose, I won't know what you like. Look at that one, it even has gemstones; they say it's good for health."
Josephine had enough. "Shut up!"
"Be good." Stuart grinned. "Otherwise,I'll buy everything and have it sent to our house."
Josephine thought he was crazy enough to actually do it, so she took a deep breath and agreed. "Fine, I'll choose."
At least the things she picked wouldn't be so outrageous.
Stuart, satisfied, let her go. "Alright."
In fact, he didn't really like using props. He couldn't let those toys defile Josephine's body. He just wanted to tease her.
However, some of the clothes did catch his eye; he planned to buy a few more pieces to take home.
Getting Josephine to wear them might be tricky, though.
Stuart led her further inside. The deeper they went, the stranger the items became, things Josephine had never heard of.
The store not only had bizarre items, but there were also explanations next to them.
Even more outrageous, besides the text, there were also pictures showing how to use them.
Stuart pointed at a picture with a smile. "How about this one?"
As soon as his fingertip touched it, the picture disappeared and was replaced by a video.
Josephine didn't know what the video was about; as soon as she saw the bare flesh, she closed her eyes.
Stuart didn't expect the store to have such videos either.
He wasn't interested in other people's nudity, took one look, and immediately closed it.
Josephine gave him a furious, embarrassed glare.
Stuart asked her, "This one looks good; should we buy it?"
"Don't you dare!" Josephine gritted her teeth. "If you buy it, you use it yourself!"
"I'm definitely buying something today," Stuart said, "I'm planning to buy at least five items. Do you want to pick for me?"
Josephine knew him; if he said he was buying five items, he wouldn't buy any less.
"Me pick?" she said, "Whatever I say to buy, you'll buy?"
Stuart nodded. "I keep my word. I'll listen to you."
Josephine directly pulled him outside.
Compared to these bizarre items, the only things she could accept were probably the clothes outside.
However, those clothes had so little fabric; no matter how she chose, she couldn't find anything she wanted.
Stuart said, "Forget it. Let's go inside and take a look."
Josephine gritted her teeth and picked a few items. "Alright! Just these!"
Stuart, having achieved his goal, pretended to be regretful. "They're all clothes; isn't that a bit boring?"
"You said you'd listen to me!" Josephine pulled him away. "Let's go!"
Stuart's original intention was to buy clothes; but if he had said from the beginning that he was buying such clothes for Josephine, she definitely wouldn't have agreed.
He deliberately teased her, saying he wanted to buy other things, and Josephine indeed couldn't accept it.
It seemed like Stuart had taken a step back by choosing to buy clothes, but in reality, he had achieved his goal.
At the checkout, Josephine took her card.
However, Stuart only let her pay for one item separately.
Stuart said, "This is a gift from you to me; it has to be paid for separately."
There was a staff member at the checkout counter. Hearing Stuart say this, she glanced at Josephine.
Josephine was both embarrassed and furious, wishing she could smack Stuart. "Shut up!"
She angrily paid, shocked that such a tiny piece of fabric could be so expensive!
It wasn't that she couldn't afford it; she just didn't expect it to cost that much.
After leaving the store, Josephine swore never to come back!
Stuart explained, "The fabric is all silk, and the patterns are intricate, so the price is a bit higher."
Josephine, still fuming, sneered. "Mr. Haustia, you really know a lot."
Stuart had heard someone mention it that day, asked about it, and got a detailed explanation.
He said, "Since it's for you to wear, I needed to know about the quality."
Josephine gritted her teeth. "Thank you very much!"
Having bought what he wanted, Stuart was satisfied. "Shall we have lunch together?"
Josephine said, "I have an appointment."
"With whom?" Stuart asked, "Can't I join you?"
Josephine said, "With the three people you hate the most. If you join us, I'm afraid you won't have an appetite."
Stuart's face darkened. "Liam and the others? You see them every day at the hospital, and you still want to have lunch together during your break."
"I never interfere with you hanging out with your friends," Josephine said, "so don't interfere with me."
Stuart held her hand. "I'm coming too."
Josephine looked at him in shock. "Really? I'm having lunch with Liam and the others, and you want to come?"
The two groups had never gotten along since childhood.
Not to mention eating at the same table, once Liam and Stuart were in the same restaurant, and as soon as Stuart found out, he got up and left.
No wonder Josephine was shocked; even Stuart himself found it surprising when he said it.
However, seeing Josephine's reaction, he got angry. "What? I can't have lunch with you? Or are you planning to do something shady, so you don't want me to come?"
Josephine thought Stuart was too sharp-tongued, despite his good looks and kissing skills.
"Let's go." Seeing her reaction, Stuart wanted to go even more. "Where are we eating?"
Josephine knew that if she didn't agree, he wouldn't let it go.
She thought, 'Fine, just a meal. We'll be chatting and laughing, leaving Stuart awkwardly alone.
At the restaurant, Stuart said, "This place has pretty good food. You have good taste."
Josephine said, "Liam chose it."
Stuart immediately said, "I heard they changed the chef. People with status don't come here anymore. Why did he choose this place? Shows his lack of taste."
Josephine didn't even want to respond. "You better not talk later."
"I'm not mute!" Stuart snorted. "Why can't I talk?"
"Why are you so childish?" Josephine said, "I don't want to argue with you, just eat quietly."
"I don't want to argue either." Stuart's tone wasn't good. "It's because you're being unreasonable."
Josephine took a deep breath, trying to control her emotions.
Then she led Stuart inside.
When Josephine got in the private room, Liam smiled. "Josephine, you're here."
His gaze shifted and saw Stuart behind Josephine.
The entire room fell silent.
