Chapter 334 I Don't Want to Fight You
"Get the boss?" The waiter was taken aback.
"I'm telling you, this guy's just trying to skip out on the bill!" Kurt laughed loudly. "He said when he ordered that he wouldn't be paying for this meal. It's obvious he planned to dine and dash from the moment he walked in."
"But I don't get it," Audrey said, puzzled. "If he's gonna skip out, why call the boss? Does he want to get beaten up in front of everyone?"
"Noah's just too proud for his own good. If you can't afford it, don't eat it!" another teacher chimed in. "He deserves it. We don't need to feel sorry for him."
The female teachers all looked at Noah with a mix of ridicule and pity.
"Skipping out on the bill?" The waiter's expression turned cold. She glanced at the security guards by the door and signaled them with her eyes.
Two security guards immediately approached Noah.
"Kid, trying to skip out on the bill at the Eyfel Hotel? You must have a death wish," one of the guards said with a cold smile, cracking his knuckles.
"You must be out of your mind!" the other guard added.
"Noah, I'll give you a chance," Kurt suddenly said, turning to Noah. "If you give me the Facebook account of the woman you were with yesterday, I'll cover the bill for you. That way, you won't get beaten up and have to work here to pay it off."
"Of course, you'll have to pay me back. How about you give me your salary for a year?" Kurt continued.
"Mr. Lowe, you're willing to help Noah just to get a woman's Facebook account?" Audrey was surprised. "This guy is asking for trouble. There's no need to help him!"
"Well, that woman was so beautiful. I couldn't stop thinking about her all night," Kurt sighed.
"Some one has a crush!" one of the teachers teased.
"Noah, just give Mr. Lowe the Facebook account. That woman is out of your league anyway. There's no need to hide it."
"You're lucky Mr. Lowe is willing to help you pay the bill."
The other female teachers chimed in.
"Noah, have you made up your mind?" Kurt asked, smiling. He was sure Noah would agree. If he didn't, he'd get beaten up and then have to work off the debt. Anyone would know what to choose.
"Are you an idiot? I said I wouldn't be paying for this meal," Noah sneered at Kurt.
"You—!" Kurt's smile froze. He pulled Audrey and the others back to avoid getting caught in the fray.
"Let's step back!"
"The security guards will definitely handle him. We just need to watch the show."
Kurt and the others looked on with schadenfreude.
"Noah doesn't know what's good for him. Mr. Lowe gave him a chance, and he didn't take it!"
"Maybe he's a masochist!"
Noah stood with his hands behind his back, looking calmly at the security guards. "I don't want to fight you. Get your boss."
"Damn it, trying to skip out on the bill and still wants to see our boss? Who do you think you are?" one of the guards shouted, clenching his fist and swinging it at Noah's face.
The punch came fast, almost in the blink of an eye.
"Nice!" Kurt clapped, already picturing Noah getting pummeled.
A sharp sound echoed through the room—The guard's fist was caught mid-air by a left hand.
The guard was stunned. "Kid, you've got some skills!"
It was Noah's left hand that had blocked the punch.
Seeing this, the other guard threw a punch at Noah.
Noah lifted his left leg and kicked, moving even faster.
The guard was knocked to the ground, clutching his backside and groaning in pain.
With another kick, the guard in front of Noah was also knocked to the ground, his face twisted in pain as he groaned.
Since these guards were part of the Moore family, essentially Noah's people, he didn't hit them too hard, only giving them some minor injuries.
Kurt and the others were dumbfounded.
"Is Noah a fighter?"
"Two guards couldn't take him?"
"Didn't see that coming!"
"What's there to be afraid of? The Eyfel Hotel is huge. There's no way they only have two guards. Even if Noah can take on two, can he handle ten?" Kurt said quickly.
Sure enough, the commotion had attracted more guards. In no time, a dozen guards surrounded Noah.
The waiter, seeing the situation getting out of hand, quickly went to the top floor to find the boss.
"Kid, trying to skip out on the bill and injuring our guards? You're asking for it!"
"Do you know the Eyfel Hotel is backed by the Moore family from the Eastern Eagleland? You're challenging the Moore family. They could easily make you disappear!"
The dozen guards surrounded Noah, looking menacing and ready to strike.
"This time, Noah is done for," Kurt said with a smile. "No matter how good he is."
"Yeah! He's asking for it! He probably thought he could escape because he's strong, but he underestimated the number of guards here."
"A dozen guards will beat him to a pulp!"
Audrey and the other teachers looked on with scorn.
Noah stood with his hands behind his back, looking at the dozen guards. "I don't want to fight you. Just get your boss."
"What arrogance! You don't want to fight us? We want to fight you!" one of the guards shouted, clenching his fist and charging at Noah.
The other guards also moved in on Noah.
"Stop!" a deep voice commanded.
The dozen guards turned and immediately bowed respectfully. "Boss!"
An elderly man in his seventies, dressed in a gray suit with white hair and beard but full of vigor, stood before them. His eyes occasionally flashed with sharpness.
This was Tomas Savage, the owner of the Eyfel Hotel.
"The boss of the Eyfel Hotel is here. This is going to be good!" Kurt said excitedly. "The boss will probably beat Noah half to death!"
"Let's watch!" The other teachers looked on eagerly.
"Someone's skipping out on the bill?" Tomas said with a grim expression, walking toward Noah. The guards parted to let him through.
Noah stood with his hands behind his back, smiling at Tomas.
"Boss, it's him! Get your men to beat him up!" Kurt couldn't help but shout, excited and expectant.
"Who are you? How dare...." Tomas's eyes widened in shock as he recognized Noah.
