Chapter 342 Starlight Billiards Hall

As he spoke, Ivan pulled out his phone, ready to call for backup.

"Hold up, don't call anyone yet," Noah said.

"What, you scared now that you know the Murphy family name?" Ivan sneered.

"I'm not scared," Noah replied calmly. "Just tell me where Parker is, and I'll go find him."

"Find Parker?" Ivan was taken aback, never having heard such a request before.

"Stop wasting time and take me to him!" Noah's patience was wearing thin.

"You're asking for trouble. Let me tell you, we're all Parker's guys. You hurt us and then go looking for him? When you get there, you'll be beaten black and blue!" Ivan laughed coldly.

"Isn't that what you want to see?" Noah shot back, giving Ivan a sidelong glance.

"Are you an idiot? Fine, I'll take you to Parker!" Ivan said, leading his two companions towards the escalator.

Noah followed.

"Mr. Anderson, I'm coming with you!" Genevieve called out, running over.

"Noah, it's class time. Your lesson isn't over yet, you can't just leave!" Kurt shouted from behind. "If you leave, it's considered skipping work! Our boss has every right to fire you! You won't get a single cent of your salary!"

Noah ignored Kurt and turned to Genevieve. "Are you sure you want to come? It's going to be dangerous."

"Yes! Mr. Anderson, that Parker's full name is Parker Stevens, and he has some influence around our school. If you run into trouble, I might be able to help plead your case," Genevieve said, biting her lip.

Noah sighed, realizing she was worried about his safety. "Alright, let's go," he said with a faint smile, then turned to Ivan. "So, where is this Parker you mentioned?"

"Silverlight City High School! That's Parker's turf!" Ivan said arrogantly.

"Got it." Noah nodded, his expression unchanged.

Before long, Noah and the group left.

"This Mr. Anderson has no sense of rules. He's only been here for three days and he's already skipping work!" Audrey frowned.

"Let's report this to our boss. Skipping work shows how terrible his work ethic is! He needs to be fired!" Kurt said coldly.

"Yeah, and he doesn't even have a guitar certification. He shouldn't be a teacher!" another female teacher added.

Silverlight City High School, where Genevieve was studying, was a prestigious institution, known for its rigorous academics and strict teaching. Every year, students from this school were admitted to top universities in Eagleland.

Half an hour later, a GMC pulled up by the roadside. Ivan and his friends got out, looking at Noah's car in surprise.

"Your car looks pretty ordinary on the outside, but the interior is nice! Must've cost you twenty or thirty grand to customize it!" Ivan remarked.

The three had taken a cab to find Genevieve, but Noah had driven them back. Despite their earlier tough demeanor, they were still just seventeen or eighteen-year-olds, with a hint of immaturity in their actions.

"A beat-up van with such an expensive interior, you must have some money!" one of them added.

"Parker's here?" Noah asked, ignoring their comments as he got out of the car and looked around.

"Of course!" Ivan pointed to a storefront. "That's Parker's place."

The storefront was a pool hall with a sign that read "Starlight Billiards Hall." Several students in blue and white uniforms were lounging on scooters outside, smoking and trying to look cool. Clearly, they were all high school students.

Noah found it hard to believe that this group of delinquent students could be connected to the notorious Murphy family from the eastern area of Eagleland.

"Let's go!" Ivan sneered. "Parker's inside the pool hall. When you see him, you'll beg for his mercy!"

"And Genevieve, Parker's been wanting to see you for a long time! Once you're on his turf, you won't get out so easily," he added with a playful grin.

"Mr. Anderson." Genevieve clutched Noah's arm, her face pale with fear.

Parker was the leader of a gang of delinquents around Silverlight City High School. At eighteen, he had been expelled for fighting and quickly rose to become the local gang leader, with over a hundred young followers. He had opened the pool hall across from the high school to recruit more students into his gang.

Genevieve had been Parker's classmate, and he had a crush on her, persistently pursuing her despite her rejections.

She had always planned to focus on her studies and consider relationships later, but Parker's advances had turned aggressive. He had tried to corner her after school, climbed over the school fence to find her, and even had his followers deliver love letters to her.

Things escalated to the point where Ivan and his friends tried to kidnap her while she was out studying guitar.

"What are you waiting for? Let's go!" Ivan impatiently pushed Noah.

"Wait," Noah said, not moving, his eyes on the road.

"Wait for what?" Ivan asked, confused.

"They're here," Noah said calmly. A Buick pulled up and parked next to Noah. The door opened, and four large men in suits and sunglasses stepped out, exuding a cold, intimidating aura.

"Mr. Anderson!" they greeted Noah respectfully.

The moment Ivan and his friends saw these men, they felt a chill run down their spines. These were real enforcers, hardened by countless battles, exuding an aura of blood and death.

The teenagers instinctively took a step back, their bravado evaporating.

"What are you doing? You called for backup?" Ivan stammered, his teeth chattering.

Noah ignored him and walked towards the Starlight Billiards Hall. He had already posted on Facebook, informing his men to meet him at Silverlight City High School. The four men followed closely behind him.

At the entrance of the pool hall, the students in school uniforms, who had been smoking and trying to look tough, quickly stepped aside, recognizing the real deal when they saw it.

Noah didn't bother with the students and led his men into the pool hall.
