Chapter 111 Adding Names

"Daniel, I told you I wanted to borrow the car to pick her up from the airport, but you didn't even give me the chance to speak," Noah retorted, rolling his eyes.

"Hmph, if I didn't give you the chance to speak, couldn't you have insisted? Don't you know these three daughters of mine are precious to me?" Daniel snorted.

"Enough, just seeing you irritates me. Let's go upstairs, Luna, I’ll find you a better room to settle into."

Daniel took Luna upstairs.

Noah's eyes flickered with realization; his father-in-law hadn't called him a good-for-nothing, which was unusual. Typically, every utterance was a scathing jab at his competence – what had changed?

With a thoughtful expression, Noah walked over to the tea table in the hall, opened the drawer, and noticed the deed had been tampered with.

A slight smile appeared on Noah's face as he seemed to understand the situation more clearly...

...

In the evening, Lisa returned home from work.

"Lisa, your sister Luna is back," Daniel immediately said as soon as he saw Lisa.

"My sister is back? Where is she?"

Lisa's eyes brightened; although she had little to no interaction with her younger sister in daily life, the bond of blood remained.

"She's upstairs sleeping. Come with me for a moment."

Daniel, with an air of mystery, ascended the stairs with Lisa following behind him, confused, until they reached Daniel's room.

"Noah is such a loser!" Daniel glanced outside the door, then closed it and spoke seriously. "Lisa, I saw the property certificate in the drawer today, and Noah's name is listed as the owner! Could he really have bought this villa?"

"Dad, I've told you before, this villa belongs to Noah, but you never believed me!" Lisa said.

"Hmph, how can I believe it! Noah is just a loser, how could he afford a villa? Could that property certificate be fake?" Daniel was filled with suspicion.

"Do you really think he would bother to make a fake property certificate?" Lisa countered.

"Well, I guess not." Daniel shook his head. "But where did that loser get the money to buy this villa?"

"I don't know," Lisa shook her head. "My husband hasn't told me."

Daniel remained silent for a moment before speaking again, "I don't care about that loser Noah and where he got the money to buy the villa. Even if he really is wealthy, I estimate that buying this villa and renovating it would cost around a hundred million dollars, which would probably have drained all his money."

"Since this villa belongs to Noah the loser, there's no rush for you to divorce him."

"Dad, I've never even thought about divorcing Noah. Can you please stop bringing that up?" Lisa's face turned cold.

"Alright, alright, I won't bring it up for now." Daniel waved his hand. "What you need to do now is to have Noah put your name on the property certificate, understand? This is a big deal!"

"No!" Lisa shook her head. "My husband bought this villa, I haven't contributed a penny. How could I ask him to put my name on the property certificate?"

"You have every right! You are his wife. It's only logical for him to add your name to the property certificate," Daniel said solemnly.

"Lisa, you have to be sensible! If Noah divorces you one day, who would this villa belong to? You would lose everything! You need to get your name added to the property certificate."

"My husband would never divorce me," Lisa said. "And I don't have the audacity to ask him to put my name on the property certificate. This villa is worth a hundred million dollars, Dad. Let it go. Don't bring it up again."

Lisa didn't want to say anything more and left, opening the door.

"How did I end up with such a foolish daughter? If you add your name to the property certificate, you could still get millions even if you divorced Noah!" Daniel stomped his foot in anger, blowing his mustache and narrowing his eyes.

As Lisa walked out of the door, she saw Luna in her pajamas downstairs watching TV, her two slender legs crossed, looking quite attractive.

"Luna, are you awake?" Lisa asked as she walked downstairs.

Luna looked Lisa up and down, then smirked, "Well, well, well, if it isn't Lisa!"

"You’re my older sister, huh? You sure are more beautiful than me. No wonder Noah likes you so much and says he’ll only marry you," Lisa said.

Lisa's head was spinning. What had Noah been talking about with Luna?

Although many years had passed since they had last seen each other, Lisa felt an instant sense of familiarity when she saw Luna. After all, they were flesh and blood.

"I'm hungry, Sis. I want to eat," Luna rubbed her stomach.

"I'll make something for you. Just wait a moment," Lisa replied with a gentle smile as she headed toward the kitchen.

"Sis, you've been working all day and you're tired. You shouldn’t cook, let’s go out to eat instead! We can also invite Daniel and Noah out with us," Luna suggested.

Luna didn't have much of a connection with Daniel. The word "dad" was unfamiliar to her and difficult for her to say.

"Alright! Let's invite them all out." Lisa nodded.

Daniel naturally wouldn't refuse the invitation to go out for a meal. He was just worried that he hadn't had a chance to bond with his third daughter.

After a quick tidy up, the four of them left.

Noah drove, taking them to a regular American cuisine restaurant after getting off Golden Summit Peak.

Since Luna had lived in a foreign country, she was used to eating Western food and missed the taste of Eagleland cuisine. That was why they had come to this restaurant.

"Hmm?"

When Noah parked the car, he noticed that an Audi A4 was parked outside the restaurant, with a license plate number he was familiar with.

Ethan had taken a job in the low-income housing compensation program and bought an Audi A4. He had sent Noah a photo of the car and told him the license plate number.

This Audi A4 belonged to Ethan.

'It seems like he’s also at the restaurant.'

Noah stared at the A4 for a while, his gaze filled with some coldness. He didn't tell Ethan that he was coming too and entered the restaurant.

The restaurant was packed with people, bustling with business.

As soon as Lisa and Luna entered, they immediately attracted attention.

"Wow, they’re beautiful!"

"Yes, and there’s two of them! They have completely different styles!"

"One is gentle, the other is cute and youthful. And they look so similar, could they be twins?"

"Twins... wow! If those two were together in bed... that would be so enticing..."

These people were all muscular, shirtless men with beer bottles piled up on their tables.

They whispered and glanced at Lisa and Luna, their eyes filled with desire.

Noah had good hearing and caught snippets of these whispers, causing his brows to furrow slightly and a faint coldness to appear in his eyes.

The four of them found a table and Luna ordered some hamburgers...

Before long, the dishes were served.

"Let's dig in!"
