Chapter 27 The Same Trick
Perhaps it was her smile and her words that shocked Stuart.
But he immediately regained his composure and sneered, "Jealous? Josephine, are you drunk? Otherwise, you wouldn't talk nonsense."
With that, he didn't give Josephine a chance to speak and pushed her wheelchair away.
Claudia held Josephine's hand. "Stuart! You should respect Josie. If you can go out and have fun, so can she."
"I respect her," Stuart stopped immediately. "But you should ask her if she can protect herself. Let her go!"
Claudia looked at Stuart with round eyes and retorted, "Of course, she can protect herself. I can protect myself! So does Mr. Campbell! I won't let her go!"
Claudia didn't know what happened that night.
Josephine patted Claudia's hand and looked at Stuart.
"That was an accident," Josephine said. "I'll go back in a while. Mr. Haustia, I don't need you to send me back."
William said, "I can also take these two beautiful ladies back to the hotel. I will be responsible for their safety."
"Yes!" Claudia said, "Mr. Haustia, you go and have fun. There's another beauty waiting for you over there!"
Stuart knew Claudia was mocking him.
He looked down at Josephine's calm eyes and didn't know why he was getting annoyed.
"Fine." Stuart let go. "In that case, I wish you all a good time!"
With that, Stuart turned and left. He walked away with firm steps.
Claudia snorted and pushed Josephine's wheelchair back. She said, "He is domineering, selfish, and irrational. His handsome face can't make him any better!"
Josephine smiled and said, "Forget about him."
She looked at William. "I'm sorry."
William stared at her. "I think Claudia is right."
"Let's not talk about him."
In the distance, Doris saw Stuart coming back and immediately went to meet him.
She wanted to hug Stuart's arm as she used to, but she found that Stuart looked gloomy.
Doris cautiously looked at Stuart and asked softly, "Stuart, what's wrong?"
Before Stuart could answer, Robin said, "What's wrong? Josephine must have betrayed him..."
"Shut up!" Stuart looked at Robin coldly. "If you don't speak, no one will think you're a mute!"
Stuart left after speaking.
Robin glared at Josephine from a distance and snorted. Finally, he caught up with Stuart.
Doris fell behind and asked in a low voice, "Mr. Bailey, why is she so arrogant? Can't you do anything about her? Stuart is angry because of her."
Robin glanced at Doris. "After all, she is Stuart's wife. What can I do?"
After saying that, Robin seemed even more angry and snorted.
"I heard from my friend that there are often some dangerous people outside this bar. The security here is still not guaranteed. It's scary."
Doris finished and patted her chest. She seemed to be really scared by this news.
Robin suddenly looked at her. Seeing her innocent eyes, Robin felt he was overthinking.
Stuart and the others entered the room. Soon, Robin made an excuse that he had a phone call and left the room.
He had studied here before, so he had been in touch with some friends.
Josephine has been getting more and more audacious in her actions; he wants to teach her a lesson.
Doris’s words just reminded Robin.
Robin took out the phone number his friend gave him and dialed it.
After saying a few words, a man on the other end of the phone asked strangely, "The girl in the wheelchair? Scare her without hurting her? Is this trick coming for the second time?"
Robin was taken aback. "What do you mean?"
The person replied, "I've used this trick once."
Robin immediately understood what he meant. "Are you saying that someone asked you to do the same thing before?"
The person immediately realized that was another employer.
Although they were just thugs, they had to follow the rules. They couldn't reveal the employer's identity.
He immediately said, "I might be mistaken."
But Robin understood everything and said directly, "Forget it. I'll hire you if I need you."
He hung up the phone and frowned. He thought, 'I wanted to teach Josephine a lesson.'
'What about the other person?'
'Why did this person do this?'
'Who is this person?'
Robin returned to the room and happened to see Doris said smoething made Stuart laugh.
Seeing Doris's sweet smile and innocent eyes, Robin quietly returned to his seat.
Stuart looked at Robin. "Would you like a drink?"
Stuart had just lost control of his anger and roared at Robin.
Stuart and Robin had been good friends for many years, so they wouldn't be angry about this.
Stuart raised his glass. Robin clinked it with him.
After drinking, Robin said, "Doris is a good girl, so be nice to her. You were too harsh just now, and Doris was almost in tears."
Since Stuart brought Doris in front of his friends, Doris didn't know what others thought of her.
But at least Robin had always been good to her and even told her some of Stuart's habits.
Robin spoke up for Doris this time, so Doris smiled sweetly. "I'm fine. I just want Stuart to be happy."
Stuart didn't say anything but smiled.
Stuart was cold. He didn't smile often, so his smile made his face more delicate and charming.
Doris looked at him infatuatedly and became more convinced that she couldn't leave him.
Doris thought, 'If I want to stay with Stuart, I have to make him divorce Josephine first.'
'However, Stuart doesn't seem to have this idea. He has always felt that a marriage for business cooperation is different from a regular marriage.'
'A marriage for business cooperation is related to interests and family honor.'
'It will be difficult to make him divorce.'
'Will it be easier if I ask Josephine for a divorce?'
'Perhaps I can use the man who is sitting with Josephine tonight.'
Doris thought about these things but still maintained a sweet smile. No one could see her emotional changes.
Josephine didn't know that Doris had already planned how to divorce her and Stuart at this time.
After ten o'clock in the evening, Josephine looked at the time and prepared to go back.
William kept his promise and personally drove Josephine and Claudia back to the hotel.
Claudia had already booked a ticket to go home tomorrow. This trip has brought her a lot.

Josephine wanted to go home immediately, but she also hoped that Stuart would stay abroad for a while.
She had loved Stuart for two thousand days. Her feelings for him were as hard to get rid of as diseases.

Stuart rescued Josephine outside the bar and returned to the hotel to apply ointment for her. Even if he did these things not out of love for Josephine, she once again became infatuated with him.
