Chapter 176 Stay in Hell with Me
Josephine glared at him. "I just realized, Liam is way better than you!"
"I knew it!" Stuart's eyes were bloodshot. "I knew something was up with you two! Even your parents didn't suspect, but he found Andrew and asked about you. So, you and him..."
Josephine shook her head. "It's not just Liam. Jair, William, even Vincent, they're all better than you. Stuart, you still don't get where you went wrong."
"You still think about William?" Stuart was losing it. "You know he's the child of a mistress, and his mom wrecked my parents' marriage, yet you still bring him up!"
Josephine replied coldly, "From what I know, your dad forced her. She was a victim too."
Stuart snapped, "A victim who couldn't wait to have the child of her rapist? Who'd believe she had no ulterior motives!"
Stuart was still defending Elbert.
Elbert was an elder, so Josephine didn't want to argue. But honestly, William wasn't at fault either.
In contrast, Stuart became twisted, losing all his initial charm.
Josephine never thought Stuart would go as far as imprisoning her.
Any lingering feelings she had for him were long gone, snuffed out by his actions.
She couldn't fathom what Stuart was thinking, doing all this and still hoping she'd give him a chance.
Josephine finally understood. Stuart didn't love her at all.
If he truly loved her, he wouldn't make her suffer.
But Stuart, from start to finish, imposed his feelings on her, never considering hers.
He didn't want others to like him; he wanted obedience and submission.
He was like a child who wanted a toy, willing to do anything to get it.
He only cared about having the toy. What the toy thought didn't matter. Josephine was that toy.
His so-called love, repentance, and reconciliation were just ways to get her back.
He said he loved her, but no love is built on imprisonment, coercion, and suppression.
Josephine realized Stuart was just that kind of person.
He didn't know how to love, or rather. He didn't even understand the concept of love.
Hoping Stuart would recognize his mistakes and let her go was a fantasy.
Josephine had tried to find a way out, but Stuart had turned the villa into a fortress, giving her no chance.
Now, he wanted her to video call Andrew. No matter what, she had to try.
Stuart had become increasingly unpredictable, especially when William was mentioned, which agitated him even more.
Josephine continued coldly, "What you've done is worse than being a lover! Stuart, do you want to become the person you hate the most?"
Stuart was stunned for a moment, then flew into a rage. "You dare compare me to that kind of woman? What are she and William? They don't deserve it!"
Josephine had given up reasoning with him. "Give me the phone."
Stuart was wary. "What are you doing?"
"Didn't you say Grandpa was looking for me?" Josephine's gaze stayed icy. "I want to video call him."
Stuart replied, "You know what to say and what not to say, right?"
Josephine didn't answer.
Stuart grabbed her chin, forcing her to look at him. "I've given you so many chances. Haven't you seen my sincerity? Why do you still have feelings for others?"
Josephine sneered. "Your sincerity is endless humiliation, ignoring my will, and forcing yourself on me?"
Stuart said, "You've been my woman for a long time. For the rest of your life, you can only be my woman! Even if we divorce, we'll get back together. It's normal for a couple to do this."
Josephine was speechless. "I don't want to talk to you."
Stuart snapped, "Yeah, since you came back, you haven't said much to me. I've been begging in front of you, and you haven't even looked at me. If I didn't imprison you, didn't force you, I wouldn't even have a chance to see you, to get close to you."
Josephine responded, "So, you've only ever considered your own feelings, never mine."
"It's because I've always considered your feelings that I've been suppressing my impulses!" Stuart's eyes were bloodshot. "Just like now, do you know how much I want to tear off your clothes and ravage you? But I'm holding back! Josephine, isn't that enough?"
Josephine couldn't believe he could be even more shameless.
"So what you want is just a sex partner to vent on." Josephine's heart was dead, but she still found his words laughable. "Stuart, you're no different from an animal right now."
"Sex partner? Animal?" Stuart approached her, gritting his teeth. "If that were true, you would have been tamed by me long ago, doing nothing but submitting under me, begging and moaning..."
Josephine slapped him, but Stuart wasn't surprised; it wasn't the first time.
"Hit me hard!" Stuart offered the other side of his face. "If it makes you feel better, just like when we have sex, I hit you..."
Josephine finally couldn't hold back, glaring at him. "Shut up!"
"Don't want me to talk?" Stuart smirked. "When I hit you then, you seemed to enjoy it."
"Stuart!" Josephine pushed him away forcefully. "You're disgusting!"
"Disgusting?" Stuart felt consumed by jealousy and anger, not caring about her words. "Then having sex with someone as disgusting as me makes you dirty too."
He couldn't hold back anymore and scooped Josephine up.
Josephine, still thinking about the video call with Andrew, exclaimed, "What are you doing?"
Stuart's eyes were blood-red. "What do you think?"
He threw her onto the bed and pressed down on her.
"I've been drinking, and nothing feels better than when I'm drunk." Stuart began tearing at her clothes. "Calling me disgusting? I'll show you what real disgust is!"
Josephine's struggles and resistance were futile.
It was a one-sided plunder and violation. He didn't stop until who knew how long, leaving Josephine bruised and battered.
The culprit, Stuart, stood by the bed, looking down at her. "I gave you a chance, and you didn't cherish it. Calling me disgusting and a demon. Now you can stay in hell with me."
He bent down and kissed Josephine's forehead. "Don't worry. I'll tell Liam and William that you're doing just fine with me."
