Chapter 233 Where is Lucas?
Ethan's attitude towards Noah suggested that Noah held a significant status.
Clearly, Noah's background was a mystery!
Thinking about this, Jack shuddered, fear creeping into his heart.
It was obvious that Noah's status was definitely not simple, even more powerful than Ethan's. He might even be Mason's right-hand man!
And just now, not only did he not support Noah, but he also advised Noah to kneel and apologize!
If Noah held a grudge against him for that, it would be disastrous for him.
At the thought of this, Jack's face turned pale.
Ethan turned to Noah and asked, "Mr. Anderson, are these the guys causing trouble?"
At this moment, Ethan had already fixed his gaze on these troublemakers.
Noah didn't speak, he only nodded silently.
Ethan charged at the men. "Get them!"
Upon hearing Ethan's command, the hundred or so men he brought with him rushed forward.
Those troublemakers didn't even have a chance to resist. In the next moment, they were overwhelmed, collapsing to the ground under a barrage of punches and kicks, screaming in agony.
Noah stood with his hands behind his back, calmly watching the scene unfold.
Five minutes later, these troublemakers were all covered in blood, their faces bruised and swollen while they groaned in pain. Each of them was dragged and supported by Ethan's men, and they barely stood in a row in front of Noah.
With a command from Ethan, all of them were pressed down against the ground and knelt before Noah.
Noah, hands still behind his back, looked coldly at the leader of the group. "Still want me to kneel?"
At this moment, the man's front teeth were broken, his mouth full of blood, his cheeks swollen, and his eyes bulging and bloodshot.
He mustered a hint of strength and spoke with great difficulty. "Kid, so what if you know Ethan?"
The man spat out a mouthful of blood and said coldly, "Behind me is Lucas! You beat me up like this, Lucas won't let you off! He'll make your life a living hell, and Ethan's too!"
"Fuck, still so arrogant at this point!" Ethan cursed and kicked the man in the stomach.
The man gasped in pain, feeling like his internal organs were about to shatter.
"If Lucas is behind you, then go see him," Noah said leisurely.
Hearing this, the man was stunned, Jack was stunned, and even Ethan paused for a moment. "Mr. Anderson, you mean..."
He seemed to guess what Noah intended to do.
"The Oceanbridge City underworld should be dominated by Mason alone, no one else should exist." Noah said calmly, but his voice carried an undeniable authority.
Hearing this, a gleam of excitement flashed in Ethan's eyes.
If Noah truly took control of the gray areas of Oceanbridge City, then his status would undoubtedly rise as well.
The thought of unifying the gray areas was exhilarating!
"Mr. Anderson, I completely think so, but recently, I've been searching for Lucas's whereabouts without success!" Ethan said, "That guy is as cunning as a fox, very hard to find, and even harder to eliminate!"
Noah nodded, stepped forward, and pinched the man's chin with his thumb and forefinger, speaking coldly, "Tell me, where is Lucas?"
"You want to mess with Lucas, there's no way I'll tell you where he is!" The man glared and said.
He was extremely shocked. He didn't expect this young man to be so bold. Lucas hadn't even come after him, and he dared to go looking for Lucas himself.
This approach was reckless! Ignoring the consequences!
But it might pose a real threat to Lucas, so he absolutely couldn't reveal Lucas's location.
"Good, you're indeed faithful to your boss, I hope you could still insist on that later," Noah's lips curled into a cruel smile. He withdrew his hand and said calmly, "Pull out his fingernails. Once those are gone, move on to his toenails. When those are done, start on his teeth. Keep going until he talks."
This man was one of Lucas's men, and also Alexander's brother.
Alexander was a scammer, so this guy couldn't be much better.
Therefore, Noah had no qualms about torturing him.
"Got it!" Ethan nodded and waved his hand. Immediately, one of his men came over with a pair of pliers.
"What are you going to do?!" The man's face turned pale, and he backed away, trembling with fear.
Four of Ethan's men stepped forward, holding him down firmly. No matter how much he struggled, it was useless.
Another man placed the pliers on the man's thumb and pulled hard!
Blood splattered! A fingernail was forcibly ripped out from the flesh!
The man threw his head back and let out a blood-curdling scream, his body convulsing, feeling like his heart was about to burst.
"Keep going," Noah, hands still behind his back, said calmly.
The man with the pliers moved to the man's index finger. The cold touch made the man's pupils contract, and he immediately cried out in terror. "I'll talk, I'll talk! Stop pulling! I'll talk!"
"You were quite tough just now." Noah smiled, unsurprised.
This man hadn't undergone any professional training, so his willpower couldn't be that strong. Enduring the removal of one fingernail was already impressive.
"Quick, where's Lucas?" Ethan grabbed the man's hair and demanded coldly.
"Lucas is usually drinking at Starry Nights KTV around this time. That KTV is one of his businesses." The man said, trembling.
"Starry Nights KTV?" Ethan looked at Noah. "Mr. Anderson, should we head there now?"
Noah nodded, "Yeah, and bring these guys along."
"Got it!" Ethan nodded and immediately called for cars.
In about half an hour, more than twenty vans arrived, each capable of seating a group of people.
With his men loaded into the vans, Noah drove his Mercedes at the front.
Just as he got into his car, a voice called out. Jack came running over, a fawning smile on his face. "Mr. Anderson, Mr. Anderson!"
"What's up?" Noah glanced at him.
"Can I come with you?" Jack hesitated for a moment before speaking, his eyes full of hope.
Jack understood that this was an opportunity, which he could use to redeem himself for his earlier mistake.
Earlier, he had knelt and kowtowed, surely leaving a bad impression on Noah.
Now, if he could join Noah and perform well, there was a good chance he could change that impression.
More importantly, this was an opportunity for advancement!
Noah's mission against Lucas was fraught with danger, and one wrong move could cost him his life.
But wasn't this also a high-stakes gamble?
If successful, the Oceanbridge City underworld would indeed come under Noah's control!
Moreover, by joining Noah on this mission, Jack could firmly attach himself to Noah. If they succeeded, he would have contributed to the victory.
Then Jack might soar to new heights, no longer confined to his small territory on Orchard Breeze Avenue.
By then, Oceanbridge City would be his broader stage!
Noah looked at Jack, easily reading his thoughts.
"Get in the car," He said calmly.
If he was to take control of the underworld, he needed to gather as many useful people as possible.
Jack was using Noah, and Noah was using Jack just as much.
Hearing this, Jack was overjoyed. "Mr. Anderson, wait a moment, I'll call my men!"
